    Overall a great experience so far. Apartment was nice and clean on move in day. The hallways outside of the apartments could be cleaner. Noticed a lot of bugs. Maybe pressure washing would do the trick. But other than that, no complaints.

      So far so good. Apartment was clean and ready to move-in. Maintenance is prompt and professional. The office staff is amazing and does a great job at making the transition for me smooth. I moved from out of state and couldn't feel more at home with Colonial Grand at Godley Lake. All MAA properties that I looked at had a very professional and knowledgeable staff.

        Residents park on the curbs, the complex does nothing about it. This is dangerous for pedestrians walking in the complex where drivers are unable to see beyond the poorly parked cars. Good luck finding a parking space after 6:30 PM, you will have to park far away from your building.

          We had numerous requests while living in the complex. The leasing agent we worked with was very responsive to any issue we had. The maintenance team is amazing and did not have to come out more than once per issue. The only down side is the apartments are dated, having carpet and old appliances in the units. Also, there is not enough parking. If you work into the night, you may have to walk 1/4 to 1/2 mile away. The staff tried to keep parking to registered cars only but that is quite the task. It was just not built with parking in mind for the number of units they have.

            Staff are still in "lock down" so they refuse to accept packages. Amenities are barely available. Maint sucks at keeping the apartments in working order. The porter rarely cleans dog poop cans or grills. The apartments are poorly maintained causing frequent issues. The walls shake and sound like a herd of elephants on a stampede anytime someone flushes the toilet. The hvac is not properly installed so it circulates air from the utility closet rather than through the filter. The walls are so thin the neighbors keep us up all night. Overall, great experience...

              The absolute worst place I have ever rented from. The staff are rude, nasty, and disrespectful. If you are military they will not honor your order. They are infested with spiders, roaches, and cats throughout the hallways and apartments. The garages are extremely high so parking is limited after 8pm. They are not worth the price vs the quality of living. At move in my carpet smelled terrible I had to get a professional to come out. Maintenance is a joke. One of them lived next door to me and I think he was entering my apartment when I wasn't home without a request. I saw him through the peep hole wiping his muddy shoes on my mat before he went into his apartment several time so I just threw the mat away. Save yourself some time, money, and energy and go next door to Godley Station or somewhere else in Pooler.

              Love my apartment, maintenance is awesome, here the same day. I looked at alot of communities and glad I choose Colonial Grand at Godley Lakes. My 1 bedroom is so roomy and comfortable, I don't feel like I'm living in a box, like so many other apts. I looked at.

                These apartments are amazing and staff are always very helpful and courteous. We especially love Katie in the front office. She is always such an amazing help. The property is very clean and always well maintained. The pool here is amazing and the lake view is very beautiful. The neighborhood here is very quiet as well

                  Everything has been great so far. The leasing agents, Katie, Lesha and Lashea are so helpful, patient and friendly. Also, the maintenance team is fast with resolving issues as well. This apartment complex is close to everything as well.

                        My first meeting with Katie gave me the warm fuzzies... She was attentive and her enthusiasm was authentic. The property is lovely. The lake is beautiful. The fitness center could be a bit cleaner.

                          The office and maintenance staff are great with the exception of the office being the only complex on the street not accepting packages. The neighbors have gotten worse over time. Smoking weed in the breezeways, constant dog barking and extremely loud upstairs folks.

                            Great experience, I enjoy the environment here. Quantity of parking sucks and most of the tenants who have dogs don't believe in picking up after their dog. No no complaints about anything else.

                              It's fine for the price. One of my main concerns is lack of parking. Finding parking close to my unit is not a guarantee. Noise stay relatively calm for the most part. From time to time it occasionally gets a little loud, but it's uncommon for the most part. It has a general crowded feel, but it's ok. Amenities are very clean and apartment management team is courteous.

                                I have lived here since the spring and have loved every minute! I was moving up from Florida and had to do so within a two week time frame which meant picking an apartment fast. Jeni in the office walked me through the model and also took me on site to view a different style so I could measure for my furniture. When I left and looked at other places, I knew Godley Lake was the place I wanted to be! I love my apartment and have entrusted the maintenance team 100% in my home. The apartment was well maintained upon move-in (and I'm picky!) and I have maybe had a light bulb go out since. I am glad I made this choice as I have had some horrendous living situations prior to living here. It is also SUPER convenient to everything which is an added bonus!

                                  My expectation upon moving in was unnerving, so many issues that should have been addressed before move -in were not completed. Painting, cleaning, broken microwave, un-kepted stairway, stove broken, simple putty around tile in the bathroom tub and sink, kitchen sick, and etc. However, the office was notified, but work was not finished nor addressed on the day the maintenance stated they would return to finish other repairs. If I could take my deposit back, I would.

                                    The management is wonderful and the location is perfect. Not too in the city, but there's PLENTY of things around here. The noise from the airport is NOT bad so if you're worried about that, don't be. Our apartment was very clean when we moved in and our neighbors have been nice. We're very happy with our decision to move here and the staff in the leasing office are so nice. I would highly recommend.

                                        The staff at Colonial grand are amazing and extremely friendly. My family has 4 adults which can be overwhelming for some apartment complexes(from our experience) but the staff at Godley Lake treated us amazingly. Kristin, our leasing consultant, had patience with us. She was truly amazing.

                                          The workers here are great. Whenever I need them, they come over quickly, and do an amazing job every time. Its great here !!except the dog owners. Every time I go outside I see at least 5 pieces of dog droppings.

                                            Don't like how the gates stay open throughout the day and are only closed at night. Plus the key for the gate is far away from the curb so I have to get out of my car to open the gate. Also our upstairs neighbors are really loud and we can hear mostly every movement that they make. And parking is really tricky to find after 5pm

                                                I asked to have the garbage disposal replaced because it has not worked since I moved in. The service manager said it is a newer model and refused to replace it, regardless if it worked properly or not.
