Great place to live! Quiet, family oriented community. Haven't had any major issues since moving in, which is great, because I hate to move, and plan to stay here for awhile. The office ladies are wonderful. Jeni and Lauren are helpful, professional, and personable. If you're thinking of moving in here, do it!! You won't regret it.

The office staff is amazing. The property is beautiful. Love that the pool is open year round. The parking is unassigned however there is Plenary of parking. Apartments are very spacious with updated appliances and gorgeous floors

My overall experience was excellent! One of the biggest decisions that aided in me choosing this community was that the overall area feels safe and even at night it is well lit! The staff is nice and always willing to help as well.

Not a great experience at all! I have to pay and provide for a lot of the repairs! All light bulbs and filters. Toilet repair. I have ask for carpet repair for over 6 months and has still not been done!

Great location, great service, great maintenance team, great front office. Grounds are well kept and clean. Gate not working properly but I expect, based on my experience with the maintenance team, will be fixed shortly.

The staff is good, especially the maintenance crew, however the grounds are poor due to pet owners' inability or unwillingness to do the right thing and pick up their pets' waste. I walk the grounds frequently and it is especially bad around bldg. 700.

Quiet and nice place to live. Office staff is very nice and helpful. Work orders are processed quickly. The only thing I wish different is parking. I would rather have assigned parking than first come first serve.

Lovely apartment community. The walking path along the lake, docks for fishing. Charcoal grills along the lake and a few big gas grills by the resort style pool. Close to dining and shopping, convenient to public transport, right out front! Close to schools and churches. Major highway less than five minutes away.

I like the fact that there are washer/dryers in the apartment . For the most part , you get the most bang for your Buck . I wish they had a better workout room have looked at other facilities & theirs have been a lot better . Also there are a few things that didn't get taken care of in our apartment that I feel should have . But over all like it here.

I love the apartment and the apartment complex. It's great to be looking over the lake. The pool and grill area is nice. There is plenty of parking. The garage is useful. A big plus is that it is pet friendly.

Generally, it was Good. Need more parking space. In the Entrance, there is too much trafic and the road can ba re designed. Needs water cleaning on swimming pool Good location, good management, good maintenance, Good service.

It has been great service from the office staff and maintenance staff. They are always friendly and professional. They try to remember names and appartment numbers of each tennant. Only bad thing is the gate randomly works.

The apartment is centrally located in Gidley Station and very accessible. I can't find a similar quality place for nearly the same cost. The gate should function more often, but I have no other complaints.

Been here 5 days so far so good, looks nice everyone smiles and says hi. The pool looks great and can't wait to go fishing in that cool lake.The staff has been great and has done everything possible to answer any questions I might have, which has been a few. Just can't wait for it to stop raining so I can really enjoy everything

This apartment complex is a joke. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. MOLD, dog poop, spiders, huge cockroaches everywhere. They upcharge like it's luxury when it's trash. The entire office staff is a joke...------------------------. When you want to speak with someone higher than the property manager... they give you a fake 866 number. Move out horrible. They will charge you for everything. We were lied to about an extension. I HATE THIS ENTIRE CORPORATION!! STAY AWAY!! Horrible place. All they want is your money. SN. The property manager ----------- will look out for her buddy's.

Very good experience. Maintenance people are great. The front office people are super friendly and helpful. Though i sometimes wish there's a better system to pick up my package from the front office. I understand they get very busy sometimes, so better package pick up systems will definitely speed things up on our end and ease the job for the people in the front office.

Nice community, well maintained. My only issue is there are residents that do not take care of the area, throw trash in the trees, don't pick up dog poop! Suggest a fine of some sort for violators. The maintenance staff works very hard to keep the community very beautiful!
