The staff and the maintenance team here get it. They are right on time with everything. Ladies in the office are the nicest I have met at any apartment complex and the maintenance team is jam up awesome.

Fantastic community I love the staff I love that it's pet friendly they I just wish there wasn't so much dog stool around the community there are plenty of poop stations.................................

Colonial grand is a wonderful place to stay. During the past, I stayed at different apartment complexes in savannah and this is the most safest place to stay. Close to shopping centers, movie theaters, restaurants, staff is great and nice neighbors. Pet friendly as well.

I have had a fantastic experience at this complex. Great front office staff and maintenance! They are very friendly and helpful. I have loved every second of living here and hope to continue to live here as long as I can!

Do not rent here. The property Manager --------------- is far from trustworthy. Neither is the staff . They attempted to bill me over $4k upon moving out for nothing more than nail holes. Add on to it they allowed some party to come into my apartment on a regular basis and steal legal paperwork , keys to my car, debit card , ID , even refusing to let me have access to my mail (and upon moving out all my mail including federal mail "disappeared"." Add in that her staff lied to me and told me my apartment had been rented forcing me to throw away a vast majority of my belongings in order to meet their move out time when I attempt to extend my lease (which my lease allowed me to do but the office staff's lie about it being rented prevented me from doing), illegal entry into my apartment while I was out of town to do some type of work to the fridge {causing me to lose $100 in groceries which they would not refund}. For a ------------------ wife, and mother of two children she is far from security minded. Her personal issue with me- (that I had no knowledge of) caused me to be banned from a Starbucks, a Publix and two hospitals merely for us being in the same places at the same time is clearly an act of pettiness and disregard for anyone's well being. I was very fond of the property and even -------- but she is untrustworthy in any matter.

Nice area it's just difficult to find parking after a certain hour. Clean and quite. Apartments are spacious. I feel safe here. I usually see a patrol car every now and then. It's close to all the business.

The buildings and landscaping are always well maintained. Main complaint is loud neighbors that drive too quickly in the complex. I've had to swerve out of their way too many times. Our neighbors below us are loud and slam doors so often, that they've caused cracks in our walls from our apartment shaking from the beasts that live below (apartment 628). We get along with everyone else in the building except them because of what sounds like constant construction.

The staff are so friendly and very helpful. I think cleaning up after your dogs needs to be enforced more, because there is a lot of dog poo that people don't pick up. If the community had a playground for kids it would attract more people. Overall our experience has been great and the staff are so friendly and very helpful.

This community is so friendly, especially pet friendly with no restrictions, so we can have our furry friend at home with us. The office staff was amazing so helpful. I would recommend the apartment complex to everyone

The experience here has been amazing from the day I walked into the office apartment seeking. I believe first impression is lasting. I signed a lease with the apartment based off of my experience with Katie. I didn't even see the apartment yet but I knew I was going to sign the lease. I LOVE living here. And the maintenance staff is fast and extremely professional.

Great community very convenient and clean. My only issue is I can hear the tenants above me. I would recommend this place as a good place to live. Anytime I've had a Maintenance issue it is handled in a fast professional manner.

I've really enjoyed this community, the staff, and everything. The only problem I experienced was not being able to opt out of the $45 "included" cable package that I didn't want nor was I able to use it for the entire time I lived here. :|

Overall - I love living here.... A few things however to note: *Never any parking space at my building (or, should I say rarely) - I most often have to park at the next parking area over or further out. *Loud neighbors with regards to yelling outside, slamming front doors often, loud music on balconies. *Trash Receptacle usually overflowing - trash lined up along outside. *Gate / Entrance: Not closing in evenings and have noticed that when it does close/lock (for security reasons - one reason I liked/chose this Complex) - there are visitors waiting for residents to come home and open the gate with their residence key and due to the fact the gate moves so extremely slowly - these non-residents can sneak in behind us residents coming home from a day of work in the evenings.

Enjoying leaving in Godley community. The maintenance employees always doing a great job an on timely manner as well as a great office management. They are very friendly and helpful at all time..Will definitely recommend this place to friends and others. It was home for 2 years for me and my husband and enjoyed our time here.

Very friendly staff but very professional. Felt welcomed the moment we walked in. After we moved in as well. Had one small problem with the dryer and very quick to respond and repair. We are very satisfied with this property.

Great customer service on a daily basis! The maintenance department is quick and timely, usually completing a service request within 24 hours! Would highly recommend living at this residence! The front office staff are so helpful and kind, which makes living in these apartments even more enjoyable!

The lady's at the front are extremely friendly. This is me and my boyfriends first time, for each of us, moving into our very own home. We love it! Very nice and is perfect amount of space for 2 in our one bedroom apartment. Also my boyfriend loves the lake. You can go fishing, kayaking, canoeing or whatever. It's apart of the community and it's beautiful. We looked a many different apartments, but this was both of our favorites. We are very happy we picked colonial grand at Godley lake.

I very much enjoy living at Colonial Grand @ Godley Station. The office personnel are pleasant and helpful. Also, the maintenance team completed the few work orders that I placed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.

Great customer service during the move in process. Maintenance team got the job done as soon as possible in the apartments. The only thing they need to do is pressure clean the hallways and staircase to the complex, and do so landscaping to the grass areas.

Great community and a great place to live. Really enjoy the area and the quietness of the community. I was recommended by my mother and I'm glad I made the choice to move into the area. Very peaceful and quiet.

Kind of early to give you my opinion, as I have only been here for week And I haven't been able to say one way or another to answer all these questions ask me in a month or so, but I have noticed that the fitness center is filthy, need cleaning real bad, especially the men's room

I recently moved in and so far everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly. Only one issue with the apartment after moving in and after reporting it, it was fixed within 24 hours. Overall, this place seems like a wonderful place to live.
