Staff is very friendly and had all of my paperwork in order and waiting on my arrival as I relocated from out of stste. They provided all the contact information for everything that I needed to get changed over immediately after I was approved for the apartment

The pool is great and the lake view is wonderful and the screen porch is a plus I will be renewing my lease in 2016 the office staff is great the grounds are well taken care of the gas grills at the pool area are great I have nothing negative to say it a great place to live

Its wonderful. And staff is very friendly. The maintence is always very good about getting things fixed when let known something is wrong. And the front office staff is just as friendly and helpful as can be. Grounds are kept very nice and clean. I would recommend this apartment complex.

No complaints. The staff is always helpful. Any questions or concerns the staff presents every situation with quick speedy response. Friendly community living. So far my stay at Godley Station has been good and I would recommend anyone to live here.

I have rented from Colonial Grand for over a year and during that time I have had a number of general wear and tear maintenance issues that have been taken care of within 24-48 hours. Charlie the maintenance guy has always been extremely polite and helpful! He also fixed an issue with my sink when they recently repaired a leak in my toilet plumbing!! I have loved it here and would recommend that anyone looking for an apartment come to Colonial Grand. The service and staff are all very helpful! Maintenance free living! I love it!

Impressive Staff and just a overall pleasure to meet . I'm very happy with my apartment from the view to the quality. I enjoy all the amenities that are offered. I appreciate the gated community. The floor plan is brilliant, I love the island that comes with the Davenport .

Great experience overall. the only things that have been a nuisance have been that the trash compactor is not checked regularly and overflows into the street from time to time. Also, the entrance to the pool is closed for the time that the pool is closed rendering the grills inaccessible.other than that it has been a pleasure

So far, very satisfied. Parking is inadequate as far as number of spaces. Beautiful view. Nice complex and amenities. Staff is helpful and fun. Did send a couple of emails that were not replied to but not sure why. Overall though, staff seems great.....probably just too much work for the number of people.

I love the staff they are very friendly and go beyond and out of their way to make sire you are happy. All the shopping and dinning are all in walking distance and the lake is very nice too. Everything you need is here.

Godley Lake has been an amazing community so far. The staff is very friendly and personable, and we feel very safe and blessed living here. The apartment we have is very affordable, well maintained, and our neighbors are also very friendly. Thanks team!

Nice at first. Few months later servicing takes longer and longer and then not at all until you begin harassing the front desk. Hardly any available parking, people always parking on curbs and blocking the road). You can feel and hear your neighbors walking next door.

Everyone is very professional at the office. If anything needs fixing, they respond promptly. I wish that there was more parking area, and that the front gates to enter the community worked. Overall, I had a great experience here, so far. ..

Very enjoyable and close to everything. Great walking areas. Lots of amenities. Professional office staff and maintenance crew. Always friendly and respectful. Wish we had some sort of neighborhood get togethers, pool party or cookouts to get to know each other. Great place to live.

Management was very knowledgeable, considerate, very efficient and listened to every need we had looking for a unit. We cannot be more pleased than what we are. Saying that we have leased another unit for our lead man and look forward to leasing an additional one shortly. The Grounds are kept beautiful and the Pond is such a refreshing touch to the whole living here picture. Quiet complex

I was very dissatisfied with the move-in process. Due to the change in office staff, confusion and lack of proper communication between myself and the staff occurred. Not all fees were disclosed prior to move-in and the kitchen floor tiles should have been replaced without additional charges due to several damages from previous owners.

The building management and maintenance personnel responded very quickly to my concern. They replaced all faulty parts and left my apartment intact. The only evidence that work had been accomplished was the work order paper left on the counter. The replacement parts were above and beyond what really necessary. But, they did all the faucet aerators so that they don't have to come back again, which I do appreciate them respecting my privacy. THANKS!!!

I am transferring my lease to another property in Jacksonville, so the apartment had to be inspected and this is the reason for this visit. I moved in this apartment in June of this year to be closer to my work and now another opportunity has come up for me with my job so I am transferring to Jacksonville but I must say that my time here has been very pleasant anytime I needed something done it was handled professionally and promptly. Katie has also been very helpful in helping me with my transfer if where I am going is only half as good as It is here I will be very pleased.

Staff workers were unfriendly and unhelpful. The community was pleasant. The noise level was non existent. Limited parking spot. The convenience of the shopping centers was phenomenal. The level of cleanliness of the facility is impeccable.

Nice and clean apartments.Very friendly environment and brand new look apartments inside and out.I believe these apartments are safer than most in the area due to it being hated as well.I love that some police officers stay in the apartments.Makes me feel safer with my family.

This is good looking apartment. Close to most of the places. It is neat and nice looking. But they have some charges which are weird and we are bound to pay the them even if we never use them.Overall the stay here pleasant...

I have enjoyed my stay so far. The appliances in the apartments (washer, dryer, dishwasher, and stove) could be upgraded. But it is extremely convenient having a washer and dryer included into the apartment. I have had a good experience here
