I love living at this apartment community. Overall it has the quality, efficiency, and character one looks for in a new home. The office staff is phenomenal and maintenance is the best thing in Pooler. Location is great and convenient with shopping, food, groceries, entertainment, etc, just about everything you need is 5-10 minutes away. You don't have to go far for anything! I'm highly satisfied with my residency here.

The move in experience at colonial grand was simple and enjoyable. The staff was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. I would recommended The Colonial Grand at Godley Lake to anyone in the market for a new apartment.

So far everyone in the office has been awesome!!! Only thing is it seems like everyday something different goes wrong. The toilet,sink,floor,stove, and now the air and ceiling fan. The office has been really good about getting things fixed. Just a lot gone wrong.

Excellent view, lots of support, great price. Very close to a movie theater, many restaurants. Two minute drive to Tanger Outlet. One minute drive to Walmart. Extremely close to a water park. 5 minute drive to Gulfstream. 7 minute drive to the airport.

Moving in was quite a breeze and the houses are very nice. Layouts on the apartments utilize every foot so that more roo. Is provided. Had a few discrepancies but the staff jumped right on it and things were fixed within two days of being here. I would highly recommend it to others.

The management and maintenance teams are so friendly and professional. They have responded to maintenance requests within 24 hours. They have many major projects going on in a short time span, which seems that it could be overwhelming to manage. The amenities and scenic location are very nice. My only complaint about the complex refers to many tenants that do not pick up after their dogs and drive too fast in the parking lots. There is a hedge that causes a blind spot and I have seen what could have been potential for accidents around that corner. The other complaint has to do with turning left out of the complex, traffic is getting heavier with a new apartment complex directly across Benton Blvd and new stores down the road . A traffic light or a wide enough turn lane/median or slower speed limit would make left turns easier to make.

Love the community however the office is very slow at returning your calls if they do. I called for two weeks left several messages and only get a voice recording. During business hours that phone should never go to a voice recording. I hate getting voice recording and if I were to have an emergency during work hours that's all you get. Example if my apartment were flooding it would run out the door before someone answered the phone.

Overall, very pleased with my move-in. A few bugs; however, the Staff has been very helpful. I was not able to move in on my first day due to a delay in flooring, and when moved in a few items were not up to par such as ice maker, and other small items. I am happy that things were fixed in a timely manner. Thanks to the Staff for making me feel welcomed. I would recommend to my friends.

Very nice pool setting adjacent to large lake. Very good WI-FI signals near/around pool. Well equipped gym. Lot of restaurants, shops, movie theaters and water park all within walking distance. Wide side walks for walking, jogging and cycling into neighboring communities.

The staff welcomed me with open arms, so friendly. The location is convenient, lots of activities within walking distance, and easy access to highway. Lots of amenities to enjoy, also the club house is nice. The gym has adequate equipment also. Pet deposit is reasonable they provide lots of areas for your pets to roam and also garbage disposal is accessible.

If you want roaches this is the place for you. If you also want them to bait & spray every 2 weeks saying everything is fine and the roaches live off of you for free, then this is the place for you!! No pet deposit required for these little friends!

My family and I stayed here for two wonderful years. The apartment manager and her assistant were friendly, courteous, and professional. I periodicly my found myself stopping into the office just to check on them. We originally planned to move out after our first year, but the manager so kindly found us a rate we couldn't refuse. The maintainance staff was always prompt and also professional. I'd recommend this property to anyone.

Great community to be in. Very peaceful and calm. Very pet friendly and the service staff is very courteous and helpful. Maintenance requests and support are dealt with as quickly as possible and with the utmost professionalism. The facility is well maintained as well.

The experience has been great. Only issue I have had other than the AC unit problem is our upstairs neighbor stomps as they walk through their apartment. I totally understand some steps are heard but these are not noraml walking steps. Other than that life is great in my new transition

Community is awesome! The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. The grounds are always kept neat. The pool is a great place to hang out and beat the heat. Maintenance staff is awesome as well. Very quick to respond to work orders and complete them in a timely manner.

Perfectly adequate apartment complex. The interior of the units is pleasant, and sized well. The rent is a bit steep as it is probably based on projected area growth models that most likely have exaggerated themselves, but that's ok because the location really is quite nice. Gulfstream and the airport are kind of loud, but not usually after business hours. The neighbors need to learn how to clean up after their pets, but otherwise, this is a lovely place to live.

I just moved in on Feb 2015. So far the staff has been friendly and anything I may have needed fix has already been fixed or still in process of being fixed. The 2 bedroom is very spacious and the garden tub is awesome in the master bedroom. The washer and dryer are pretty good also.

Save yourself the heartache. If they don't get ----- back I feel a lot of people will not be renewing their lease. I've been here 3 months and am in the process of looking for a new place. Great neighbors,view,maintenance staff. I keep getting unexplained fees i.e., I was charged $55.00 for utilities that I was told was not in my name. I moved in Dec 5th had GA Power in my name October 31st. Then I was told if I wanted to have one bill (rent,water,cable,trash)to call Comcast prior to moving in. Much to my surprise the $45 fee is billed even if you don't have them as your carrier. I've been with Time Warner over ten years. I wouldn't have been responsible for a connection fee. I'm beyond disappointed!
