I walk my dog in the evening because its cooler and she needs the exercise from being cooped up all day while i work. I feel very safe walking around the grounds when I take her out, especially after 10pm.

Great office & maintenance staff. Very professional and efficient. I moved from one of their sister properties that was considered an "upscale/luxury" property and CG at Godley Lake is by far the better property in my opinion.

Colonial grand at godley lake is amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean environment, and great location. Neighboring residents are very polite. The pool area is great. Nice view and not too crowded most of the time. Overall very satisfied with the complex.

The apartments are very nice, however I feel that the office failed to give us important information. For example, that there is no light fixture or fan in guest bedroom. In addition the apartment that we moved into had some damage that I feel should have been taken care of before we moved in. The bathroom cabinets and molding had been chewed, scratched, and damaged by the the previous tenants dog. When we asked about parking, we were told that there was plenty of parking, however that is not the case. There is not enough parking and we, along with many other people, have had to park at other buildings and walk to our apartment. Many people also have to park on the curb or in the grass to make a parking spot because there simply isn't enough parking.

As far as apartment homes go it's pretty good overall. However one of our main complaints here is other residents not cleaning up after their dogs even with poop bags and disposal containers are supplied. On another note I have issues with the carpet being old and slowly coming apart and local management will not commit to replace it until we move.

Nice area. Friendly neighbors. The staff is welcoming and always cheerful. The response time via email and phone are amazing. I'm really glad I chose this community. I also love how everything is in close distance.

The office staff was very informative and friendly. My apartment was as I expected. There was an issue with the toilet seat. So I made out an order to get it fixed and lie and behold, the repairman was ther to fix it in less than 30 minutes. I was impressed with the service. Now I just moved in and hope this type of service continues. Great job guys!!!

My first apartment was managed by MAA, which is the sister of my new apartment here at Godley Lakes. I feel so welcome and at home here it's really unbelievable how fast me and my fianc? felt like we belonged. Love all the neighbors here, they are super friendly and caring. The property is gorgeous and the staff treated me like I was a friend. I really appreciate Lauren and Devon in particular for making the experience amazing!

My apt is sufficient for my needs and conveniently located close to my work which is GREAT! I really don't understand what the MAA fee each month is all about. I believe there should be another trash container for a large apt complex.

Thus far the community is quiet, clean and nice. The location of my apartment has ample amount of parking and neighbors seem to be friendly and respectful. The leasing consultant, Devin was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment itself is beautiful, great location in the suburbs. Close to a lot of shops and outlets. Swimming pool is great, home appliances are new and clean. Sadly my windows were painted shut. And when I inspected the home, I found dog food under the washer and dryer which is where I saw black roaches. I was shocked to see there's a monthly feee for online services. So the rent price isn't exactly what you'll pay, add ons included. The office staff is incredibly and super helpful. Building seems clean, I always see someone to ask for help if needed. I like the overall location, so many restaurants around. Most are close by 1145pm or so since they don't sell alcohol in Pooler after that time. The airport is near by but the planes don't fly over the area. So it's quiet.

Staff is very nice. But the up keep of the outside area is not very good. There is Geese poo on the sidewalks that is never picked up. They do not treat very well for fleas and roaches even though you pay for it included in your rent.

We are very happy we moved here. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. They have excellent Maintenance people and are all friendly. I have lived in a number apartments and I am very happy we stopped to look at these. We hope to stay here for a long time.

Complex is very well kept. Only had to make 2 maintenance requests in 2 and 1/2 years. Both were attended in few hours and fixed (without mebeing present). No mess. Apartment left in same condition. Convenient location. Front office very friendly and caring. Even side walks, stairs, and parking lots are pressure washed continuously

Downgraded since arrival. Residents are messy and not held accountable. Amenities and good but pool closed most of time and workout room mess. Bathrooms outside rarely open always locked and for those that live far away it's very inconvenient.

It's been great. All the staff is friendly and it's so peaceful here. Living in a busy city isn't easy but Colonial Grand Godly lake makes it a lot more enjoyable. The amenities are great and the lake view is beautiful.

I am having a wonderful experience. All of the office staff is so unbelievably nice and efficient. I am so happy that I made the decision to move here, especially because they accept pets and o not have a breed restriction. I was not going to move anywhere where I couldn't bring my german shepherd. Now, me and my fur baby can both live happily.

Everyone here is fantastic! Whenever something needs done they are quick to get back to you! The girls in the office make you feel at home! Would recommend this community to anyone! Also close to shopping dinning and movies!

The community is very nice. Quiet and well maintained. Front desk always shows service with a smile as well as maintenance and ground keepers. The fitness room is very nice with A variety of equipment. A great place to call home.

So far the staff his been very great! The area is very nice and not too much noise. The only negative that I currently have is the parking. It is always a struggle to find a park if you get home past 6 pm.

I've only been living here for about 6 months. I can't speak for any of the other tenants, but all the maintenance requests I've submitted have been resolved quickly and efficiently. Of course there are some vices, but no place is perfect. I'm not totally dissatisfied although I wish they'd fix little things around the community like the broken vacuum hose at the car wash station, or that squeaky elliptical machine in the workout room. But like I said little things. Overall I feel like I've been treated well here though.

It's been wonderful until this year. Newest neighbors are quite noisy and messy. The Parking challenges have gotten progressively worse. It would be GREAT if those who sign a lease could get an assigned spot.

Whenever I request any kind of repair, they response and worked very quickly. And I love the workers because they are so greeting and nice to us. I would love to stay as long as I live in Savannah and recommend my friends

The community in itself is not bad. The apartments are very nice and comfortable, the lake view is rather relaxing. They are somewhat updated and very homey. The community itself is very quiet and peaceful. The only complain I have is the complacency of the management itself when it comes to resident concerns. For the price one pays, the community could be upkept a lot better. If they addressed this, it would be a 5 star community.
