I love living here, it's nice, comfortable, there's a nice pool and lake, relatively quiet, and we feel safe. On the downside, there's too much noise from AC machines by our porch, and the corridors between apartments could be cleaner.

I'm glad I chose here to live. The community is clean and the neighbors are respectful. I never mind calling the ladies that work at the office anytime I have a question. They always have an answer or can get back with me usually before the day is out. The maintenance personnel here are top notch! They do an excellent job fixing and maintaining the property.

Quiet/Calm friendly people. Love the pool. The grounds are always trimmed and inviting. 2nd floor is very hard with groceries. I am always concerned about falling down the cement stairs. I had only wished I were on the 1st floor.

Very friendly people always assess our needs promptly. Public areas and amenities are neatly taken care of. Work orders are swiftly handled and the maintenance team is cleanly and professional. Lovely ladies at the front office who make sure everyone is welcomed and taken care of.

Great place to make it your home. A a very affordable place to lives I my experience with the community was great. Just need more parking space for the tent. Some tent be having guest that spend the weekend thanking the tent park space. That I have to park away from my apartment. I have to park awar off then walk to my apartment late at night.

The cons... The apartment had/has mold located in the dishwasher filter, the toilet tanks, and the shower upon move-in. The carpets had not been cleaned... we have stepped on nails, push pins, Christmas tree needles, and legos hidden in the carpet. A push pin into your heel does not feel pleasant! The apartment appeared clean upon walk-thru inspection... just watch out for those hidden areas. The pros... we don't hear a lot of noise. We can hear our upstairs neighbors walking sometimes, but only if they're stomping or running. We don't hear tvs/music blaring, or screaming fights. The screened in patio is a plus if you like to sit outside. Most everyone in the community is extremely nice. The pool and gym are a nice bonus. The lake has 4 docks, which are a fantastic place to sit and watch the sunset. The maintenence team is A++! I've only had to place a work order once so far (at 11pm)... they were out by 9am the next day. Everyone I've talked to raves about their efficacy. They're very friendly, and wonderful at their jobs. So far, I would recommend this place to a friend. The pros definitely outweigh the cons.

My experience in this community has been fine. Have never had problems with the office, maintenance. Maintenance was outstanding, when I would put in worker order, normally completed expeditiously. Only issue was dog poop, but, you did take steps to assist, by, installing the poop bag stations. If, I had a recommendation for improvement, it would be installation of a security system (cameras). Other than that great community.

Great experience. Maintenance is fantastic, amenities are beautiful. Apartments are still looking new inside. Front office staff resond in good time. Good sized apartments and have only heard of 1 instance of serious crime in the neighborhood in almost 2 years.

Very quite apartment complex. The front office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to stores and restaurants. Parking is not an issue for me. I love fishing at the lake with my son.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Some other communities felt more intimidating with their overly large waiting rooms. This was the first place I looked at and the one I came back to because it had a couple features I needed that were not available elsewhere.

I really like the community. Grounds are kept neat and trim. Biggest complaint about that are dog owners that don't pickup after their pets and when they do they just drop their bags on the ground. No excuse when you have so many receptacles with bags. It makes walking around Lake unpleasant. It's better than it was as some now use the bags, but they just drop the bags on the ground where they pick up. My apartment is the small one bedroom. Had I been able to see one before I moved in I wouldn't have rented it. I didn't see it until the day i moved in. It's way to small for me. I would have rented something larger which I will when lease is up. Hopefully by the Lake where I am now. It would help if apartments were actually available to look at. Also, no carpet would have been nice. Some apartment complexes have just carpet in the first floor apartments. I can't take the stairs well, have a German Shepherd, and allergies. It's peaceful here and the location is great. Office staff are wonderful.

This is a wonderful community. The staff in the front office make even better. It was the smoothest move-in process I've ever had thanks to Jeni! My apartment looked brand new when I moved in. If I wasn't moving back home after my lease I would re-new over and over again. Great place for families and young children!! So many kids my son has made friends with. Everyone is so polite and nice. AND HELLO THERE IS A LAKE!!! We love all the amenities!

So far so good. Enjoying my experience in Savannah. There is a lot of growth and a lot of traffic so hopefully the city can keep up with explosion of people moving to the area. The management at Godley Station are very good at their jobs.

When we were looking for a new place to live, we looked at several complexes in the area. The office staff at these other places were so unhelpful & at times rude. The office staff here were super helpful, so nice and they were willing to walk us through every step. That's the main reason we decided to lease a place here.

Overall, this community is a decent choice. When I leased, it was a good price for what it is. The biggest positives about this complex is the good location and the decent middle of the road quality units. The worst things are the rapidly increasing rental rates, parking, and neighbors that have little regard for other residents as far as litter and picking up after their animals.
