Very nice, maintenance and office staff are very attentive, the grounds and community location are also amazing. Rent could be a bit lower. I don't see what's so luxury about paying 1500$ for a one bedroom

Not Pleasanton today one that was hoping that it's gonna get better when I arrive at the first day my apartment was dirty I will not post to pictures online but they were discussing the price is high compared to the other apartments in a neighborhood however I had to put my stuff on the balcony or patio for seven days till they change it and clean my apartment which is I have to stay in a hotel they prorated my apartment there was not enough for two days in a hotel not even seven I purchase the garage I spend more money on a Uber that I had to pay for my garage monthly because I have people parked in front of it after reporting seven times to residential manager nothing was done most of the time I had to take Uber or my coworkers to take me to work because my garage door is blocked but people who park every morning the maintenance man will drive around in the golf cart and seeing all this car parked but they don't do nothing I guess it's not their problem which is it's not their cars it's nicely parked in front of it not in front of my garage what is Val saying that the two months prior to my decision to leave this apartment complex it was a shooting I was coming home from work after 13 hours I will stop by the police and said I can I get to the neighborhood because it's a live shooter still running around the neighborhood there was no directions at 7 PM I waited to 10:20 PM it was horrible nobody from the neighborhood or management ever send a letter or apologies to us when the charges are up here they're very quick to come into your apartment for no reason or leave the door of the note on the door nobody says nothing to nobody apologize nobody mentioned I was a live shooting and they were the people who came home from work that they waiting outside for four hours to get to their apartment I'm not sure how else I can graded this than a horrible experience scary not expected for an on top of that my renegade raise $200 which is a 40%Which is definitely not fair for the apartment that you have and there's no explanation with work going to be performed for $200 more than mine I'm gonna lose that I was going all the best

I love live at Colonial Grand at Godly Station. Clean and quiet. Only negative is some people drive too fast within the complex. The office staff is knowledgeable, kind understanding and curious. Always there when you need them (professional).

The property managers were super nice and friendly. Ms. Katie's personality and engery made me feel welcomed from the moment I stepped into the building! The location is very nice and close to all the grocery stores and shopping centers which is a huge plus. I was able to rent at a great price at a beautiful property that has a lake.

Awesome and friendly expierence. Leasing agent and Manger very informative and answered questions thoroughly. Always avaliable and timely responses. Maintenance is awesome as well. Common areas are well kept. Noise level is low to minimum.

Nice and quiet. Adequate workout area and nice pool. Very convenient to multiple shopping areas and restaurants. Front office personnel are amazing and will take time of out of their schedules to talk to you.

Very nice place with amenities. Situated in a prime location with stores at walking distance. The leasing office staff ate very friendly and down to earth. The maintenance folks are always available on call.

Overall it's been good. If you don't like animals I wouldn't recommend staying here. The resident parking is poor. We don't have a lot of space. And as a woman I do not like walking far at night to get to my apartment. I don't feel safe. We haven't had any community gatherings. Rent is very expensive and keeps increasing. The maintenance staff is the best part of staying here. They're always very responsive and usually fix the problem the same day.

Apt constantly smells like weed, and I don't smoke. My laundry if left in the dryer "too long" has to be rewashed. Theres dog poop everywhere you look. The trash compactor is ALWAYS overflowing onto the sidewalk. Parking is impossible. People without handicap permits always park in the handicap spots.

Beautiful property with a very friendly office team. The units are spacious and pet friendly which is a huge plus. Can't wait to finish unpacking and enjoy the amenities that are offered here. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area.

i like katie so very much she is great. One of the maintance men really creeps me out and I feel like hes checking out my daughter all the time. Theres cockroaches in my apartment and they have been here since I moved in. Im unhappy with the amount of rent I pay. I got a write up for my renters insurance when I actually never lapsed in coverage and you can get written up for hearsay. Which is ridiculous. The grills at the pool havent worked for weeks and someones always using the other ones. The front gate is always broken there is garbage everywhere. And there is never anywhere to park. I have to park so far away from my apartment its crazy

This apartment complex has been a dream. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are great, and the staff is incredible. The staff are seriously the biggest plus to the community. They are always happy to help, the maintenance team is the greatest.

So far I am very happy. The front office personnel are very helpful and responsive to any questions or needs. Specifically, Katie Evatt has been extremely wonderful to work with. The building is "semi" or mostly quiet and the grounds are well kept.

Most has been pleasant, except for the termite problem. It took them a pretty LONG time to take care of it, but then got it done. We had a pretty bad incident with a resident and her dog. But that was settled when they moved. Now they have a car they left in the parking lot, Hopefully it will be towed away soon.

Overall a safe and quiet community. The girls in the front office are great. Always greet you with a smile and will do anything to help you with any issues you might have. The pool area is well maintained and not usually crowded which is nice. Maintenance staff is courteous and efficient.
