Outstanding place to call home. Staff and workers are very helpful and responds to tenant's request in a timely manner. So outstanding. Enjoy being here and love every day of it. Safety and working habits are taken very seriously. Thank you very much.

Very nice community. Safe and the grounds are well kept. The office staff is awesome and very knowledgeable. They respond quickly to any issues you may have. This is a great place to live at. The playground is also nice

Property is well-maintained and staff is courteous and efficient. Each day staff drives around the grounds to remove any stray piece of paper. Service requests are responded to quickly and always with a pleasant disposition.

Process was pretty easy especially since I was moving from another state. Once I got here everything was ready and I was able to be completely moved in within 2 hrs of being on the property. So far I have no complaints.

The office staff and the maintenance crew are all efficient and friendly. The community is varied in ages and races. The apartments are roomy and well planned out. It is a pleasure living here. The location is good but the traffic is heavy in this area.

It's a very good place, it's quiet, clean and secure. Staff is very qualified. The maintenance's team is very experienced. When you call for service, on time, you receive an answer. I think, it's very good place to live.

staff is no help.management has no consideration for good tenants. Wish they would treat good tenants with respect. Didn't like my first Tim experience leasing an apartment at Carrington green apartment

Nice and quiet community. Not too much traffic in the complex and a lot of amenities. Very close to a gas station and area with food and stores. Online portal is helpful for paying rent and checking on other things

Carrington Green apartments were overall a good choice for us. The neighborhood is well kept, and the units themselves are really nice and spacious for the price. The pool and Gym are nice and taken care of. The neighborhood felt safe and we were never concerned for our safety at all. We've had two leaks in the 10 months we've been here and it took a few weeks to fix and get cleaned up , otherwise all other Maintanence requests were done within 24 hours. My only complaints are that I've submitted 3 pest service request with none of them taken care of and we still had roaches and centipedes (but that could be because of COVID) and our apartment constantly smelling like Marijuana because of other neighbors. We complained a few times and the most we've seen done was a letter reminding people that Marijuana is against the smoke policy and nothing else.

Initially the property was beautifully maintained. The staff was wonderful with excellent customer service. Then staff changed and customer service went out the window. I always paid my rent on time and still continuously received an increase when I renewed my lease. I decided to move because of COVID19 and I was no longer a valued resident to Carrington Green.

Carrington Green Apartments are very nice apartments to live in. They are part of a gated community and located in a nice part of town. I love the high ceilings which give it a very spacious feel. The closets are very spacious as well.

Team is super helpful and they care about us! I love the colors they use on the walls. Parking is good and safe. Quiet areA close to all shopping and schools. Easy commute to the city. Great starter home for people new to area

The ease of move in was a joy. Staff is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. We like the location and how well kept the common areas are. We needed a few things when we moved in and they took care of the issues in a timely manner.

Very disappointed!!! Staff/management does not communicate or follow through with issues. I have been in and inconvenient situation for 4 weeks. They don't stop taking your rent money.. But they don't mind leaving you hanging around waiting for them to complete the work required to get your living conditions back to normal.

Great.. no issues.. staff very friendly. Resolve maintenance issue in a timely matter. Inform community on upcoming events and maintenance to community. Very clean pool, need new gym equipment. Great community to live in.

It's has been a little rough moving in the apartment. There was several maintenance issues and was not move in ready at all. To include a dented front door, damaged door knobs, gum/ food on carpet, dead roaches in closet, floors were not as promised, damages wall, and was not properly clean upon move in. The apartment complex itself is well maintained and quiet.

My experience has been great! The community is racially diverse. I personally like that there are young adults, middle aged and seniors that live here. It's clean and quiet. Nowhere is safe but I've never had an issue or concerns with crime. It's very family oriented. Never had an issue with other residents. Everyone minds there business.

The maintenance staff do a good job in taking care of any issues in a prompt manner. The office staff seem very eager help with all your needs. The area where I live seems to be quiet. What issues I have had, have been promptly resolved.

Great place to live. I live love the convenience of shopping and restaurants with a small town feel. Its very close to the McDonough square which is alway having events. My family love living here I would recommend anyone.

Overall community is great! Office Staff is rude at times but the maintenance is excellent! Apartments could use a facelift; outdated cabinets and carpet. Neighbors are pretty quiet and they allow pets!

We haven't been here long so we don't have much to say. Things are hard to tell since we only been here for a short period of time. At this point things been ok no other than the small problems we have had on the inside of the apartment.

I've lived all around Henry County and have an extensive list of what I look for in an apartment community (affordability, layout, safety, location, cleanliness, professionalism of staff, etc). Carrington Green met many of those standards, but I wasn't sold on the interior layout or the older exterior. So, I kept shopping around and found myself comparing each property to Carrington Green. After a couple of weeks, I went back to Carrington Green and took a second tour of the property. The front office staff, Jordan and Amanda, were just as friendly the second time around and patiently answered my questions. That day, I made a decision to call Carrington Green home, and I moved in two weeks later. I am very happy living here- it is quiet, clean, and safe. The staff answers phone calls promptly, and maintenance issues are handled quickly. I love kids, but you don't see them unless they are getting off the buses, and there aren't people just loitering around outside. The fitness center is a work in progress, but everything else is fully operational (front gates, swimming pool, business center). The breezeways are consistently cleaned as well, which is nice to not come home to dirty walkways. Overall, I highly recommend Carrington Green.

The apartment complex has many great amenities; they are always well-kept. The maintenance staff is friendly, reliable and always hard working. We enjoy spending time at the pool as much as we can when it is open. We utilize the grill at the pool on a weekly basis in the summer.

It is very quiet and peaceful. My neighbors are extremely nice. Having police officers in the neighborhood does help a lot. Lastly there were a few issues with the apartment upon moving in but they were very minor and once I put in the work order maintenance was there within an hour fixing the issue. This is a great place to live. It's a little pricy but it is worth every penny

Absolutely the best! Never had problems and the amenities are awesome. The community events are so much fun and a great way for staff and community to get to know each other. The kids enjoy all the events and the bus is convenient for schools.
