Staff here are friendly and always helpful. Love the security. I always feel safe and comfortable. I just wish it was gated all around the complex. People still have access to come up to apartments without going thru the gate.

Overall, my stay here has been okay. Before my husband and I moved in, I looked up reviews for the complex. I saw a couple reviews in regards to pests/bugs and a smell being in the apartments but I assumed maybe it was just an issue that particular resident had. When we moved in, there was an old smell in the apartment, but I thought well maybe I can get rid of it with a good cleaning and wall plugs. It went away but we would smell that old smell from time to time. The pest/bugs was a big issue for me. I absolutely hate any type of rodent. That has been an issue here since we moved in. I like to thing I'm a pretty clean person but we still saw roaches in the apartment. We have seen roaches, spiders, and some other bugs I couldn't recognize. Also, there was always a small gnat flying around that we couldn't get rid of. The apartments are near a lot of wooded area, so I'm assuming that's why but this was a big issue for me. When we moved in, the alarm system didn't work. Having to pay $10/month for it, I put in a work order for it to be fixed. They came out the following day but said they would notify the alarm system company. Here we are a year later, the alarm system still doesn't work and we're still paying the $10/month. My husband went to the front office about it and they basically told him we still had to pay the $10/month even though it wasnt working and no one came out to fix it. Other then that, I don't have a problem with maintenance. I don't interact with the office staff, so I don't have much to say about them. The only time I interacted with them, (outside of signing the lease) they weren't too welcoming. They might be the nicest people ever but from my one interaction, I didn't get that. I always feel like that's important working in a service setting. They saw me but they just sat at their desks when I walked in. No one said they'd be with me in a minute, nothing. Someone eventually got up and asked what I needed. Overall, my stay hasn't been bad. It's pretty quiet. The neighbors are friendly and I havent had many problems from them. Will I be renewing? Probably not. I'm giving an honest review because that's what I always look for when I'm searching.

I like the sense of security and that the staff is always on the grounds and available for contact. The complex is very quiet even though it is close to a busy area with traffic during rush hour. The aesthetics of the complex is nice and modern and I see myself living here long-term.

This place is way too expensive for what you get. The office staff is harder to reach since they changed management, the breezeways are almost always filthy, the pool is closed for nearly the entire year just to open for a couple of months, etc. If I can move, I will be moving to somewhere I feel like me paying $1,029 is justified.

Great, sufficient, dependable and very responsive work! I've lived in many apt and have never had such quick response on maintenance. They aren't rude or nosey and are very throughough and do a great job!

This community is in a nice area and located near a lot of shopping places. This community has great neighbors and I have not had any issues with the neighbors. I have had communication issues with the office and maintenance. Their maintenance needs improvement.

The complex is kept clean and orderly. The area is quite and never overly loud. The location is excellent and very convenient to the interstate, shopping and food. I would recommend living here to any of my family or friends.

It has been a wonderful experience living in Carringtion Green Parkway. The staff is great and very friendly. Most of the neighbors do keep to themselves. Even though, I'm not renewing my lease I would definitely recommend this community.

Quiet neighborhood, friendly staff, nice apartments with enough space. The maintenance staff is always prompt and professional and orders and filled quickly. There are also many places to eat and shopping not far from here.

I admire living at Carrington Green. My only concern is the management or absurd fees when you miss just one payment. Wether it was a system glitch with autopay or accidently forget, they'll have county sheriff come to your apartment with an affidavit which adds more fees to your monthly bill. Expect to spend merely $300-$400 on fees.

The Carrington Green Apartment Complex was awesome when it was ran by ---- and -------, there was nothing they didn't take of as well as the at that time courtesy officer. Well they've been replaced by some of the most sorry people I even seen. I had problems with an upstairs neighbor, called the courtesy officer 3 times he never called back or responded, I had to address the neighbor myself a few times until she moved. I informed the property managers of the lack of there of and was told by them there was nothing they could do. Now AS MUCH AS I PAY IN RENT I KNOW DAMN WELL YOU CAN ADDRESS THE PROBLEM; however, as soon as I stared asking for corporate number because all the "Property Management is doing is collecting a check and the courtesy officer is living rent/apartment work free", it was we'll take care of it. That has yes to be seen. Some of rentors have dogs and they crap in the grass in front of my patio area and I don't address them they leave, I've even told the sorry management and they've done nothing ever. The "new management is consisted of 2 clueless females and a clueless Ken doll looking guy" sad. As soon as I get the approval for my house I'm gone and I will NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone......

