Great experience here!! Staff is friendly and professional. Grounds are well kept. Neighborhood is quiet. Residents could be better about picking up after their pets, but management does a good job reinforcing their pet mess policy. Our apartment was very clean and ready to move in with new carpet. Their maintenance staff is excellent! When I call the front office to request a service call, the office staff is kind and never makes me feel like I'm bothering them. We had some trouble with our dishwasher and when maintenance came to work on it, he said he would order us a new one. In the mean time, he got our faulty dishwasher working again. When it finally died, I placed another service order and he showed up to the front door with a new dishwasher ready to install. He took less than an hour and he did a thorough job...even cleaned the floor underneath before installing the new appliance. We love the online option for paying our rent. Residents use the dumpster area as their own personal junk service. I feel bad for management having to deal with piles of discarded furniture and appliances that people leave over the weekend. Management always works hard to get the dumped furniture out of sight. This complex itself is a great place to live. My negative points in our stay here are because of the residents, not the management. Giving 4 stars because it doesn't seem like it's the best value for the price. Overall, we have really enjoyed living here!

Management is terrible!!! Glad we are moving out soon. My roommate got bed bugs and they acted like it was her fault and as if she already had them when we moved in! She never had bed bugs in her life and they told her to throw away her whole bed! Made us a pay a pet fee when we didn't have a pet and lied and said they saw the dog then changed their story and said they heard it. They will lie just to get money out of you! They claimed my check for rent had bounced when they never even processed it through my bank and tried to make me pay a check return fee and late fee when it clearly said on the payment ledger that they entered my account number wrong! They weren't even gonna look into that they were just gonna charge me a bunch of fees then threaten us with an eviction notice. Someone tried to break into a ladies apartment, she reported it and they tried to say it was her imagination and told her not to tell the other neighbors cause they didn't want the apartment to look bad. They don't change the air filters they just sat the new one inside of our apartment and left it. We pay for insect control but there are huge roaches inside and out of that place falling out of vents and everyone complains about it. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

They misplaced my rent (which I pay on time every month) and they unlawfully evict me without notice. Took them to court and won. Moved to a much much nicer place for less money. Now I don't have to deal with all the noise and roaches everywhere. Do yourself a favor a live elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible place to live. It seems almost as if no one sleeps around here as it is very noisy all day and night. The bugs roam free and if they do any pest control, it hasn't been effective. Sometimes the gate doesn't work and I can't come home for hours until they fix it. Management is the worst I have ever had in 30 years of apartment living. I will definitely not be returning.

I have been living here since 2011 when I relocated here from Louisiana. The staff is courteous and very friendly!! I know them all by names, and they all know me. I have never had a problem with the maintenance staff- they answer calls and attend to matters in a timely manner. There is a fitness center and pool onsite and a lot of room for parking. Living here has been one of my best experiences since I moved to GA. I am close to the interstate and and surrounding places. There motto "WELCOME HOME" really makes you feel that way.

I've been living out here for about 3months, and it's been horrible so far. The community is nice in appearance but lacks a lot of other things..roaches on the inside and outside of the complex. Dog poop in the area next to the community center, the laundry machines don't work properly( lost my money)My neighbors are not friendly at all. The management staff is very rude..(yeah,,now that I've moved in)but it seems only to certain nationality of people. The staff pretended to be nice and concern in the beginning. All I can do is take a breath and hope things get better.

I really do like living in my apartment and in this complex. The apartments are nice inside and out you can tell that they keep up the apartments nicely. I feel perfectly safe living here. The rent is pricey for just having less then 700 square feet and only being a one bed room but that's all I can say really. The only bad experience I have had living here was today and it was with other people just because I am on crutches in a cast with a broken foot and I have to walk my dog outside which is not a problem except when other people are out side standing right next to my building with a tiny 15 pound dog who won't shut up and they look at me and see me almost being ripped to the ground by my 55 pound dog and continue talking so I yelled over the dog and said can you please do something about your dog my dog is going to slip his collar and their is nothing that I am going to do because I have a cast on with only 1 crutch right now and they looked at me and that's all. Some how I got my dog inside. My point is if your going to have a dog in a complex you need to be respectful when you see someone who is struggling with their dog because yours won't stop barking at them.

