This complex is not what you think. The staff is not helpful as they make themselves out to be. The apartment was not clean when I moved, and they charge me extra fees. They have bugs and I contact the office. The office has not sent out anyone or do a follow up with my complaint.

This is a nice community and the staff really does their job at making sure everything is handled properly. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking because they will make sure to give them the best rate and care as possible

Property is clean and quiet. Poor lighting in the rear of buildings although they charge a light fee for outside.Car care center rarely works. Rarely any community activities going on. There is no stationary bike in the gym. Mostly free weights and treadmill

Late fee is too high. On top of not being able to pay online once you are late. People lifestyles are different and/or medical conditions such as I has occurred which hinders me from leaving my house sometimes. And the gate security isn't secure. I had someone sitting outside my house stalking me. Not only that, they approached me. Unaware, thinking I was in a secure environment, confused about how they drove threw the gate so easily and wondered how often they'd been doing this.

I just moved in. So far the apartment complex is beautiful and appears to be a great place to live. The grounds are well kept. The community is quiet, outside of the area near the pool and tennis courts as people are enjoying the amenities

Great community , very quiet and dog friendly . I haven't have any problems with this apartment complex. They are very good in keeping up around the building. The downside is people jump the fence to cross to the other side ( there's a neighborhood behind the building) . But other than that everything is normal here.

NEW RENTERS, BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY!!! EGREGIOUS & UNFAIR RENT PRACTICES!! I am currently a resident at Carrington Green and I have resided in this complex for over 3 years now. While some of our experiences have been pleasant, management remains one of the biggest challenges with its unfair rent practices. Carrington Green charges $175.00 late fee after 4 days the rent is due and an EXTRA $100.00 after 10 days. If you were to encounter some hard times, after 14 days, THERE WILL BE AN EVICTION NOTICE on your door from the local sheriff department. Furthermore, management charges an additional $500 per month the moment your contract expires. In my case, that was a 52% increase. I recently signed a new contract to extend my lease in March 13, 2019 and 3 weeks later my rent for 1 month had almost doubled to $1,705.05 even-though I submitted a signed contract at the office and signed the online rent agreement. Their reason was, "the rent was high because they were still waiting for my proof of insurance." Apparently, my new signed contract was invalid since they had not yet received a new copy of my updated renter's insurance. Mind you, My renter's insurance is dated from February 2019-2020. It is the same exact insurance they had in their file/record. They could have simply charged me $50 for the insurance they provide. But No, they charged me over $700!!!!! Why? Because it is MORE ABOUT THEIR MONEY than being fair and sincere. It took me 6 days to resolve the contract issues. They DID NOT honor my new contract for $975 signed on 3/13 and increased it to $1090 and YES they still charged me $175.00 late fee as I disputed the $700 charges and even though they were drafting a new contract for me. They didn't tell me of the lat fee until AFTER I signed the extended contract and they WILL NOT WAIVE THE LATE FEE. This time, I am highly disappointed with this company. I was hoping they would get better in treating their tenants with more courtesy, but it doesn't get any better. They only care about their money. I understand it is a business, but, humanity doesn't exist with management. Carrington Green has some positive. The neighbors are friendly and peaceful, the rooms are spacious and it is close the highway and local schools. But your patience will run thin in a short period of time with management. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood. I like how the grounds are kept. I would like to see more frequent cleaning in the breezeways. The apartment is spacious, but it is a little expensive. You get what you pay for and I like what I am paying.

This has been an amazing complex from the unit itself to the staff. I felt like I was home from the moment Sarah showed me the model unit. The unit I was given did not disappoint, it looked better than the photos. I'm extremely happy with living here and would recommend this community to anyone.

The apartment complex has been amazing: the management has been helpful, the tenants are nice and talkative. The complex is well maintained and manicured, and the trash compactor has not been overfilled since I have been living here. If you are looking for an affordable and nice place to live, Carrington Green is the best option in my honest opinion.

Good times and not so good times, overall this has been a good place to call home. If rent continues to increase, I'm going to look elsewhere. I think security has improved. Having police officers as neighbors is a good thing.

So far, so good. I like the community. The upkeep of the property is adequately maintained. It is reasonably quiet and the security is not complicated. I would recommend a family moving into this complex.

So far it's been okay. Our neighbors are pretty loud with their music, we can hear them arguing, and can smell when they are smoking weed. It makes our bathroom/apartment stink. The pest control it the worst part. I see a lot of ants and roaches during the warmer months.

The staff is great, I have never had a problem with them. They really encourage neighbors to get together for pizza or breakfast in the leasing office. The maintenance always answer within 24 hours. And they always wave when riding by.

My mom is a resident here and the property is amazing! Staff is great. She renewed again for 2019. I am leaving my current property "Echelon Park" in McDonough. They are expensive and charge for everything that we as residents did not consent to. So I switched to Carrington Green.

Not a good one. People. Smoke next door. It comes through my apartment. People continue to block my garage. Spoke with management about a sign. Never heard anything. Fitness center is a joke. Equipment don't work.

When first moved into the complex, it was well managed, any and every issue that I had was resolved, now with new management in, the complex looks run down, it seems VERY unsafe, any big issues I have pertaining to my unit gets thrown to the side and I'm always told that I'm basically losing my mind or I'm doing something wrong.

A very nice community. Pets are accepted. Room was very clean and had new carpet when moving in the leasing staff is great. All minor things I had to have adjusted were all fixed either same day or next.

This Community has really gotten worse over time things get lost when you take them to the office and then you get a email telling you that you are in violation of the lease and have to do what they want you to do and pay more. Maintenance is really nothing more than parts changers and do not fix items.