This has been an awesome stay at Carrington Green, because Jessica in the leasing office has always went above and beyond to accommodate me. I also like the maintenance crew they always take care of things in a timely manner, and keep the apartments nice and clean. Thanks, Wendy

Carrington Green Management is a BIG ripoff. You are promised to be refunded your Admin fee of $100 if you are not approved, but the application fee will not be refunded. We were not approved for the apartment. I went back to the office and was told we were not approved. While she was looking at the file, she explained why we were not approved. The manager stated I will receive the Admin Fee back via mail from the cooperate office. After three weeks had passed. I visited the office again to inquire of my refund. I was then told it takes 30 days, and if I receive it to let them know. I called again and spoke to the manager. Her reply was, "okay, let me get with my assistant and I will call you right back. Please give me your contact number." I have heard from her since. Today, 5 July 2016, I call back. Now I have the Assistant Manager, which doesn't know anything about it. I ask for the cooperate office phone number and was told I would probably be routed back to her. She told me the Manager was out of town. I just kept getting the runaround. Then she looked at the file and gave me another reason I haven't received the refund. I again asked for the cooperate office number and was told they don't have a cooperate office, only someone that moves from office to office and the only way I could contact them was via email. Okay, so you just lied to me when you said the cooperate office would redirect me to you. Your company is a BIG RIPOFF! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Overall I have lived at Carrington Green for 3 years going on 4. I like the location, community, and the staff is very friendly. I love the new management team because they are all about bringing the community together with events that are very well put together. The maintenance team is very punctual.

Many options to accommodate every option for what you need in # of bedrooms or garage. Prices are comparable to surrounding area. The staff on site is the most accommodating and will go out of their way to meet your needs. Just Angels. If I move back to Atlanta this is where I would live but my job requires me to relocate.

I just moved in to these apartments in the beginning of the month. After a grueling search, I knew Carrington Green was my choice. Glad I made that decision! The staff has been extremely helpful and friendly during the application and move-in process. The neighborhood is great; My kids have enjoyed the comfort and safety of it as well.

Absolutely the WORST experience ever. State/federal laws do not apply here. Ethics do not apply here. They try to trap you into new leases and break the law to do it. Of course I do NOT want to sign a new lease. This place is TERRIBLE. LOUD at all hours of the night and morning. Neighboring communities sneak in to use the facilities. Roaches are a HUGE problem here. Always calling maintenance and they show up whenever its convenient for them. Do you and your family a favor and move elsewhere.

I really love living here. It is quiet, the neighbors are nice, it is a very dog friendly community, and my apartment is really a great place. They really jump on service requests and the service guys are just super. The office folks are friendly, helpful, and honest. It has been a great experience. It feels like home!

I love living in Carrington Green! My reported issues are addressed quickly. The service requests are handled immediately and communication of the service is excellent. I have great neigbors!! The grounds are always well kept.

I'm new at Carrington Green, but from the time I first visited, to moving in, my experiences have all been awesome. This community far exceeds any I have ever lived in. It's a very peaceful place. The staff treats you with dignity. They really care. I sleep very well here. It's not noisy. Everything...from the faucets to the appliances, to the crown molding, shows that the owners really care about providing a beautiful and well maintained community.

My fiancé and myself had been in search of an apartment for almost a year before we found this complex. We visited without reading any of the reviews nor doing any research whatsoever. When we found out that not only is the property beautiful but quiet and affordable as well, we pounced on them. After a few days behind filling out our application we were dreading moving in. The reviews on this place are terrible, which makes for a quite awful feeling for a future resident. I had brought this up with our leasing agent, Jessica, and she informed me that the property was managed by a different company before January. So I went back to reading and most of the positive reviews are from January until current. Quite a relief! We moved in, and we have loved every moment of the beautiful property. They have a rather large pool that has yet to be dirty. A gym, which is fully loaded. A laundry room that is tight, but does the job, and many more amenities. Above anything, this management team tries to make our community feel like home. They've thrown pool parties. They've hosted cookies in the office. We get fantastic deals at local eateries. I am so thankful for the environment that I've stepped into. As with anything, there will also be complaints. Maintenance has not been speedy for us. This usually is understandable, however it's been almost two weeks since we've placed a complaint and we haven't heard back. There was also a few terrifyingly large bugs that we've stumbled across. The complex provides pest control as per request every Monday, so I'm hoping this will no longer be an issue for us. This community is phenomenal overall. I love that the office team is so helpful and cheerful. When I've seen my leasing agent she always asks how we're doing and makes an effort to personally ensure our satisfaction.

Since May 2015 I have resided at Carrington Green Apartments located in McDonough, Ga. I needed a one bedroom/one bath but because the two bedrooms/two baths were affordable I selected it. I can honestly say I love my apartment. It is contemporary, spacious, well maintained and have very nice amenities. The ostumer service is great. The staff is pleasant and very friendly. They are eager to assist and maintenance request are handled promptly. On a monthly basis resident receive a newsletter to inform them about up-coming required maintenance up-keep, apartment and community activities/events; and in addition there is a section for resident comments. For me this is very important because it gives me a voice and shows that my feeing and concerns are valued. This is not my first experience residing in an apartment. One of my pet peeves is teenagers' running around unsupervised and being loud. Since I have resided here I have seen teens but they have always been very polite and manner-able. I like the area. Very convenient , close to freeway and stores. Positive and clean environment. Feel safe to let my kids play outside. I enjoy the amenities such as the pool, gym, and tennis court. Definitely would recommend to a friend. I've been a renter less than a month and I'm very satisfied with my choice.
