The staff is super sweet! I've had an easy experience trying to get moved in and settled. The infinity pool is so cool! I'm also glad I'm surround by a lake. The only downside I see is my experience with Comcast.

The staff has been so helpful during the process of moving in. They had answers to all my questions and were able to help me and my roommate get settled in with no problem. We had lots of questions and they made the experience less stressful for both of us.

My move in has been great. Apartment was very clean and haven't had any issues. I accidentally didn't turn in paperwork on time but LaShae was still able to send me a lease and have me moved in when I was supposed to. Also, I was very jappy to fond out that the MAA connect fee includes 123 channels olus Internet!!! I was able to add a cell ohone plan to it for less than $20 a month, in turn saving me loads of money every month! Great work and great deals!

Great community gym 24 hours, pool and their rent includes cable and internet. Spacious apartments washer and dryer also in unit. They have huge tubs and a he his/hers sink. If you're looking for a new home with everything included, this is the place. The airport is also up the street for those who travel a lot or travel for business.

The application process was very easy and they made sure I understood everything before signing the lease. I like how they took the time to make sure I understood being that it's my first apartment. The move in process was very easy also. I didn't have any problems at all. The apartment was VERY clean! I've been here for a week exactly and it's a very quiet neighborhood. The people are friendly. I love it here so far.

great community. Maintenance team is the best. Location is great and very quite. I am very pleased to be in this apartment community. Neighbors are respectful. They Always have parking whenever I come home!

The maintenance is phenomenal! I would recommend this apartment to everyone. The staff is friendly and any questions that I have is answered accurately..no hidden information. Still new to the area but feel comfortable and so glad that I made the choice to live here

The experience here has been very good and it's very different from where we moved from. I really appreciate the genuine wanting to help and make sure that we are comfortable. This is only the second apartment that I've been in and so far, I really enjoy this one better than where I've come from.

This place is Awesome!! Lashea, in the office, is a doll. We were moving from another State, she made everything a breeze. Maintenance on staff 24 hours. We had one issue, Johnny came right away and took care of it. Love going to the pool and Lake. We feel like were on vacation everyday!!

Very Quiet, close to everything, minutes from downtown and the beach. Put in a work order and it was completed the next day or 2. Pool and gym are well maintained. Lake is nice and stocked with fish. Love it

I have no complaints. I think that's pretty rare. All maintenance requests are filled in a timely fashion and everyone on staff has been nothing but accommodating. My apartment felt too good to be true but it's been a perfect living situation.

It has been an awesome experience, the community is very kind and they always want to improve our experience in the neighborhood, I highly recommend to live here, specially if you are an student. My only issue is that some neighbors do not park on the respective parking spaces and that could cause an accident because it blocks the view of the upcoming cars an I heard many neighbors complaining about this, but overall it is a nice place to live

I love the community besides the parking and dog poop being left all over the place. It's a wonderful place to live. The staff in the front office is amazing. Any issues or request they get on it right away.

So far the community is fine. I don't mind being here. There's a few things I wish were differences with the access of the grills when the pool is closed etc. otherwise it is a nice place to be. Thank you.

The staff is amazing, the apartment is beautiful and the community is stunning. But the parking is challenging and there needs to be something done about pet waste. Behind my apartment is a pet station but there is dog feces everywhere making it very difficult to walk my puppy.

It is a very nice community. Very clean in comparison to other apartment communities I've been to. The staff usually fixes maintenance within 24 hours of a complaint. My own washer and dryer is very nice to have. I am walking distance to a plethora and diverse bars and restaurants. I am 3 miles away from the airport and less than a mile away from a grocery store. Computers and printers available to tenants.

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it pertained to answering questions I had about the area. The location is absolutely perfect because you're right in the middle of everything. The apartment was extremely clean when I moved in on move in day.

Overall, it's been great! The location to Gulfstream and local businesses is outstanding. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Although, I'm out most of the weekends, I like the little events they have for the community.

It was nice when first moved in. Now, others that have moved in are not taking care of the outside: IE dripping trash that stains the cement. Not placing the trash into the trash compactor. Overall not satisfied with the newer renting individuals.

I absolutely love it here! The staff here are very friendly and they do a really good job making you feel like home. The area is safe and the residents are all very friendly. I plan on living here for the next few years.

Such an easy move-in! The staff at the front office went above and beyond to assist in our needs and that was very important when finding a place to call home! I 100% recommend this apartment to everyone. It's very clean and well kept and all our neighbors are extremely pleasant to live next to!

Overall good. Walls are too thin and sometimes hear the neighbors. Many people can't use the dumpster so it has a mountain of trash when all that was needed was a compactor cycle. There are a lot of bugs mostly in the kitchen. They need to spray more.

Great experience. The few times I had any kind of a small issue it was taken care of immediately thanks to the wonderful staff. Women in the office are all very kind and knowledgeable about any questions I've had. Everyone should get raises!

I love living here! The staff is helpful and maintenance is amazing. Always smiling and willing to help Been here for 2 years now, and I have enjoyed it the whole time. I feel like the reviews I've read about the building, and company have been misleading as I have never had a problem.
