We moved to this apartment community after having negative experiences at our old apartment and are very glad we did. We absolutely LOVE the management staff and they are the best we've ever worked with. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoy our view of the pond. Our apartment is not updated but it's not a big deal. Any time we've needed something fixed it had happened that day or immediately the next day and the maintenance crew is very friendly and professional. The walls are somewhat thin and you can hear loud neighbors but that's part of apartment living. Overall we really like it here and our happy with our decision.

Its a nice community great apartment perfect views not too happy with neighbors either leaving their trash outside and others smoking non smoking part i cant help but really bothers especially having an infant child and not being able to enjoy our patio as for the trash ive called up to the front desk and nothing was done witch made me very upset because i put mine out for less than a couple hours and someone picked it up then charged me 50 dollars for it so im not too happy about that. The children out playing in the street my wifes car and my car are scratched and dented because of the kids playing ball other than these issues i love the place

I absolutely love living here! It's so peaceful and cozy! I love the fact that the maintenance crew fix your needs asap when requesting. Everyone that lives here is pretty friendly. Due to safety it is a safe environment

The community is quiet and everyone is extremely nice. The staff is amazing and always understanding! I love staying here and I appreciate them very much. They are awesome, kind, caring and always always always sending a smile to someone.

It was a nice apartment over all the staff was always quick and helpful. Only thing was the parking, when comeing home for work at night its was always a long walk to my building. Some days after a long day at work you just wanna be a little closer to your door.

I have enjoyed everything but the cable service. I have tried for a 3 weeks to get service to no avail. I am getting internet but not cable. I have all the equipment but they will not turn it on. No other issues thus far.

The community is great, Carpet and cabinets are worn. Carpet probably should be replaced for next tenant. Something is down in the pad and keeps surfacing to the top. Rooms are fairly sound proof, good lighting in complex but crew should come around at night as some lights are burned out.

I just recently moved to this neighborhood a few weeks back, and since then I have been so excited about my choice. The staff is amazing, the residents are respectful and the apartments are beautiful.

Great place, no issues. I like the location, lots of restaurants and stores nearby. I like the workout center (mainly due to the tvs) and especially the beautiful lake. I did not like when they painted all the buildings the same color.

The people here are great, with such a wonderful community and so much to do in the area. They have great maintenance service that completes the orders within 1-2 business days and do a great job. They have this place together, we feel safe and welcomed.

It has been a wonderful experience living here the staff is always welcoming and inviting. I rarely have work orders but when I have it's always prompt and professional. The property is well manicured. This is a wonderful place to call home.

Management are great and professional. Maintenance people come whenever needed and will stay until they solve the problem. Parking close to your apartment is generally not a problem. A quiet restful community.

I enjoy my community. It is neat, clean and convenient to all shopping centers. Think we need assigned parking and people should be fined for not picking up doggie pooh. I wish people would stop slamming their doors as they go in and out.

Just moved in! Great so far!! Just wish that the complex would invest in some elevatora maybe. Tugging heavy items up 3 flights of steep stairs is a bit much. Othet than that. The staff is really nice and friendly. The grounds are nice and clean

It's a great location and very pet friendly. Apartments are beautiful and so many amenities. Office staff was very helpful and made everything quick and easy. We were so happy to be able to move in the next day!! Thanks so much for all the help!

It's been great. Everyone has been so kind and friendly. Also, the apartment is very nice. Whenever there is a maintenance problem, it is always fixed right away. I enjoy staying here and am proud to call it home.

Love our apartment, we live on the third floor and it's so nice. The maintenance team is great, any issues are handled right away. The pool is beautiful and the gym is clean. We love being close to everything in Pooler too.

This Apartment is great to live in. The walls are not paper thin like it seems in other places, but neighbors can rarely be head (unless they are stomping up the exterior stairs or fighting. If you do want to live here do not accept for them to put you in a building near the road. If noises bother you wait for an apartment on the back side of the property to open up.

So far I've had a great experience. The only negative thing I have found is the ants in the dog park. They are in a lot of the area of the dog park. They get on myself, my dog and the bench, otherwise I wouldn't be concerned. It would be nice if it were sprayed or something. Really I can't go in if the ants get on me and I'm not sure if they are biting my dog or not.

I like it lived here before. Dog poop is still an issue. Stairs and outside walk area is dirty and needs cleaning. Residents speed through parking lot and dangerous. Loud music in cars all hours. Did off leash unsafe.

While the community faces the same challenges as the others, here they are handled by people who are genuinely personable, friendly, and above all courteous. I would highly recommend this community based on the staff at work alone. Thanks.

Everyone is very nice and friendly. The front office is always very helpful. I've never had any problems with the maintenance staff serving any problems I've had. Although I wish there wasn't any pot smokers.

The property is very nice, quiet, clean with friendly tenants and staff. It's close to Gulfstream so my commute is only 10 minutes so this place is very convenient. With many amenities nearby shopping is great.
