Very friendly leasing agents. Upon move in apartment was clean. The process went smoothly. Although there was construction to the front of the leasing office, it is good to see the care of updating the property.

It's pretty good. Noise is sometimes an issue. Weed smell sometimes an issue. But over all they care and have worked to try to limit issues. Always respond in a timely manner. Well kept save for her above.

The front office team was very helpful in all aspects of deciding to move in here. They are very informed on the area in general. From schools to restaurants and even night life. My wife and family all enjoyed the experience. It is a beautiful community and very quiet place to live in

I've been here since April 2018. The staff is friendly, maintenance is done quickly, and the facilities are always in order. I rarely have any complaints about the community. The maintenance and upkeep of the property keep it one of the best complexes in the area.

So far, I haven't met or relate to many members in the community, however I'm sure it'll turn out just fine once we get to meet some. I have talked to a few neighbors but minimal talk, they seem very nice so far.

It has been an absolute delight living at The Colonial Grand at Godley Station. It is such a relief to know that maintenance issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. My Lake view is my solace after a long, arduous day. I am grateful.

Nice. Clean and staff friendly . Convenient . It was easy move in process. All paperwork was completed online. Wish the gates worked all the time. Great piers to watch the ducks in the afternoon. Nice pool.

I love the complex the only headache is the parking it's never enough parking. And sometimes residents leave the animal poop outside around the property. They should also do more deals for long standing residents that renew their lease.

My experience at this community has been very pleasant. The offic people are very helpful and easy to get in contact with. The community is very peaceful. Great walking distance to grocery store and restaurant.

Very nice office staff and maintenance department. Promptly completes work orders and the landscaping is always very well maintained. The community is very quiet and the property is well lit. Close to shopping and restaurants.

So far really good me and my family are enjoying our new apartment. We definetly love the location and also the amenities. The staff is great and very nice the atmosphere is definitely one anyone would enjoy.

My girlfriend and I drove up from Tampa Florida to check out the area to see if we would like moving here and fell in love with the apartment complex. I decided to talk with Christian about the apartment complex and what they had to offer. Christian showed me a two bedroom and 2 bath apartment. We both loved it. I explained to Christian that I have Respiratory issues from war to see if they had any 2 bedroom apartments on the first floor coming open and Christian said one would be open on February 13. So I decided that I wanted it then. When I got back home I started filling out the Paperwork for the apartment.

I've lived here for 4 1/2 years now. Management takes good care of the property and is responsive to tenants needs. They address any issues brought to their attention in short order (in a fair manner). The property is extremely accessible to a lot of shopping, dining and entertainment (IMAX Theater is within easy walking distance).

Wonderful staff. Property Manager Jen is the best! Lauren is always all smiles and both have been a huge help while living here. I never thought I would stay in this area long but after going to other communities I've realized that this staff has the best interest of their people more than anyone else

The community itself is great! The only thing that I would recommend for improvement is the parking. There is very limited parking available. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. The apartment community is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly and willing to help.

Very nice community. Love the staff, club house, pool, best gym I've ever seen at an apartment community. Also love that there is an on-site car wash. The apartments are very spacious. Happy to call it home!

There are some Nice views from some apartments like water views and trees. All the personnel are friendly and nice to talk to in the office and also maintenance. Apartments not updated with appliances, floors, bathrooms.

I have been here less than a month but so far I like the community. The only thing that I have found difficulty with is parking near my building. I tried the gym I like that there is a scale avaibke but I wish there was more equipment for ab workout.

Katie in the leasing office is wonderful. Very helpful with all our questions. All of the staff have been terrific. If we have requested work to be done it has been done the same day. Pet friendly property with good sized apartments.

It's great , very nice community. Lived with company for many years, been here almost 5, very happy. Maintenance team and leasing office are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live

This is a very quiet apartment complex. The only thing I would improve about this place parking spaces. I sometimes I have to park on the other side of my apartment. I like to see my car near my house.

It has been nothing but a pleasure. Very quiet apartment complex. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The maintenance crew is what you will call second to none. The service calls are handle very quickly and they always respond to you by phone to let you know that they are working on your case

Very quiet, love it here!! Neighbors are friendly and i love the lake and pool area. Very spacious and homey but a little pricey. Love it and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Staff is also very friendly and courteous.

Staff not friendly or helpful noise constantly has not been addressed. I asked for a first floor apartment before move in never able to get that. I live above neighbors that complain about kids walking around in my house neighbor above me constantly noisy nothing has been done to stop it for months. Gate always broke trash over flowing daily especially on the weekend.

We live the community so far. The feces from the dogs and ducks is a bit gross, but since I've given my dog away, it is not an issue for me any longer. I love living on the lake. I also enjoy the coziness of my unit.
