I have never had a place charge me for hallway lights that is for the community that should be on the company's expense also never been charged for water that should also be on company's expense water is a necessity.

    Scammed by being over charged for rent, work orders were never filled after being placed, mold in the vents and had a strong Oder every time the air or heat was turned on, breeze way was filthy with dirt dead bugs and trash, unit trash left behind never picked up. Gym equipment broken, playground equipment was dry rotted it. It was a mess I moved out the unit after 3 months

      Good I have no complaints I really like the trash pick up service at the doorbut I wish the gates were operational more often. The staff in the office has always been so polite and helpful since my very first contact with them

          At first it was great but now the new maintenance team you have are sorry and tell lies and do not come in a timely manner to fix your problems the outside of the apartments in the stairs are dirty and need to be pressurized I put in a request and I got the reply it was did but it's never was did I pay $1,900 a month I can't understand why can't they come in and remodel my apartment and give me the new appliance like the new apartments if I continue to stay there

            I like the community and the team in the management office. The only thing I do not like is not being able to have wiggle room when paying rent late. I understand the late fees but don't like that GA will start the eviction process after a week of being late. Life happens and this economy is so crazy. Giving people some more grace wouldn't hurt especially if they are such good tenants and bother no one. Just a little insight. We all struggle and it should be a case by case decision but it seems that's not even an option and makes living so much harder.

              The office staff is very nice. Some small complaints, when you put in a work order some of the maintenance men will mark the work order as complete without even knowing what the issue is or coming to see about the issue. We pay all these monthly fees for valet trash, the up keeping or the "community center" pool area and stuff but every form of equipment in the gym area is broken, LITERALLY, The valet trash is suppose to come Sunday- Thursday but doesn't always come during those days, its a lot of stray cats out there now due to this issue I believe. we pay all these fees and dont see where the money is going. rent is too high here when the fees aren't being used. we pay every month for pest control just to kill spiders DAILY.

                Gates are always broken. Breeze ways are always dirty. Staff is very nice. I understand they have to wait for approval. But we are paying for this. Maintenance are good. We need to feel safe at all times.

                  Thus community is great. I love living here. I have no problems with anything aside from the front grate that has a tendency to stay open sometimes on the weekends leaving access to people coming in and out as they please.

                    This neighborhood was great when I first moved in. There have been some issues that make me not want to renew my lease in this community. The office staff is rude as hell. Whatever Taia has going on where she feels like being rude to the people who pay her bills is ridiculous. Outside of that the gate is broken every 3 days. People just drive through all the time because it never works.

                      In the beginning, it was a nice place to live. The entry gates are always broken, they never clean the breezeways, and the condition of the units keeps going downhill. The valet trash service is a joke. We pay $45 a month for it, and half the time you have to take your own trash because they don't come.

                        This is the worst place I have ever lived. Mold, bugs, unresponsive staff, exterminators that are scheduled but don't show up, mail boxes un safe, no cameras. Promises of repairs upon move in that never happened and my water bill got bigger when the pool opened.

                          So far it's been a great one. Friendly staff, nice neighbors, beautiful community, and awesome amenities. There are many more things that has made my experience great but there's a few things that have not been so nice. When we first moved in here we expected to be able to access all amenities unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. We have not had access to the club room, the gym has great potential but the maintenance on the equipment is not kept up, the pool was awesome when we were able to use it but i can count on one hand how many times we were able to use it. The gate has been open more times than being closed which has led to some unwanted guest being able to just knock at my door without being invited. Overall if i had to rate my experience I'll give it a 8/10. The staff honestly is the best staff of any complex or office I've seen. They're super friendly, caring, always has a smile on their face, and does so much for the community. I do not know their pay rate but i know it is not enough for everything that they do!

                            I feel as if for the amount of rent we pay when we renew our lease our apartments should be updated. We pay a lot for these older modeled apartments. Also I feel like this community is unsafe. There's a lot of car break ins because the gate is always broken.

                              I've been here 6Yrs. The first 4 were pretty good, but things changed drastically after, they tack on fees to your rent without notice that you cannot opt out of, cars broken into & management literally offer no type of care, breezeways are nasty full of spider webs & other bugs, you automatically pay for pest control with your rent but you do have to call & ask them to come out so even if you don't call them you're still paying, my fire alarm was going off for about 20 mins & although it was not a fire no one showed up so i don't even think that reports to anyone. They have started to remodel the units under a new buyer so hopefully they fix the overall issues with the units.

                                  I really love my apartment but, I was given the wrong information at the tour. The fees I was told was totally different from what my rent was. The lady is no longer working there. If I had known the price of the actual rent I wouldn't have moved there.

                                      Since I've been here there's been about 20 cars broken into, the freezers leak into the fridge, the dishwasher has failed, they do random inspections of the alarm systems that end up taking twice the amount of time it's supposed to, we've been under renovations so the pool was unusable for a month and now the recreational area is as well; waiting for tiles that are on back order in the laundry room so you have to go elsewhere to wash your clothes, the gym is still shut down with the only thing done in the past month was paint the walls with no sign of fixing the equipment. Rent is almost $2,000 after all the additional fees when it's posted at $1,500 and I can't use half the stuff they fee you for.

                                        Trash do not get picked up, gate always broken, rent too high for no reason, nobody gets back to you in the office so you always have to go up to the office. I hate that I really chose to stay here, so many restrictions, no second chances, can downgrade to a different space, can't use portal to pay!

                                            I moved in here in March 2017 I really liked it here and the staff. Since the name changed so have the staff not to friendly as before breezeways stay dirty this new trash can on the breezeway makes more bugs and roaches sometimes it doesn't get picked up. The rent is to high I won't be here another year they tell me my rent is one price and it ends up higher every month. Noisey gate never works

                                            I don't like to give bad reviews but sometimes it is necessary. For your own piece of mind don't do it. Neighbors are loud all hours of the night. It doesn't matter how many noise complaints that you make it will never be addressed. The grounds are maintained well except for when residents don't pick up after themselves. I've put in work orders for an issue that wasn't resolved. The amenities are down at inconvenient times. They has all spring to remodel the pool but waited until the summer when kids were out for them to actually be able to use it to close it. I don't like the valet trash that we are required to pay for. I can take my own trash out. They don't even come at the designated time and miss entire days and there is no compensation for the companies missed days.

                                              My experience has been sub-par. I feel that the amount I am paying in rent is somewhat unreasonable. For many nights the gate here was inoperable. The gym had only a few machines in it so I was never able to exercise in there. Also, I have experienced roaches coming out of the walls. I requested pest control and no one ever came out to my apartment.
