Its fine. Only thing I dislike is the 2 gates disconnecting the community. You really notice it when having food or other services delivered. People will enter the wrong gate(they are close to each other) and not be able to enter the right road

This place doesn;t even deserve one star. This place SUCKS! The people in the office lie just to get you to sign the lease. Pathetic. You are forced to take their internet and cable. I don't need cable and I can get my own internet OH NO you have to take theirs - they do get money from the internet company so that's why you HAVE to take their crap. I told them I had no idea how to hook this up. The staff informed me they would help me set it up in my apartment (LIE #2). They then refused to help me. I have a 14 year old cat with documentation that she is an ESP (emotional support pet). Again the staff LIED and told me I had to pay half the deposit but would probably get it back since I had paperwork. Well then I get an email from them stating I had to pay the other half of the pet deposit because she isn't an ESP. Dogs run loose everywhere (pit bulls) there is dog crap everywhere. The apartment is noisey, old dirty, moldy and they want way too much money for this dump. My suggestion is to RUN not walk as quickly as you can away from this dump.

Do not move in here the people in the office act like your best friend until you move in then you don't exist they force you to pay $85 a month for internet and cable but you h a ve to pay an additional $100 to start it I had documentation proving that I have an emotional support pet an d they still made me pay their ch a rgds I've been here two days and it's horrible I'm breaking my lease and getting out

It's terrible. I should have taken time do ask questions and read the negative reviews on Google. They trap you into signing a lease then abandon you to all problems. The property is filthy and grounds covered in animal feces. The staff is short and rude. There are no security cameras in case your property (car) is vandalized or damaged. The type of people they accept to move in, then later evicted, are what makes these "luxury apartment" an expensive "trailer park." I'm so sorry I moved here. So excited once mu lease is ended. Ever since the two MAA properties merged, the security amd cleanliness has gone obsolete. Don't let the pretty lake amd exterior fool you, as I did. This is the worst property. Worst staff. And continued black mold in several apartments and. The only good that comes with this property is that they allow all dog breeds. Including people to that list.

These are nice, well maintained apartments in a good location. There is a good response to any maintenance requests and the staff is quite helpful. The only con is the ceilings could have been better reinforced to quiet the sounds from upstairs.

I love the community and what it has to offer. I wish they didn't go up too high on the rent when it's time to renew your lease. For a single parent it's extremely difficult to keep your children in the same school if you have to move every year due to the rent being raised drastically.

The Staff are so very friendly, kind and supportive. The Complex is very nice, with nice facilities for exercising or swimming. The common areas are very pleasant and well cared for. The location is close to all the things available in Pooler, including the Savannah airport.

My sister and I moved into MAA Benton last week and we absolutely love it here so far! The Infiniti pool and the view of the lagoon from it alone makes It all the more worthwhile! The apartment is also very beautiful and spacious and it makes for the perfect apartment! This is also a gated community and as two young girls that just moved to a new state for the first time, we feel very safe living here so far! The MAA team is so wonderful as well and they have been there every step of the way to help us with anything and everything we have needed. We are so happy we decided to move here!

I moved in MAA Benton at 1515 Benton Blvd in February 2023. Couple months later there is odd smell in my apartment. I complained about the smell, and the maintaince person entered in my apartment and noticed the smell. But the management didn't do anything. As this smell affect my health I want to terminate my leasing recently. But they want to charge me two month rent as termination fee. I talked with them about this odd smell and this termination is NOT my default, but they just don't care. They don't care resident's feeling and concerning. Very bad management.

For the most part, this apartment community is a good place to live.I have lived here for twelve years.One of the things that bugs me though is all the goose poop on the sidewalks around the lake area! Also some residents walk their dogs and do not pick up their dogs poop even though there are dog refuse bag stations located in several areas around the property.I have felt pretty safe living here until I heard some gunfire coming from an apartment from across the lake recently.

Have lived here since 2012 and have enjoyed it greatly. The staff here is awesome. The maintenance team is very responsive. Everyone here works really hard to take care of their residents. The amenities are among the best in the area. Highly recommend.

Got to see the apartment before move in. Was extreamly clean and smelt nice. Management was amazing. They were patient with me when getting my information to them and gave me all the information I needed to know for move in and paying rent. They were extreamly helpful.