I loved in this complex for 2 years. Not including the Community Manager, Kelli, an a few decent residents still trying to hang in there, this community has gone to being a very nice place to live to a gang infested, drug dealer community. Kelli is absolutely great and deserves a community much better than what tis complex has become. There is one person in the office that is completely manipulative and pulls juvenile antic on residents when you question here about anything about the apartments. They will stoop as low as to misstate reasons you move out so as to try and make you look bad because you don't feel safe anymore. The police were driving thru checking on residents the first 13 to 14 months and then they just STOPPED. The gang of 10 to 20 young people walk around all hours of the night, cars and apartments are being broken into. If you are looking for a place where you and your family feel safe walking to your car or walk around the complex for a workout, CARRINGTON GREEN IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!!

I have been a resident at Carrington Green for 5yrs and I can count on my hand the times I had to have maintenance in my home the office mgr is wonderful the remarks that I see on here is so not true I wanted to write a review cause I have seen the comments made and I can say that when people do not get there way then here comes the negative remarks well I am here to let you know that the property is great and a good place to live I will miss it but it my transition to GA well worth it.

I have been a resident at Carrington Green Apartments home since October 2012 I absolutely love it! The scenery is beautiful. There is always a landscaping crew out at least 2-3 times a week. The d cor in the front office is always clean and well refresh. I have 4 kids and we all have adjusted. I am very appreciative for the fact that the office personnel treats the school kids very nice. There is always treats for the smaller school kids. I hardly ever need any maintenance done but when it is requested it is done in a timely manner. Everyone is very friendly and very knowledgeable about anything I ve ask them. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I am a proud resident at Carrington Green! Great place to live!

Moved out early because my apartment was robbed. Glad it was because the neighbors and roaches made living here miserable. The office staff being completely incompetent didn't help either. They still kept my deposit.

Outstanding complex. Been here 5 months and love the pool. Office staff is friendly and we feel safe here for my family. Grounds are kept extra clean too. I've already recommended this place to several others that have moved in and feel the same.

Carrington Green stinks...literally! We have lived here for 7 months now and when we moved in we had such high expectations because on first glance the complex seems like a great place. After the first couple weeks after we moved in we began to notice roaches outside and inside our apartment. I clean every day and no food is left sitting out. There is also trash and dog poop everywhere!! The noise for the pool is ridiculous and we can very easily hear our upstairs neighbors conversations through the ceiling not to mention the fact that the walls facing the hallway/stairs are very, very thin. It just seems like a good portion of the people who reside here have little to no respect for others. We have had rude experiences with management on several occasions. We really just feel like second class citizens here and that we are living in a really unsanitary place. For over $900/month (just for a one bedroom apartment) you would think things would be a little better taken care of.

We enjoy living at Carrington Green. We have been here for almost two years. Because of my health we were able to move from a two bedroom on second floor to a one bedroom on the first floor with a garage. We would highly recommend "Carrington Green." The maintenance staff performs many jobs during the day, they continually work to get things done. The new management team welcomes new renters. There is a list of surrounding businesses that give us discounts because we are tenants here. The grounds are continually managed by outside businesses and the maintenance staff. The pool is a welcoming site and is cleaned once a week by the maintenance staff. The office team has a "Senior Brunch" that I normally cannot attend but when I have, it is delightful. We do have pets and our dog is walked continually. We clean up after our pet, but if any tenant doesn't then they are fined which helps keep our community sanitary. There is police officers that live here which helps to deter problems within the complex. Rent & Water is paid at the same time to the office - which is great for us. Updated comment 04.04.2014.

me and my wife have lived at Carrington Green for 3 years now and we love living here, we feel very comfortable here the grounds are beautiful and clean and the maintenance crew is very good and efficient. and the office staff is very friendly and understanding. especially Kelly she's the best and I feel she's not just part of the office staff she's also my friend.

Wow. I have never had any issues with Carrington Green. I have lived here going on 5 years and LOVE the staff.!I have never lived at a place that i felt comfortable going to the office and knowing that they would even sit down and talk to me if i just had a bad day. My husband was sick and went through surgery and they came to my apartment to make sure that he was doing okay. The maintenance guys are ALWAYS walking around picking up trash and look professional. I have a pet and the office let me split up my pet fee into two months, which helped me greatly. They even have a pool monitor to prevent problems at the pool and people coming from off the streets to the pool. I would greatly recommend Carrington Green to ANYONE with our without kids, it is clean, quite and very friendly.

I am so glad to be moving out in a week. This place is nice for the pricing but the staff and management brings it down. They have lost my rent twice and have refused to believe that I paid my pet deposit (which I did). The maintenance never shows up if you have an issue and the entire staff is rude! They have a "referral program" saying that you can get money for referring people, well I've referred three and there is ALWAYS some reason as to why I can not get the referral money. Scam! Make sure you do a really good walk through before moving in to your apartment and make a note of every single messed up thing; if you don't, Carrington Green will refuse to pay you back your deposit and even ask for more money. That's how they get you.

