It's a quiet place. The apartment are in perfect condition for rent. It is a central location, clean and the staff is very diligent. I love this place. Have everything you need for less prive. I recomended this place

I have really enjoyed living in this community. I have lived on 2 MAA properties and they have my the best by far. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member, and I will probably continue to live on an MAA property for a while!

Service was good. Parking is bad. Theres not enough parking for everyone. I wish I did not have to walk to put my trash in the trash can because it is a far walk. People do drugs in the apartments because you can smell it around the complex

So far the living situation has been pleasant. Very quiet community with excellent units! I really like the layout of my apt and the location is the biggest advantage. I really enjoy living here so far!

Just moved in. Apartment was all new inside with updated appliances, carpeting and fresh paint. It seems like it will be a nice place to live. I did notice there are gates on the front of the property but not the back entrance so not sure what the point is. Not really gated.

My experience at this community has gone well, I have been able to find jobs and learn how to take responsibility. The pool is amazing and I was able to buy a drink from the machine. Everything I need is within walking distance of my unit.

I went in on a Saturday to view the appartments and the location. I found it was very well kept, the staff new a lot about the area and the viewing rooms were very nice. Staff was also very welcoming. Long story short they kept with me through email and calls and told me about a special going on and got me settled the following Saturday.

Great move in experience. From tour to move in. Tyler was fun an accommodating when I brought a bunch of my friends skiing for the tour. The staff made sure my home was perfect and move in ready. The property is pretty.

Neighbors are polite and friendly. Clean and quiet neighborhood. I love having access to the pool next to my home. Only challenges I can see is cars speeding in and out of the complex, and dog owners not picking up after their dogs.

Leasing office was very friendly and knowledgeable. I recently moved to my apartment complex yesterday and the residents seem very nice also. I have two little ones and they both said they like the community as well.

I have had nothing but the best time and experience at these apartments. The staff is very friendly and will help you right away without any hesitation. The pool is amazing during the summer and you can have loads of fun enjoying yourself by the poolside.

The office staff made our move in a breeze! They, as well as maintenance, have been so helpful! The apartments are affordable, but extremely nice. All of the appliances are new and work well. The rooms are spacious, as well as the garage. Our neighbors are mainly families, so the noise is not an issue. The property is dog friendly, which is very important to us and our Great Dane! We love Colonial Grand at Godley Station!

It's a nice area and the people around me are polite. I love having the lake here and being able to fish and what not. Over all a pretty good place to live in my opinion. They do have a big issue though that I hope is resolved soon.

The area is so nice! From the community and how safe it feels, to the stores right down the street within walking distance. I haven't had any problems and I would recommend this area to many of my friends.

This is one of the best apartment homes in the area in my opinion the people were amazing and very helpful they made sure your needs were met with out pressuring you to do something they work as a team to get the mission done and get you what you need ASAP.

My experience has been great so far. Office staff and maintenance are always there to assist me. I enjoy the amenities that they offer. Having a vacuum is very convenient when o don't want to drive far to clean out my car.

Overall I'm satisfied. Katie from the leasing office has been great. You're lucky to have someone that genuinely cares about your tenants. The maintenance staff have been very helpful as well. Overall I'm a happy resident.

It hasn't been great. The leasing professionals are great! However, what we've been going through with apartment maintenance and the billing for cable (that we dont have) has been a headache. We won't be renewing most likely.

The neighborhood at Colonial is awesome! The office staff are all nice and attentive. I love coming home to my spacious beautiful apartment and if I ever have maintenance issues help is a phone call away, with no wait time. I love it here!!

The apartments are very nice and affordable for the area. They are great for all pets, as we have cats and dogs. The neighborhood is good to walk them around. The lake is very nice and the permanent grill stations make for a great cookout.
