The office staff and maintenance crew have been incredible. Most of my preliminary contact was via email and requests/questions were always answered promptly and professionally. The few occasions I have needed repairs to the apartment, the requests were handled courteously and quickly. I highly recommend Katie S and all those at Colonial Grand at Godley Station.

The apartments are beautiful and spacious, I love the door lock feature which doesnt require keys. Has a nice gym and pool. Close to everything in pooler. Plenty of parking and a friendly office staff.

From day one, I never felt for a second anything less than welcome! The management here is so good to me you would think I was family. The maintenance team is amazing. My apartment is safe and comfy. Throughout the entire pandemic I was treated so graciously through a financial struggle. Everybody always sounds happy to hear from me regardless of the reason for the conversation. I have never had a concern, issue or maintenance request go unaddressed for longer than a few hours. This is a really nice place to live and I love it here!

The leasing team is very friendly! However, my apartment was not move in ready, it was very dirty and there were many roaches. I'm sure if this was due to previous tenants but the hired cleaning team did a poor job and if anyone checked the apartment prior to my move in they would have seen this.

10 out of 10 so far :) Beautiful view and lagoon and woods, very natural. Amenities like car wash, pool, gym and others, and the area is nice with many restaurants and stores. And most important for me is the apartment is near my workplace.

Professional good overall service. Satisfied. Clean well kept living apartments,. Overalll very impressed with the entire team response and good services. Has to make improvements to the garbage system as many tenants leave their garbage bags outside he compactor, which is a health concern. Justin and Katie in the office are great, been stout them both for 6 years.??

I am extremely happy living in this new community because it's very serene and so pleasant to walk or sit along the lake out back on the docks day or night. I also love that they have upgrades like stainless steel appliances, keyless entry, WiFi/app based controls to turn on or off certain lights in the apartment. Huge closets are a major plus! Beautiful kitchens with islands and all the main appliances you'll need daily including a washer and dryer in my apartment. I get a very good rate on xfinity WiFi and cable package monthly they just simply add onto your rent so you never have a separate bill for it. More upgrades include plank wood look flooring on 1st floor apartments. If there is one thing I can complain about, it's being a first floor renter for the first time. The footsteps and bass music and late night partying is definitely NOT appealing to me or my 11 years old son. Thankfully, our tenants above us start at 10pm and stop around 12am and 2am. I further love the staff in this community! They are simply a delight to talk to anytime, always are in good spirits and always go above and beyond for my son and I anytime we have questions or issues. Issues are solved almost instantly! THANK you so much for all you each do Colonial Grand at Godley Station community staff/maintenance members!!! Couldn't be happier with the spacious outdoor patio and beautiful upgrades that can be controlled simply by going onto my app to lock and unlock my front door, turn on dining or foyer light, adjust my thermostat with the touch of a finger and more!!!!

Checkin was very easy. Office executives were very supportive. The Apartment was in good condition to move in. If there was any issue with any appliances or electricity, maintenance team is always there to sort out. Common areas could have dealt with more cleaning but I will go for 5 stars due to the team.

This apartment has been a great starter home for my Husband and I. This was our first place together and it was just what we needed at the time. We met great people and have enjoyed living in our building. We live on the third floor, all of our neighbors have been very friendly and quiet. The pool area is very nice and we used it all summer long. The grilling area was also a nice addition and we had many cook outs there with friends and family. The gym is also very convienent and has some great equipment for what we needed. We would likely renew our lease if we were not gettting a house this year. I would definitely recommend this complex to others in the future.

The experience was amazing. Katie was the property manager that made me instantly fall in love with the place. Her welcoming energy was so delightful, it was really hard not to say no to this place. The move in process was super easy and only took a few minutes to finalize everything. And the next day she called to check in with me. I've never lived in a complex where the front office makes keeps up with you right after you move in. The only downer that I have an issue with is the parking. A few times it was hard to find a space close to my building and some people park right on the curb which makes it difficult to back out of a spot without trying to hit them. But overall I love it here!

Colonial Grand at Godley Lake is a great place to call home. It is located within minutes to the airport, Interstate 95, multitudes of restaurants, shopping and the outlet mall. Tybee Island, downtown Savannah and Hilton Head island are an easy commute from here due to the easy access to the interstate. Grounds are maintained by a professional landscape company. Office staff works tirelessly to ensure every need and concern is addressed in a timely and professional manner. Maintenance team is top notch with quick response time and communication of repair status.

Average apartments they are quiet which is good the rent seems really high for the place. The community is very dirty bc of the dumpster not working and the large metal open garbage bins. The renovations were very poorly planned out and I was woken up during the day for them to be completed with out notice(I work night shift). It's not terrible it's just over priced.

I have had a pretty pleasant experience since moving here earlier this year. The maintenance team jumps onto the requests pretty quickly when you call the leasing office. I like that they allow all dog breeds so that I was able to bring my pup with me.
