This is an absolutely great place to live. I moved from a similar property on the island looking for a more cost efficient place to live. I was amazed to find Colonial Grand at Godley Station to be exactly what I was looking for. My one bedroom apartment had a great floor plan with an updated clean look. The unit even came with the washer and dryer included in the rent.I was pleased with how well kept the community looked and the quick access to the interstate for my commute to work.This was definitely the move for me.I could not be happier with my decision to make this my new home.

This has become a real home to us. It was going to be a temporary place but we've not felt a need to look further. Dog owners should be aware that this place is pet friendly. If only it was as Child Friendly

The people in our building were all great we all looked out for each other. The issues we had were not enough parking spots, and the landscape in the front or entry of the complex was always kept in good condition the apartments in the back are never updated like they are up front

I love living in this complex because of the staff members and their knowledge and friendliness. The only complaint I have ever had is that my carpet was old when moved in and had never been replaced. Cleaning it annually has not helped the appearance. Other than that it is a great place to live!

The staff and community are extremely friendly here at Godley Station. My husband and I love the layouts of our new apartment, and the pool, workout room, and patio areas are amazing. I love the screened in porch area (no bugs! Yay!!) and my cat loves to lounge out there too! The community is also very quiet; does not feel like an apartment at all. We are very happy with our choice to live at Godley Station.

apartments and community are ok. I wish they would do upkeep of the breezeways. Also repair the doors that are falling off the utility areas, replace the garbage can at the mailbox and keep the exercise room dust free - I have never been able to use the computers in the rental center as promised. overall you coulod do much worse but there is room for improvement to make this an A grade place

Godley lake made moving easy! Jenni helped us pick an apartment that fit our needs and price range. We were shown the showroom and approved in the same day. I recommend everyone check it out. Also for the people that like to fish, there is a ladle on the property.

So far my experience here has been great, everyone one is friendly. The service is excellent. The management staff always makes you feel at home while getting the job done. The grounds ans atmosphere here is great. The pool and the grills come in very clutch. I would highly recommend this place! A+

Move in was great, staff was very helpful. The inside was clean, do dings in the walls, doors. Love that it came with a washer and dryer. The carpets were very clean. I love how big the closet is and also to size of the patio. The bathtub is very big and I enjoy the double sinks in the bathroom.

This apartment complex has been wonderful in the sense that the front office staff and maintenance staff are very quick to offer help when needed. I would recommend this complex to someone who is not extremely restricted by cost. The cost of rent compared to what is offered is a little skewed, but overall not terrible.

Can't wait to get out! Noise all the time. Nasty stray cats everywhere. The people that live here don't care for anyone but themselves...have you seen the trash area on Tuesdays? Constantly calling about the air conditioner. Screen on back porch still not put back and HHS painters have been gone a month. The fountain in the pond has never been turned on in the six months I've been here and I was told to get an apartment by the pond....algi floating on top.

Friendly community! Great workout area with TV's and new equipment. Feel safe going there anytime of the day. Apartment's are spacious with lots of closets. Screen in porches are so nice and relaxing sitting outside crocheting. Office staff and maintence staff all treat you like family.

The apartment managers have been absolutely wonderful to make sure I had everythingi needed to get moved in. They are always very prompt to get back with me. And the maintenence is great to get with you too! Definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking!

We moved from Arkansas because of a job transfer and had no time to come to Pooler to look at the property. The staff was very considerate and helpful over the phone with our moving needs. They made our apartment search worry free. They answered all of our questions in a timely manor threw ether email or over the phone. They also sent us reminders to help us stay on track and remember everything. Once we got to Pooler GA the staff here was as friendly as they were over the phone and the property is as beautiful and clean as it looked online. Our apartment was as clean as it could of been when we moved into it. We plan on renting from this property for a while because of how helpful and understanding everyone has been and continues to be.

I am very happy with my apartment. They have a good servisio. The apartments are new inside. The atmosphere is very good. Has amenity of local shops nearby. The only thing is that I do not use cable tv and just as I do not see you have to pay if you do not use forced. Everything else I'm happy.

The apartment is in a great location and the maintenance staff is wonderful, but there is nothing else positive about it. We know how wonderful maintenance is because of how often they have to be called to fix things - the deadbolt doesn't work, the light switch doesn't work, the outlet doesn't work, the garbage disposal doesn't work, then the dishwasher and doorbell. It's been one thing after another since we moved in. The front office staff is lazy, rude, frequently unavailable, and unhelpful. Our monthly bill has been wrong multiple times since we moved in and requires a couple of days and a dozen phone calls to get someone to answer and solve the problem. I know other residents have also had this problem. The trash compactor is often overflowing. There is not enough parking. Other residents are very loud late into the nights. Their children run unsupervised screaming and ringing everyone's doorbells. This happens about once every week or two and management ignores complaints. They will also tell you that cable is "included" with your rent. In reality, they charge an extra $45 a month for it on top of your rent. It is included only in the sense that you have no option about whether to have it or what company provides it. You will also have to set it up yourself and pay $50 to have Comcast come to the apartment for anything - even to fix the connection that was already not working the day you moved in.

Moved out along with a handful of my neighbors but wanted to leave an objective and honest review about my experience at Colonial. Before my lease ended I got an insanely huge increase on my rent. Lived in apartment complexes across the states and was utterly shocked. Regardless of the astronomical amount they were asking for I left for many other reasons. 1) the bugs. Upon reporting this issue to management I was told that it was a part of living in Georgia. I honestly thought I may of been overreacting until I consulted with some coworkers that live in the area both apartments and homes. No one seemed to be experiencing the issue I was going through with roaches. I kept my apartment pristine and had all my food in air tight storage containers. The problem never seemed to be get better despite treatment. I was embarrassed to have people over and was miserable! 2.the breezeways are disgusting and the complex is so dirty on the weekends. 3. Unsupervised children. I have witnessed kids throwing balls in the parking lot and hitting cars. 4. Your rent will go up. Not just normal annual inflation. They are so greedy there. 5. Gym is laughable and in ill-repair and other public areas show signs of neglect. Just a tip to those still living here or anyone that may disregard this review: document any conversations with office and get it in writing if possible.

It has been a very nice experience. Any issues that have occurred have been resolved quickly by Jeni and her amazing staff. Three issues with the complex are dog poop everywhere, Trash area needs to be improved and there needs to be non smoking buildings in the complex. Please give them all big pay increases.

Godley Lakes is in a great location. We love how we can be wherever we want within 5 minutes. The grounds are kept nicely but there is not a lot of green space for the dogs, and it seems as though all the dog clean up spots are located closer to the front of the complex, when we are located in the back.

So far the hole experience has been amazing the staff was incredibly helpful in getting me approved and moved in. The unit itself was clean and very well taken care of. The surrounding community seems very calm and there is more then enough things to do that are within walking distance.

So far, so good. Very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The leasing agents, Diana and Cassandra are wonderful! We love the pool area and view of the lake. Looking forward to using the NEW barbecue area. The gym equipment needs some attention, please!
