Management sucks!!
This place is so bad!! They are allowing anyone in, just look around you. It has been my worst apartment yet, and I moved from Clayton County. This place is on it's way to becoming a DUMP!!!!

Too much for too little
I pay too much for sooo little in return. They promise you everything, then after you move in, you get NOTHING!!!! All you are is a rent check. I have had a horrible experience here, my neighbors run drugs, hang out all night, and pretty much make my life miserable. The office staff will not do anything about it, because they are friends with my neighbors. It is not about what you know here but WHO you know. It has been the worse year of my life. If you do not believe me try to ride through at night. McDonough police won't even live here.

Great Place!
I love living at Carrington Green. The office staff is great and always eager to assist. When I call in with a problem, maint. is here that day. I look forward to renewing for another year.

The staff must write their own reviews
I have only one thing to say about my experience with Carrington Green- Pure Hell.
The office staff is ditsy, maintenance takes days, and the people they have moving in should live at BridgeMill. I am looking forward to leaving.

I Love These Apartments!!
I disagree with the bad reviews! I think Carrington Green is a wonderful place to live. They're beautiful apartments, spacious and the staff is awesome! The grounds are very well kept. The one and only thing I don't like about them is the parking.

Beautifully Kept Property!!!!!
I love Carrington Green. It is truly beautiful property. The office Staff is great and the Maintaince staff is awesome. They are always out working seven days out of the week...especially the supervisor who drives a silver truck and the really tall one. Speaking of the really tall one, I wish I knew if he was single or not, because he is just as beautiful as the property. But seriously, I love living here!

This place is a joke!!!
I moved in with very high expectations, especially when I chose to pay more to live here. The staff is very snooty and unfriendly. Maintenance is un caring.. They tell you that they have the part on order and never come back.. They only have one pool and in the summer time it is impossible to enjoy it, because it is too small for the property. Then the place is getting taken over by rednecks in huge pick up trucks. It is a very RUDE place to live. I am very disappointed, and I heard that Davis builds these communities to sell them. I hope they sell this one soon. Then the residents might have hope.

High priced ------
This place cost too much money for what they give you. The office staff is rude, maintenance doesn't show up for days, and the grounds are always dirty on the weekend. My lease is up, and I am moving to somewhere where they would appreciate all the money I pay for rent. I might as well be living at Bridgemill, this place went down hill fast.

LUXURY LIVING
I totally disagree with the 2 reviews from 2005, but I have been a resident since May 2005 and will renew my lease again for 12 months. Professional staff, nice and caring for residents, very clean and attrative, entertainment for residents, prompt responses to concerns, would refer in a heartbeat. In short, luxury living at its finest due to the spacious floorplans with all the extras, alarms, crown moldings, black appliances, garden tubs, ceiling fans, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

FANTASTIC LUXURY APARTMENTS!
I am on my second 12 month lease here and I love it. I have no idea what the previous articles are but they are completely false. The staff is the best ever! They really care for their tenants. The grounds are always maintained and have beautiful flowers. I love the pool area and use it a lot in the summer. 100% Recommended!!!! The staff has not changed since I have lived here and that says a lot about the place.

LOVE IT!
I love Carrington Green. The staf is always friendly and on top of things. There are several cops that live here so that tells you something. Beautifully kept. A

Looks are deceiving!!!
At first glance this looks like a beautiful place to live, then you move in. I have 11 months left on my lease to look for somewhere else to live. I thought that since this complex is newer than some of the others I had viewed, that it would have been better. I found out that I was wrong quick. And the office staff does not care. The manager is never available, and the other staff is rude. I lived on a Davis property before in Lithia Springs, and it was great. But now it is a total nightmare.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! It is a high priced dump. And I agree with the previous review. I feel all criminals must have moved here. It is very unsafe. Do not be deceived by the outside. Ask around the community.

Turning BAD very quickly
Was a nice community when my son and I moved in. Now I wouldn't be suprised if most of the renters have warrants out for their arrest. Very Loud and looking unsafe lately. The leasing office needs to screen the applicants better or the nice people that are here will leave.
