When I first moved here it was great. Now, horrible from rude office staff to filthy stairways, dog poop everywhere, unruly people moving in. I can't wait to move. Also, I seen homeless people walking the complex at night.

The community and apartment are really nice to stay in. The only cons are some of the tenants aren't considerate enough with the noise they use mostly music. If you are a work at home agent of a major company and some of the tenants have car's that sound like big rigs that scare, you out of your sleep at 2:00am or 4:00am in the morning.

very quiet. diverse group of people that live here. i do wish they would do valet trash service though because i stay in the 500 building and I am in my 50's so it is far for me to walk all the way to the front to throw the trash out. and i think it would be nice if they installed an amazon hub so that people can go retrieve their packages instead of stuff just sitting outside all day especially if people are gone at work all day.

Excellent place to live, I have had a few incidents but were handled accordingly. They allow the right type of people into this complex. Thus creating a safe and enjoyable place to live. I would, have recommended this place to live.

Quiet apartment complex, no problems in the last 3 years we have lived here. When work order is submitted work is done quickly and efficently. Staff is friendly and the apartments ground are maintained on a regular bases. We love it here.

I really like the apartment. It feels safe and secure. I love the fact that we have Police on the property as well. Everyone stays to themselves but at the same time everyone is friendly. I love the fact that it's a gated community because that's extra security. I also like that if it's a problem with anything in my apartment. The maintenance people attend to the problem ASAP.

Overall, Office and Mtc staff have been helpful, courteous and prompt. I realize I can not pick my neighbors, but overall they have been decent. I love the landscaping around the poperty, especially in spring when evrything starts to bloom again

This community is pretty quiet for t he most part. I love the floor plan that I have. The high ceiling help the home feeling. Maintenance is prompt. Apartments are really spacious. Nice property and value.

From the beginning to end of the application and move in process was Great and Easy! Christine was/is the best. She has extraordinary patience and very understanding. The neighbors speak, smile, and don't helping you out with things to take in the house. I also love that you can have a package delivered and no one bothers it. I love the staff and the community. Move in was simple and seamless. However the apartment was not checked and for basic maintenance issues before renting. Such as changing the drain in the bathroom, the dishwasher stop working after a few weeks and then the garbage disposal. The dryer in the laundry center were broken for weeks even after walking down to the leasing office to let them know. Our ceiling leaked and was not fully fixed until after the 3rd attempt. Needless to say there was too many issues that could be fixed before renting the apartment. On a positive note staff were always friendly and professional. (with exception of the guys that does maintenance, they were not to friendly and you would always need to ask follow-up questions on whether the issue was fixed etc. The female maintenance person was always professional, friendly and always updated you on what her next steps were if necessary.

Like I said I love living here I don't know what else to say I love the staff when I had a problem with my kitchen draw I couldn't believe how fast they fix it, the staff here from front dest to maintain is wonderful expectantly the front desk when I have a problem not understanding something they are so helpful I love tne front desk

Just moved in on September 4, 2021. There is a lot of speeding. They should slow down. The entrance to the apartment needs to be upgraded or fixed to where only one car should enter at a time. Perhaps, they can be fined.

It's been a very good overall experience. It's has been a very peaceful community and I have no complaints about my unit. Everything I need as of extremities are within a 5 to 10 mile radius which is awesome. It is a very awesome community.

Was really good when I first moved in. Now I have a terrible neighbor that I'm not even sure lives here that stays in his car all night with his headlights on. I would call the front office to complain but the lady who works in there now is a complete ----- and doesn't care about the residents. She is extremely rude and if you need any type of help she will instead just have an attitude with you the whole time and get nothing done. I get better customer service at the DMV. The maintenance lady that helped me with my garbage disposal was SUPER nice and friendly. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable calling her for anything.

BEWARE! The rent is never what they say it will be. They find all kind of extra fees to charge you, hundreds of dollars of extra fees. Make sure you read the lease agreement very very carefully! They very rarely clean the breezeways and the security gate always has issues.

Overall it's been a pleasure. A few minor maintenance concerns that were immediately addressed. Very clean and quiet community. The size of the apartments are ok. The staff is nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend.
