Apartment community is great, very well kept. Service is prompt and quick and the front office staff is very prompt and thorough. I have had two issues with the apartment, one being the water heater, which was replaced the next day. And the other being the washing machine. Which was also fixed the next day.

I'm very pleased. Except I had trouble with my mail box, mail continued to be put in when the lock was broken. I did receive another but it to has problems locking correctly. Neighbors don't clean up after pets.

After only 2 months of living here, we are extremely satisfied. The staff are excellent and always helpful and courteous! Our neighbors are quiet, and living by the lake and marshlands reminds of us northern Michigan where my husband and I were raised!

It has been nice but not so clean. The pool bathrooms are not the cleanest and the spiderwebs are not home like. Maintenance staff is excellent. Apartments are in good condition, not the best but good. Office staff could use better communications.

On moving in, my help was a no show. A mainttance man help me with one of my heavy peicesvof funiture. Everyone at the apartment are very nice and happy. Very happy eith the move in. Just wish the hot tube was working. It eould ne nice after a long day of work.

The staff has been extremely helpful and organized since day one of looking at the apartment. They are are all so helpful and friendly. I love the location of the apartment. Pool and gym are always super clean. Beautiful place to live. Right around the corner from everything.

Overall it is a nice setting, the lack of parking and the lack of a kids park is very noticeable. The stair areas and the sidewalk areas, have alot of dirt and debris, may need to be pressure washed. Also I would recommend some local trash cans around the facilities because I see trash get thrown out in the bushes and roads.

Maintenance staff is top notch! Office staff are very courteous and genuinely want to help with any questions and or concerns. I love the fact that I'm able to transfer to other properties within MMA. The transfer process was smooth and easy to understand.

Good location to everything, pretty community, well maintained, apts are pretty updated, nice pool area and work out room, pond is lovely in all year around with grills and some seating, well kept up, it is a family friendly atmosphere and seems pretty safe.

Love it here i feel safe in the community.Going to work in the early am i feel comfortable. everyone is extremely friendly and ready to help. Love being able to walk anywhere i want and still feel safe. The only problem i have is the carpet it should have been changed instead of cleaned because stains are popping up by me just walking on it.

Everything seems to be going well just a few issues I hope will be resolved before I get fully moved.Neighbors above me are noisy. I don't know if because I'm on a corner lot or what but my plumbing seems to back up at times. Also the dishwasher is/was in a poor looking condition.

Great location near restaurants and shopping and just 20 min from the Historic District in Savannah. The grounds are always nice, the staff is friendly and maintenance always gets work done quickly and efficiently. Thanks!

We moved to this community in April 2016. So far all is good. The main reason was because they have no pet restriction and is in a really nice area. We have all kind of shops around us. I would recommend this place for any pet lover that cant find the right place for then and their pets.

The staff are the greatest and most competent and helpful people you could ever wish to manage your apartment. They are so quick to respond to any issue and do a great job following up. They go above and beyond to help you out. All requests are resolved with compassion for your living experience. The grounds and apartments are maintained beautifully. It is a pretty and peaceful environment. The Assistant manager, Katie, and the Property Manager, Leasha, do an outstanding job to run this complex so professionally, thoughtfully and thoroughly. No detail is too small for them to handle with perfection. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who cares about the quality of their living space. These two women create a great culture for excellent employees and customer satisfaction.

So far, my experience at this community has been very positive. From the first day that I signed the lease, I have had no problems. My only complaint is that I can hear my neighbors walk around or bang on the wall. However, that is not that big of an issue for me.

WE moved into the complex in August 2014. Every time that I had to deal with the front office everyone has been very professional. The complex has been kept up very well. I have not had any problem with other tenants living here. The maintenance personnel I had to deal with has been great and goes out of their way to do everything they can.

Greatest staff ever...they always handle the apartment needs swiftly. Once you talk to them then you will know why they are the greatest staff ever. They handle all request both simple and complicated ones quickly, even the ones that has to be elevated.

Very dissatisfied! It is very hard to sleep during the day when I work night shift from all of the noise outside from the children being inconsiderate and the parents not doing a thing about it. I have I formed the office, but the noise has not subsided at all.

This is is a good complex, a little pricey but most apartments are if you want a decent one, the office staff is very nice and so is maintence. The area is nice with lots to do nearby. Only thing I recommend is they are more careful who they lease to some people living here come off a lil shady, but 99 percent of them do not.

So far it has been great and I love it here. The apartments are a good size and it has great amenities. The location is perfect. It is close to the airport and all the stores you will need. There are a lot of places to eat. Either done in or delivery. Very close to the new outlet mall.

Just moved in but so far I'm extremely pleased. I had a situation with living on the second floor. I needed a third floor room and the manager worked with me so I could transfer to the 3rd floor. Much more quiet. And the view over looking the water is nice. Although I would like to see the secong fountain working.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice size 1 bedroom with plenty of storage. Screened in patio is a plus. Bathroom with double vanity is useful. Appliances are basic, but work fine. The property is beautifully landscaped, nice pool. Descent gym.

Terrible customer service. Over priced for what they are offering. Gate in front is normally broken, but you are paying for that service within rent. Do not feel safe. Not enough parking near buildings that are occupied. Ask to see apartments in the back (they only show the front). Do not deal with complaints at all. Try to raise rent every year without having a reason.
