There is too many dogs and bugs in this complex. There is too much noise all day long from the neighbors upstairs. There is too much dog poop all over the place, the people do not pick up after their animals. It needs to be stopped immediately. ken

Colonial Grand at godley Lake is nice community and people have peaceful life. Community maintenance is prompt and good. But rents are at higher end and should have not charged TV cable charges forcebly. I am still new to write feedback, but surely recommend at friends.

I am completely satisfied with my apartment as it is for the handicapped, with a handicapped parking space close to the apartment. The location at the back of the complex is very good. The outside of the buildings are well kept as well as the grounds.

Colonial Grand at Godley Station is a very nice, friendly, and professional community. The rent is very affordable without sacraficing many living qualities. The office staff member met me sunday morning so I could receive my keys and begin moving in. Sunday was the only day possible for me to move, and the staff was over the top.

I just moved in last week. Everything so far is great. I would like the water a little hotter. It is not very hot by the time it gets to the bathroom. It would be nice if the lake had a pier or common area near by. The property is very well maintained. I love it so far, it's within walking distance to everything.

The staff both office and maintaince are friendly and helpful whenever needed!! They are awesome and I know when I call, things are going to get taken care of, especially if I talk to Jenny she is a great Manager!!

No one that works here cares about their residents. I call the front desk during work hours and no one is never there. They said they were going to put the screen on the porch but never did. instead they spend their time putting not park here on people windows of their cars that will not remove with put messing up your window. They care only about your money and not the welfare of the residents.

to early to say but residents appear polite and helpful. There is order in the complex with everything well maintained. the outlook from my apartment is relaxing with the lake and wooded view. Parking is not an issue with plenty of space directly in front of the unit.

Great Community. Great staff at Colonial Grand. The area provides easy access to shopping, eating, entertainment and businesses. Easy access to I-95 and interstate 16. We feel safe in the community while enjoying the outdoors. Pooler area is definitely the place to be.

Staff and maintenance have been very professional, friendly, and responded very quickly to maintenance requests. The online tool for paying rents, utilities, and submitting maintenance requests is very convenient. Only downside so far is they do not lease the community room for events/gatherings during closes business hours and the non-refundable pet deposit is extremely high (approx $450).

It's a great place to live. The office staff are wonderful and they try hard to stay on top of everything. Everyone is wonderful to work with and they work hard to keep the place looking good. It's convenient to shopping, work and the highway..

My overall experience in the community is ok. I only have one problem.and that's no where to park.When I come home I have to park at another building and walk back to my apartment.One time I parked in the handicap space because I had my son with me and the tow truck was called to get my car which I felt was unexceptable.I understand I'm not suppose to park in handicap but I should be able to atlases park in front of my own building.

It's been plesant. Neighbors are friendly and the view of the lake is fantastic. Facilities are excellent, clean, and well maintained. Needs more doggy dispensers around the property because I notice people who don't live near them tend not to clean up after their dogs. Also area is rather swampy.

Have overall been very satisfied with this apartment community. Only thing, we were told we could rent guest house in lobby for after hours events, but this is not the case. You're only allowed to use facilities during office hours, which doesn't make any sense. In all fairness, this may be a policy of the new owners, but it's not very helpful. Also the rent keeps going up every time we sign a new lease. Otherwise the complex is clean and well-kept. Its ok.

Very happy with the apartment. The office staff are very nice but don't always respond to issues as quickly as they could. The maintenance staff does a good job but is under staffed. Overall we are very happy here after our first month living here.

This is a gated community that is well maintained. The residents are friendly and it is close to everything with easy access to I-95 and I-16. I love living here because the community is active and very nice. I would recommend my apt. complex.

I feel everything was not disclosed prior to signing lease. Initial leasing agent was professional and addressed any concerns. This could be a 5* complex if gate is fixed and more staff is hired and neighbors are considerate of noise level.

The community is nice. The rent is little pricey. Make sure you ask about the extra fees like water and sewer charges and other charges that will effect the rent. Overall, the community is a nice place to live. The area is growing and expanding with new businesses.

I would like you to keep into more safefy around area of the apartment. The neighber is good. However some strange people from outside is easy to enter into apartment. It is out of control to crime in night time. I think that this apartment neet to install CCTV or security particularly in night time when the office is closed.

This apartment complex has been excellent. My only issue is that the treadmill with the working tv in the work-out center has been down for a while. Maybe get the tv on the other treadmill to work. Also you could get a stationary bike. Otherwise great!
