I have enjoyed the layout of the apartment and the value. It is close to everything in Pooler. The pool is normally well kept. The front office if always friendly as well as the Maintenance. I have enjoyed living here

My experience at colonial grand at Godley station in Pooler ga has been a great one. I was able to apply online and in now time i was approved! The office staff made sure my move in for my first apartment was a great and easy experience. I enjoy the amenities that is offered her like the online web portal for residents, the cable that is included in the rent, access to a private pool and view of a beautiful lake.

Excellent community. Amazing office staff!! Fast and courteous maintenance staff. It is a very quiet and pleasant place to live. Only complaint is that people park wherever they feel like it. Not the communities fault just laziness from residents. There is plenty of parking in the middle for those who arrive late but they choose to make their own spaces lol. What can you do.. Regardless, we love it here!

Everything about this place is Awsome. Can not really complain. The only problem I have is the numerous amount of stray cats roaming the property. They are everywhere and constantly in the way. Everything else it Awsome about this place

Still new to the community I have not had any issues. The building that I a live in is very quiet which is a plus. Even though there are an abundance of dogs within the community you do not hear them barking late at night or see their droppings laying around.

My fianc? and I have recently moved in and we love everything so far. We moved here from Kansas and did everything online. The office staff helped us with everything and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Our apartment is great and everyone here is friendly!

I have only lived here a short time, but so far it has been a pleasant experience, Most of the staff have been pretty friendly. Katie was particularly welcoming and helpful. The only thing I would complain about is being forced to pay for cable when I do not really want it.

This apartment complex is nothing short of outstanding! Beautiful living arrangements with lots of amenities. In addition, the complex is conveniently located to food, shopping and the airport. The maintenance department is always prompt and courteous as well.

I feel that this community is safe, clean barring the inoperable trash compactor. Neighbors are generally friendly, service and attention to tenant needs are very good. Only issue recently in bldg 2234 is neighbors door slamming shakes the whole building.

So far so good, sounds like a herd of buffalos lives above me at times, but other than that everything is great. You shouldn't put a minimum when asking for comments or opinions, that's messed up. I can say what's needed quickly.

Great experience at move in. Really friendly staff and a well maintained community in a great location. We moved from out of state based on pictures from the website and working with the office staff and were not disappointed when we were able to see everything in person.

I just moved into this apartment complex about 2 weeks ago and am very happy with it so far. The leasing staff are great - they've always been able to answer any questions I've had and made the move-in process exceedingly quick and easy. The workout facility, pool and grounds seem to be kept in good condition. It also is a relatively quiet area to live in, which I like.

I have been in the community like almost a year and I'm very satisfied with the service the staff are great any problem that you have in your apartment with any maintenance they would take care of right away. And is a very nice and quiet community to live I love It.

The office and service teams are both awesome!!! Really a great group of people to work with. We were lucky to find a home by the clubhouse and we have a beautiful view!!! Pooler is a great area to live in!

Great apartment community to be a part of staff is friendly and always there ready and willing to help with any of your needs maintenance is quick to come in and fix anything that is put in for a work order I'm so happy that I picked this community over all the other ones available in this area

Good, could pick up trash more often. Gym equipment never gets wiped down, nor the trash emptied! Bathrooms by the pool are always dirty. Also the pool not clean enough. Bugs always floating around. Cigarettes butts everywhere. Also need to enforce the pick up poop rule. Dog poop everywhere, dogs running loose

I love living at Godley Lake apartments. The leasing office staff is always so willing to help out and make sure that problems get fixed quickly. They make sure the neighborhood is kept clean and are always looking out for their residents.

I've throughouly enjoyed the community to date. Moving in was an easy process, the building is extremely quiet, and I've never had an issue. My only complaint with the neighborhood is the buildings aren't numbered on the exterior which makes it a hassle when people come to visit or food deliveries

Management office is nice. Maintenance is less than desirable. Initially liked my apartment but will not renew. Trash is an issue here as well as a large dumpster near my ground floor unit that is overflowing with remodeling waste.

Very good location with acceptable process. The amenities are very good but suffer from the occasional shutdown, specifically the trash compactor. I've enjoyed my time here but will be leaving soon to get away from pooler traffic.

Pros: The front office staff are very nice and responsive to requests. It has very spacious apartments with a friendly environment and amenities. It's close to many shopping locations. Con: noisy flushing system (above units)

The space is roomy and homey from the start. All of the office employees have been extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I've had. I haven't needed much maintenance, but when I have had any issues, the maintenance team is there within 24 hours with a fix to my problem.

Colonial Grand at Godley Station is a lovely place to live. The apartments are spacious and very nice, there are plenty of extras to enjoy, like a gym and pool that are very well maintained, and the staff is incredibly helpful and very friendly, we love them.
