Overall quite and nice community if you work a lot and look forward to a dip in the pool you might as well forget it. The pool is very small and people will question you if you look out of the norm. Not a safe community if you walk, no one obeys stops signs and follows the pediatrician rules.

We do have a pool monitor on site who checks pool bands and assists with mitigating any issues that may arise with persons not following the pool rules. A professionally managed community that listens to the residents, replies in a very timely manner, and follows through. The community is secure and safe; the grounds are always manicured and well kept; and the location is convenient to stores, shopping, and the interstate.

Everything is nice people's a friendly. And I have no complaints. What day and I do not lie? Is the rent keep going up over a hundred dollars every year? I wish to rent stop going up. Under the net I love to place.

While the manager is friendly, her subordinates in the office could be friendlier. The maintenance people are always helpful. Although it's supposed to be family friendly, it's more geriatric friendly based on the "activities" and expectations they have for the tenants.

My experience at Walden at oakwood has been very delightful and I will miss this place very much when it's time for me to leave. The staff office and maintenance guys care for residents more than any other place I've stayed/heard about. Community is all around beautiful and the staff really stepped up their game in the last 6 months with community events and get together & adding a few more features to the complex like the fire pit and additional tvs. Great place highly recommend

First rate apartment complex excluding the carpeting and smoking policy. Second hand smoke is as dangerous as being a smoker health wise. No one should permit smoking due to the health dangers as well as accidents. It could use some updating. Windows are single pane which does not deter noise or heating/cooling costs.

We have been really satisfied with our experience at Walden at Oakwood. Brittany in the office is professional and helpful, and our experience with all of the office staff has been positive. The community is family-friendly and well-maintained. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend Walden at Oakwood!

This is a wonderful place to live, very quiet and safe with a very professional staff and Maintenace team, they have a pool and a work center with computers, my only complaint is that the rent is too high.

The staff is responsive to needs of residents. They are friendly and courteous. The common grounds are kept up nicely. I have a pet and refuse bags and trash cans are easily accessible throughout the apartment complex.

Lovely community - quiet. Staff is courteous and respectful. I have been here for 4 years and enjoy my time here. Close to 985 and Gainesville. When I have had issues, they are addressed immediately.

I have been living here since 2018 left for 2 years and overall the property is always kept clean and up to par along with staff and management is ALWAYS nice and friendly! This is overall a safe complex which is important for our little ones.

We love living here. We made a long distance move (700 miles) the office staff were so helpful and understanding of our situation. I recommend Walden at Oakwood to anyone considering a move - long distance or local. We looked at many communities and none came close to Walden at Oakwood!
