Nice Space, but there were many bugs when I first moved into the apartment. Additionally, I would love for there to be future units that come without carpet. For many people, carpet can make allergies worse, and it also makes pet life more difficult to clean up afterwards.

The location is amazing. The lake is beautiful. However the gate hasn't worked since we moved in and from what I've been told it hasn't worked properly in a long time. Very disappointed by that. We've had a few roaches as well. The post control only comes on Wednesday and will only spray your unit if you request it. Which I have. Also there is no parking!!! I haven't found a spot in front of my unit for days now. Also for over 1k a month for a 1bedroom I was hoping it would be larger. Otherwise, I like the location.

Of my experiences living in apartment communities, Colonial Grand at Godley Lake by far has been the best! The staff is patient and responsive to my needs, and have helped make seamless transitions of my living arrangements. The green space around the complex is wonderful, even to enjoy from your balcony. I highly recommend!

Overall my experience at this apartment complex has been good. It's annoying when the gates break. Maintenance is very nice and does their job in a timely manner. The pool is nice. The gym is standard. Sucks that you have to pay for air at the car wash. The apartment is lovely for my roommate and I.

Overall great looking community. Definitely one of the more established ones in the area. Apartments seem to be well maintained. Only issue we have had is lot of dryer lint built up in the breezeway due to the dryer vents in the breezeway. Also, seem to have an issue of spider eggs and wasps nests in the breezeway also.

I moved in less than a week ago. The apartment was bigger than I remember and in good condition. Besides a few maintenance fixes that were completed within a few days, there were no moving issues. So far, I like the quietness of the area as well its location to stores. I would hightly recommend this complex for anyone looking to live in the Pooler area.

I enjoy living here. The only issue is tenants not obeying rules;such as, trash disposal, parking and their pets. I had a tenant above me that was constantly stomping around. It's been quite lately. I like the area.

Gate is always left open. Parking is an issue cause some are so lazy they park on the curve. Seem some policy activity. Apartments are nice but I'm looking to get out. Never know who is supposed to be here or not since so many people are coming and going.

So far, the general impression is: quiet and well-kept. Apartment is well-designed. The residents I have met seem solid. Outside noise is usually well-controlled. There is no evidence of pet waste, or pet damage to outside areas.

Very satisfied. This apartment complex has a safe environment and the management staff is very professional. The response time on Amy service work has been very good. To date, I've had the garbage disposal replaced, a/c fixed twice and the clothes dryer repaired. Each time they were quick to respond. My only disappointment is that areas that the dogs are permitted to relieve themselves is too close to where I walk through to get to my apartment and sometimes because of peoples poor parking I have to walk through areas that people use for their pets bathroom.

Christian in the leasing office was amazing, from the first initial call, to viewing the apartment, and with signing the lease. The only downfall, since moving from Florida to Georgia, a lot of the communication was over the phone and getting someone to answer when you call is nearly impossible, but if you leave a message they do return calls promptly.

Overall living experience has been great! Friendly Management and family friendly environment. Grounds are kept clean for the most part (some dog waste problems) Shopping, dining, things to do with family are all within the perimeter.

I love it here! Very close to shopping and restaurants! The Poole is always kept up with and the gas grills are great for grilling steaks for dinner! You can't beat the price for the location. I plan on staying here as long as they let me. Lol

Colonial Grand at Godley Lake is a good community to live in. The people are friendly, there is a pretty lake that is great for kids or dogs to walk to and see. The pool is great and has a grilling area in it that is awesome for a day at the pool. The gym is okay, but has no free weights and limited equipment for people truly looking to workout. Great location!

So far i have a good experience living at the community. Neighbors are nice and office staff is helpful. No issues with parking spaces and have a proper lighting around the community. Best part is access to the lake if you want to relax after the long day at work.

So far I haven't had any issues. The apartments are older but clean. Some updates are needed and they shouldn't consider cleaning cabinet doors before someone moved in the apartments. Mine were very dirty and grease and have lots of scratches on them. They could have cleaned them and buffed them.

The unit is nice and the locations is great. However the outside is dirty and there are spider webs all over the stair cases, ceiling and light fixtures. I've asked 3 times for this to be taken care of, and it's been almost a month, and it's still not taken care of. It's disgusting and something out of a horror movie. It really needs to be dealt with.
