I checked several apts in the area and Colonial Grand had everything I was looking for. Helpful friendliness from the office staff especially the 2 Katie's. Even the maintenance men are very friendly and helpful.

Ease to have a self-tour with digital key function. Employees of the leasing office are friendly. Probably should give more time to listen to what the customer is needed. Available units presented by the leasing office seem to be different from the website. Overall is good.

Really like it and enjoy the quiet neighborhood, located in a good area closer to stores, mall and shopping center, in general closer to everything.I really like the gym, car wash and the entire neighborhood, highly recommended.

Great experience and very helpful staff and maintained workers. They always answer our questions and get things done quickly. The members of the community are very friendly. There is a nice pool with grills.

I like the place. It's a nice place to live. No problems and no noise. Everyone is nice and friendly and mind their own business. The kids are not loud or in the streets. The parking is ok most of the time.

Overall it has been a positive experience. The office team are sweet and responsive. I have yet to bring my apartment issues to their attention and I'm confident it will be resolved in a timely manner.

I've been living here 6 months and I have. Nothing but good things to say about the maintenance/facilities crew justin is a good dude thank you we will extend our lease for 2023 we enjoy living here

Great staff. The fact that my first night somebody decided to cause ~$1,500+ in damages to my $60k truck and $30k+ camper is a bit annoying. The staff has been helpful and understanding. I do, however, hope the person which caused said damages gets punished and pays to fix my property.

very responsive and friendly staff; both the grounds crew and the office crew. the office has been very quick to address any issues ive had. the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. the gym and pool are always clean/

Haven't been here long but the property is nice. I had issues upon moving in. My mailbox key didn't work, the washer leaked, the dryer exhaust hose was broke, two of the four coax cables weren't live, and the apartment wasn't cleaned. Maintenance staff was quick to respond though and take care of the maintenance items.

I've had a great experience besides my apartment having moisture in it . I have moisture removers around my apartment & there is water in each room . Also the call box at this facility is useless due to me never being able to get my guest or food services through . For the amount of the rent I feel that there should not be water in my apartment

The location is one of my favorite things about the community, we're right next to the tanger outlets and two theaters, restaurants and countless other places for convenience. The grill has also been a favorite aspect of the complex. I've grilled a few times with friends and family and it's been a great experience for everyone.

It's been great! I've been living here for a few years now and it's a great location to live lots of entertainment and stuff to do that's close by like going to tybee island and downtown Savannah is always fun

Staff was the one main reason I chose this property. it is very clean and grounds are well maintained. Apartments are clean well maintained and nice size. Prices could be cheaper but i can manage. overall superb establishment.

My husband and I are very satisfied with the community we live in and the staff who is always there to help us out. The pool is very nice and the grounds are kept to the best way for us to get around .We only wish that we have is for the rest of the tenants to take pride in where they live and get on board with picking up after their pets . The community has several poop stations available, yet we have tenants that continue to ignore the community policies. This I understand is a very hard problem to correct because we have another community right next door to ours that I believe take their pets and leave pet waste in our community. From day one our staff is always out and helping the tenants with any of our needs. We are very happy that MAA has given us this opportunity to live close to work and all the stores within a few miles and that is very important to us. Please keep up the great work that Colonial Grands At Godley Lakes provides its tenants. Thanks Lynn and Robert Sanger

My experience at this community has been great. The maintenance team is awesome here. I have never really had to wait over two days for a problem to be fix, as a matter of fact when you put in a maintenance request be ready for the team to come in.

We had big expectations of these apartments! Since day 1 that we moved we started experiencing a lot of maintenance issues. They didn't let us see the apartment until the move date and we didn't have the chance to check if everything was ok until that day.

Nice quiet place next to a big lagoon. Convenient to everything.Walking distance to a variety of stores, restaurants movie theaters etc. Also you get public transportation to Savannah historic district

As far as apartment living goes, the community is great. Nice, quiet area. Convenient to airport, shopping, and many restaurants. The ladies in the leasing office are wonderful and always willing to help. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and prompt in resolving issues when called.

Well managed apartment complex. Neighbors are friendly. Like special events like Food Trucks on occasion. Projects are communicated by management. The maintenance team is the best. I am happy with the pet friendly atmosphere and mutual respect everyone for each other. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to others

I'm very pleased with this community. The Office staff and Maintenance are outstanding, and go above and beyond. Anything you need is no more than 10 minutes away, restaurants, shopping, etc. I felt welcome here from first contact.

Apartment homes are spacious and well designed. Nice view from lake side. Very good amenities especially pool, that are well maintained. Service staff is excellent. Front office is efficient and friendly.

Great community. We've had nothing but excellent service from the time we were looking, to move in, to assistance needed. Prompt, kind and amazing staff. The grounds are kept up well, sufficient parking, gated community.

The staff and maintenance are great. They respond quickly, are available when needed, and are efficient at problem solving. The apartment is clean and in good condition. Would definitely recommend to a friend and would continue to live in if it was located closer to my job. Will be sad to leave!
