I moved into a dirty apartment that had a fire in it, it was never cleaned prior to moving in it was semi cleaned shortly after I moved in. It has been a horrible experience and I've been charged unnecessary charges multiple times. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Very satisfied. Previously expressed concern about random site trash and power washing the hallways, both have been substantially addressed. Front entrance gate remains broken but every time it is fixed residents run into it knowing it will open when they do. I have observed this multiple times. That is one of the reasons it keeps breaking. Not sure what you can do about that.

It started out nice but over time the office staff have become less friendly. Part of why we chose MAA Benton was how helpful the off staff were and how good they were with communicating, but that communication turns rude really fast if you are even a day late with rent.

Signing the lease and getting all that information was a little difficult as the front office wasn't very attentive. But once we moved in, the experience has been nothing but great. The maintenance team is really awesome and the apartment is well kept

It has been good for the most part, parking has been a huge issue. I dislike having to walk across the majority of the complex when I get home from work. During the warmer weather months the spider population in the stairwells are out of this world. I also disliked how my rent was raised when signing on for another year lease, you would think if someone has a good track record of paying their bills to the company and staying for longer periods of time that they wouldn't penalize the occupant for renewing their lease. Other than those aspects it's been alright

I have mixed feelings about living here. Whilst I love the location I get upset about lack of general maintenance. During my time here the front gates have seldomly worked and when they have it's been for limited periods of time. The trash compactor is offer found to be overflowing at Weekends and stairwells and breezeways are very rarely cleaned. People tend to leave bags of trash outside their front doors for days on end and more Than often my apartment is left smelling of cannabis due to neighbors smoking on their balconies or the docks around the lake.

Nice quiet community but don't think it's worth the price I have found townhomes bigger and cheaper. People need to start using the trash compactor correctly so trash don't pile up outside making the complex look dirty

Well it has been a pretty great apartment complex but there's some flaws, some are worth letting go but some are not like, I've had a bug problem since start of this year and it still hasn't been solved and then the gap between doors makes them get in really quickly, spiders, roaches, centipedes, etc. also the garbage area almost always full and no pickup service and the parking issues i have to go and park my car 3-4 apartment complexes away because there's no spot left by the time i get home but office is pretty good everybody is nice but the issues i have are pretty serious because what if a spider bites me or my family and what if my family or i get food poisoning. Please address these concerns ASAP. Thank you

Well maintained, well managed, diverse community. Close to numerous restaurants, shopping mall, supermarkets, entertainment venues, churches and airport. Easy access to I95, parks, medical facilities and schools.

The complex was nice when I first moved in. But now that the ownership has changed just about anyone is being let in to rent. There are alot of disruptive people that are living here now. Its the people that make this community not so great. The apartments are fair, (4 out of 5 ) but need alot of maintenance. The maintenance crew are very nice and do there best to fix everything in a timely manner.

This has been my first apartment I have moved into. The experience has been great. We have only had to make one maintenance request, and that was fixed within the next day. If things are broken within the community, they do fix it at a good pace. Only thing I think is a small flaw, is the entrance gate being open all the time. We got an email saying the gates were fixed, and they will remain the same schedule, However the entrance is still broken.

Not a great experience in so many ways. The apartment constantly has had major things break and it has taken months to get the repairs done. Not much help from the office staff. The outside is disgusting too. Dog crap everywhere that never gets cleaned up. Only 1 dumpster for the whole place that often overflows. Plus people smoking weed outside, even on the playground around kids! We can't wait to move out.

In the beginning, the staff is very nice, warm, and welcoming. Once you sign your lease they are very rude and nasty. There is no one to report your mistreatment to so that is probably why they believe they can talk to you or treat you any kind of way.

great staff assistance, maintenance timely in fixing issues. overall a great experience. just need more weekly food trucks and activities to meet other residents. hoping so for summer activities inside or outside by pool or barbeque area. staff very pleasant and willing to assist all residents.

I am being charged for a Service Animal yet you have her Employee ID x2, Her Service Dog Certification, a list of her tasks, A Dr note from my Cardio, a video of my medical issues and 2 of your employees seen me with Tremors in my legs unable to walk leaving the office. You have more than enough proof yet you are still charging me? that is Not Right. I have red stuff coming out of my shower which is not healthy for myself nor anyone else who lives here. The pool door is locked to the bathroom and the gate is locked to the bathroom; making it extremely difficult for those with children or disabilities to go to the restroom We pay more than enough for proper water & shower filtration; unlocked doors and gates to the pool.

The community is nice everybody stay to themselves. It's feels very safe here and I do like the fact that we're by many stores and restaurants that does help me. Management has been great to me. Very nice area

Since new management the property has gone down. New tenants don't care about where they live so trash is in stairwells and breezeways. Trees need to be trimmed so that all lamp posts are visible and emits proper light. Breezeway's and stairs should be pressure washed quarterly.

Management are polite, the community is quiet and friendly. Perfect for pets. The pond enhances the experience. However the common areas are not taken care of (stairs to the apartments always dirty, hornets combs are usual) provided home electrics are not updated. I love the pond view and location, it's also safe.

Very good experience, nice community, they treat their residence like family never had an issue with anybody in the office whenever you need something or anything that's wrong in your apartment. The maintenance team is also great. Nice pawn two nice pools two nice gyms

When I first moved here, it was ok. Now,the rent had trippled. They haven't done many upgrades here and the rent goes up due to new businesses that are being built. Not fair to the long term residents.

This apartment complex is in need of updating. This is not a place for single parent families. You will get a contact high the moment you walk outside. The smell of weed is so overpowering. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I wish my exp living here was better. The breezeway remains filthy. There is always dog waste on the grounds. The trash compact need stronger monitoring. To observe the almost daily trash build up is embarrassing. Also, for the term I've lived here the increase of rent is robbery. My apt requires repairs but they won't fix it unless I remove my belongings for 3 days. Move it where? Otherwise, the staff is nice and maintenance is very hardworking. They need a bigger raise.

This community has gone down tremendously Dog poop everywhere Cats everywhere urinating everywhere Rent is extremely above reason Noise level ridiculous Staff is friendly. But could be more understanding to the needs and complaints of the tenants. The dog poop is too much creates flies and nastiness. Building needs a power wash.