My boyfriend and I lived in Carrington Green for just over a year and we loved it. To start with, the entire move in process was a breeze. Not only were the apartments affordable, but Kelly was incredibly friendly, efficient, and willing to work around our schedules. The apartments themselves are very nice considering the rent is so reasonable. They are clean and all of the fixtures and appliances were either in great condition or appeared to be brand new. We lived on the ground floor and I will admit, there were nights where we had to listen to what sounded like our upstairs neighbor re-arranging furniture however; this is an apartment and not a house therefore, I think some level of noise is to be expected. More importantly, I always felt safe in the complex and I never had anything go missing from my apartment or vehicle. There are also several police officers living in the complex and the function as resident courtesy officers. I am not sure where all of the trash is that a previous reviewer mentioned. The grounds always look so pretty and the lawn company was there at least twice a week cutting the grass and leaf blowing. Over the summertime there is an increase in bugs (namely HUGE roaches but I understand this is common in Georgia?) but if you go the office, they send a pest control company over to spray free of charge. We had this done once every two months in the warmer weather and it seemed to do the trick. We didn t have any major repairs, but the few times we did call maintenance- their response was always very prompt and they fixed the issue the first time. We were forced to break our lease due to a job relocation, but even this process was easy at Carrington! Once again, the ladies in the office were great. They let us know exactly what we needed to do and when we needed to do it by. Before we left, we had the apartment professionally cleaned and didn t have a single problem. Unlike allot of property management companies, they didn t hit us with a bunch of ridiculous charges. All things considered, I would recommend Carrington to anyone.

I have lived here for 1 month now. The grounds and apartment are very nice and the amenities are some of the best that I have seen from previous apartments I have lived in. I also love the security of the officers that live here and the gated access. My only complaint is that the outside wall facing the stairwell and the ceiling are very thin. We are able to hear everyone who walks by the apartment when laying in bed at night and the upstairs neighbors (who are not so courtesy) play their music VERY loudly until 2 or 3 am almost every night. I know this is not an issue with the apartment itself and more an issue with disrespectful neighbors. I think if we lived in another building with grown-ups above us it wouldn't even be an issue at all. Overall I'm giving 4/5 stars as it is a very nice community and if you are lucky enough to have great neighbors then you will LOVE it here. UPDATE: It has now been 2 more months since my review and I have to say that I have grown more and more tired of this complex. Loud neighbors, 80% of the people are rude, trash everywhere (bottles, bags, food wrapper, ect in bushes and on ground), dog poop everywhere, people screaming and running around past 10pm at night. Our lease is up in June and we can't wait to move out of here. We would not recommend this place at all. It is very pretty to look at in the photos and from the outside but once you live here for some time you find that the "pretty" fades quickly. Update #2: We have been here almost 6 months now and still very unhappy. We were relocated here by my husband's employer and are hoping we can talk them into moving us somewhere else. We are originally from up north and I'm not sure if it is just the norm in the south but there are cockroaches everywhere here. They scurry past your feet on the sidewalks outside (especially by the pool). They are on the stairs outside of the apartment and we have found 4 in our apartment bathroom. I'm guessing they are coming in from the pipes. I have never seen a cockroach in real life until we moved here so I'm not entirely sure how they get around. I can tell you that our apartment is very clean. After we found the first roach about a month after moving in I was on high alert and clean this place spotless in hopes that we never have another one (so far it hasn't helped). Maybe roaches are just a way of life down here and everyone has to learn to deal with them...I don't know...maybe I'm being overly sensitive about it but to me it is extremely gross and makes me feel like I live somewhere that is dirty.

I've lived at Carrington Green for about 9 months and enjoy it here. The staff is very helpful and polite and the maintenance staff is A-1 as well. What I really enjoy is the safety and security I feel for my family due to the courtesy officers / off duty officers that live on property and walk around and are just so friendly. The apartments are so up to date and well maintained along with the grounds.

Management is horrible. Issues left and right. It rained about a week ago and my ceiling has wholes in it from watter and they still havent done anything about it. Also, they returned about a month worth of my mail to sender, including checks and some really important documents. Leaving ASAP. Laundry facility is bad as well. Four driers of whch two were broken for about a month and one of the working ones has a broken filter=nasty. Overall, really, really bad experience.
