When we first moved in things seemed good, then we kept having to run our kids inside during the day because the neighbors would go out and smoke weed without any regards for the kids and the smell would flood our porch. We informed the office and management quite a few times about this problem as sometimes it goes in our apartment to and nothing has been done to correct it even though in the lease it says marijuana smoking will not be tolerated and is against the lease

My experience has been good but the parking could be better. Any issues have always been addressed quickly and always friendly service. I wonder why the security gates are open so early and the amount of time they're open. It kind of defeats the purpose of it being a gated, secure community.

I moved here in the summer of 2020 & I absolutely love it. The area surrounding this complex is perfect. Almost everything you need is within 5 min (all types of food, grocery stores, liquor stores, nail salons, gas stations, airport, etc). The apartment complex itself is maintained nicely. The grass is always kept up and the landscaping is appealing.The staff is always kind. Maintenance requests are always fulfilled quickly. The people who reside here are rather friendly. And, to top it off, it has a fenced in area for your dog. I absolutely love that it is bully breed friendly. If you're looking for a nice, friendly, area-convenient apartment this is exactly where you need to be.

Great community! Grounds are done nicely. I work late nights and I feel safe. The community is located close to shopping and the freeway! The staff always answer usually within 24 hours. Neighbors are really friendly.

Management team are friendly and courteous. Efficiently processed my lease despite changing from one unit to another before my out-of-state move to the apartment complex. They are fast to take action on requests and quick to follow up. Maintenance team is fast, friendly, and efficient. I've read complaints from previous comments but those are beyond the management's responsibility but the negligence and total disregard of some tenants. That's typical anywhere. Blame it on the tenants and not management. I like the apartments and my wife and two sons even made good comments. I'm from NC on a job relocation here and consider this community my second home. :-)

It's been a great experience I enjoyed living here and it referred it to many friends. The office staff the ground staff and the maintenance staff are all great. They take care of the place the landscaping is beautiful there painting I do enjoy living here

The appearance of the apartment itself and the community are nice but the enforcement of the fines/rules are not regular or consistent which makes it difficult to feel completely happy with the apartment complex and trust the staff. Fines are given just by happenstance and not by regular checks so you feel like a victim of opportunity. The maintenance staff is very nice and prompt to respond to requests, even emergency ones. The amenities are nice as well.

I have only lived here for a month, but so far it has been very pleasant. The neighbors seem friendly. The community is clean, and beautiful. My maintenance requests are addressed within minutes, and the staff are friendly. So far I would highly recommend this community.

Staff is very friendly. Maintenance usually answers requests in a timely manner. They always clean up. But as far as the neighborhood, back here in the back is the meeting place for the pot smokers. People below me smoke pot and cigarettes on the back porch and the smoke comes right up in my house. Makes me sick. Can't even open windows or doors because of it. I can't even take my son outside in the grass next to the lake because he steps in dog poop because people don't clean up. I've seen people from other buildings walk their dogs back here to potty. So it's nasty and stinky outside. The apartment in general is ok. We like the rooms and we like the view of the lake and the amenities offered. Pricing is ok. But pandemic has made it hard to live here. Undecided about renewing because of the conditions back here in the back. We chose this apartment because of the location but its been not a good experience.

The Godley Station Community is a little overpriced. Residential Services can be in the standings amongst the best; though I'm sure this is, because the obscene amount of rent in which you pay to stay in such a regular establishment.

Units could be updated with new carpet and cabinets. There are a lot of marks on the walls and stains on the carpet in my unit. Rent was raised for the current year and units could be nicer and update

These apartments are beautiful with excellent layouts. The staff and maintenance have been awesome. It is quite pricey but worth it if u can afford it. The amentities are also beautiful we especially love the pool.

Colonial Grand at Godley Station is Clean and updated with superb maintenance staff. Lovely lake with fountain and plentiful sidewalks. Great pool and grill area. Decent gym but I'd like free weights added.

I love all the space I have in my apartment, love the high ceilings and screened in balcony. Even the storage closet we have is huge itself. The walls are not thin at all. I have been here a year and a half and I've never heard my neighbors. That's hard to find in apartments.

The apartment is nice and comes with useful amenities. Price is high and they increase it about 6% each year, which is ridiculous. At that increase, they are basically forcing their residents out to find other options.

I LOVE my view from my Apartment and Balcony, of the Lake with all of it's aviary wildlife. One of THE BEST things about living at Colonial Grand at Godley Lake. I also love that my apartment is furnished with a washer and dryer, very convenient.

Very Clean, maintenance guys are the very best, and Katie one of the front office employees is awesome. The mainteance guys are awesome, professionl, and curtious and fix things the first time around. Katie bends over backwards for her tenants - very professional and so sweet.
