The maintenance staff is always friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help and make sure all issues are resolved right away. I did have an attempted break in. i was surprised that the front office did not call to see how i was. and if everything was resolved.

This community desires a lot more. It's a bit ran down and ------. The loud music and the up keep needs to be a lot better. The Units in the back never get maintained at all. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live.

Apartment complex is in a gated community which is a plus. The grounds are maintained and manicured. Leasing office staff are very professional and super friendly making for a very pleasant experience. Christine and Crystal are amazing. Only hate that the apartment wasn't cleaned thoroughly at move-in and I had to clean it myself. The issue was brought to management and they resolved the situation immediately.

I love living here and hate that I have to move when my lease is up due to a job loss last year. I love Lynette, whom is part of the office staff. She has been awesome and the maintenance staff is A1 as well.

I like living here. Low key style. Very private. Polite and friend Neighbors. Professional management. No drama. Apt in good condition, grounds clean, a little pricey but good living but good living. Will do for now

Still a good community kind of went down a little as far as expectations due to recent tenants that moved into the location. Once that issue gets resolved and maybe a few other things the community will go back up

Awesome property. Staff is professional and good hearted and has always been helpful. Property is quiet and amenities are nice and in good condition. And the property is surrounded by woodlands. Very pleased.

Breeze way needs cleaning, no lights in back where we park, marijuana use has increased, broken down cars everywhere, front desk staff not responsive to my concerns etc etc . I think the community could be better

My experience here for 2 years has been great. I love the apartments and how comfortable they are. The amenities are awesome. The pool is my favorite part. It's like being on vacation away from home!!

All these hidden fees. Old bathrooms and don’t even use pest control yet they make you pay. Just ------ and they overcharge you like it’s luxury apartments. Charge the actual price you said it was and solve it. Just horrible. Front office isn’t even friendly. Whole complex is just ------ and they make you overpay on stuff. If you don’t use your alarm they make you overpay. They make you pay for even paying your rent. Just cheap and dingy. Where’s the upgrades in the apartments? Loud, ugly. And still they make you pay hidden fees for stuff you don’t use or need. Again just ------ and run down. Need more trash bins. There’s no reason to make people pay over there rent with stupid hidden fees and pay for your own things, like the fact you charged $8 because you sent out a letter. YOU GUYS sent it not us. Idiots and ------, they pull one over. What do you even do with the money? Cause these apartments need a make over and more stuff.

I enjoyed living here for the past 6 years very quiet place to live i will recommend to anyone who is looking to rent. During the summer my daughter's and myself love going to the pool is very nice and keep clean.

Great place to live. Very spacious one bedroom apartment! I've seen only 3 roaches total in living here for 2 years! Very quiet community. I feel safe with it being gated. Sometimes the gate is up though.

Not the best living experience. The neighbors above me work out everyday all times throughout the day. I have contact the front office they do not have a sense of urgency resolving the issue. The toilet is old and constantly over flooding. The front office management team is not the friendliest and very sarcastic.

It's had its ups and downs. I had a bad experience when someone from the office purposely hung up the phone on me. There has only been one person in that office staff that was nice and her name is Christine Hines. She's the best!

Easy process to fill out and submit paperwork when applying. With Covid going on the process was easy and done with proper rules and social distancing to ensure safety. Some better changed can be done

Christine in the office was very rude and had a very bad attitude. Didn’t even try to listen or help me out she just kept talking over me and then eventually just hung up on me right in the middle of my sentence. Tried to call back and she just let it ring and never picked up. I can promise you I will not be renewing my lease and will never call back up to the front for any problems. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

This is a great community, very quiet and nice! The staff is kind and is always ready to help! This is also a great place to move into if you have a family. It is a very spacious living area with nice commodities!

The complex was beautiful and safe when I first moved in.. but over the years the overall appearance of the stair ways and walk ways have been disgusting. The neighborhood is going down. The front gates never work .

I love the apartment, i have no complaints! They could update some areas of the apartment! The stairwells should be cleaned often but they the apartments itself is quiet and friendly! I will definitely recommend them to others

This stay has been a great experience thus far! Staff is friendly. Apartments are clean and spacious. The gates stay close and close efficiently after each car. The outside park is clean. There's a dog park, beautiful pool, laundry room.

Property is always in pristine condition. The staff and maintenance are always friendly and prompt with any questions or problems. They keep you informed of anything going on in the community via email which is great. Would highly recommend

My move-in experience was great! The leasing agent Crystal was very knowledgeable and assisted me very well with the move. I didn't even view this location prior to signing lease or applying but I am extremely satisfied!!

I have lived at this property for over 3 years now and I couldn’t complain about a thing. If I ever needed a repair done, maintenance came out right away and got the problem fixed. The community is nice, friendly and inviting. In my 3 years, I haven’t had any neighbors above or below that ever gave me a problem. If you call the front office you will get a call back in a timely manner and they are all friendly inside the office too. So if you’re in the market stop on by Carrington Green Apartments and get you an apartment

By far have not been very good. Management and staff needs to do better to keep old tenants and win new tenants. There are bugs ?? and other pests in the apartment and I have on several occasions submitted work requests to no avail. As a matter of fact, they closed the work request without fixing the problems, I have seen lack of integrity at this apartment.

Great until you find a house thats the same price as the apartment . Rental is good for when your trying to rent at least 2 years and if a house that you like. Try to find stuff that has main stuff include in the rent.
