Besides one incident involving a faulty AC unit which resulted in several months of exorbitant electricity bills, my overall experience has been satisfactory. Staff is generally helpful and prompt when responding to maintenance requests.

The leasing person is really very lovely but the apartment wasn't ready at all. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the previous tenant moved out. They did send the cleaners (twice) and maintenance the following Monday but the apartment still isn't cleaned well. The staff seems nice and the area is great but I would definitely recommend viewing the actual apartment before signing the lease if you can

The staff, especially Katie H. and Justin are awesome - I'm usually shocked by how quickly my maintenance requests are addressed and completed. Unfortunately, there was significant wear & tear to the apartment, done by prior tenants that were not fixed before I moved in, and still exist today.

The apartment complex was really nice. The room was nice and clean by the time I arrived. Everything was working decent. No major damages were found in the apartment. The complex was nice and kept well and clean.

This is our first time in an apartment. We were very nervous but that was taken away because of the care and the comfort that the the staff and the ability of the staff to make that nervousness go away.

We just moved in today and Lauren has been so great working with us. Move in went extremely well. The apartment was throughly cleaned and we are satisfied. The amenities are amazing and makes the price worth it.

I am absolutely in love with everything at Godley Lake. We just moved to GA and this place is perfect. The best part though is the staff! They have been amazing since day 1. They are like friends now!

No problems since moving here in 2009, great staff!! They all need a pay raise ASAP and I would definitely recommend this apartment community to my family and friends. In the Future, the company really consider more upgrades to the units, such as changing the flooring from carpet to hardwood laminate. Easier care and cheaper maintenance for both tenant and company starting with my apartment!

Great experience, several things I love about the community. It feels like an all inclusive resort at times. Love living by lake and walking paths with in the community. Pet friendly as well. Close to many of shops and local restaurants. Great place to live.

Beautiful community with large lake, swimming pool, fitness center etc. Any maintenance requests are completed promptly. Buildings are made almost soundproof, I rarely hear noise from other neighbors. Highly recommend this community.

The staff here is so friendly and always puts a smile on my face. They really make living here feel like home. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any needs that arise. We were so happy to find a three bedroom on the first floor and the beautiful plank flooring was a plus! We even have a walk in pantry and a separate storage room! So happy we are here even if it will only be for a short while. We are close to everything and our kids love the pool and the lake. It's no surprise that this community is full! Thank you for the memorable experience!

It's quiet. The neighbors are nice. The pool is well kept. The only problem is people that have dogs don't pick up their waste. And the hallway and stair case on the second and third floor needs to be cleaned and maintained.

It is fantastic other than having to go to Savannah to pick up packages. I love the community and amenities, everyone is very nice. I also very much enjoy the location as everything I need is nearby and easily accessible.

This community has great amenities and the accept pets. I was afraid at first that my pit bull would not be admitted, but i was wrong. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew goes above and beyond to ensure they satisfy your needs. Parking is great and they have plenty of places for you to put your pets poop. The dog park is amazing to have for your dogs to run free and get that backyard feeling. The lake and pool area is phenomenal.

Maintenance shows up in a timely manner. It's usually quiet around here. We are close to everything including a bus stop. The view of the lake is beautiful. The rent around here is a little high. There is lots of geese

I love it there's a lot to do and it's pet friendly even though I dnt own a pet at the moment and my children love the swimming pool and enjoy looking at the lake. It's a nice place to walk out to the gazebo at night for my husband and I

I have been here for two years and I haven't had any problems living at this apartment complex. All staff are so nice and they keep the community top notch. Any maintenance requests I have had (only two or three), they have been repaired immediately the next business day. Any questions I have about rent when it's time to renew are answered nicely and appropriately. Thank you for being awesome!

Everything has been great. A very easy experience overall. Would definitely recommend this apartment complex to others. The amenities a great as well. The view of the lake from my balcony is very peaceful.

The experience has been great. I like the unit and area near the office. Being near the pool is good ,but sometimes it will get a crowd a there is no where to park. There's not enough parking in the complex.

I have enjoyed living here. the neighbors are nice and friendly . The office is always very nice and very attentive. Maintenance always very helpful and friendly and responds in a timely manner. l am moving to your sister property to be closer to my family. I will miss everyone here.

A nice, quiet, beautiful place to stay. The pool is nice, they have a gym to workout in, and it is very close ro everything in Pooler. My only issue is the parking because sometimes u have to park far from your apt
