I believe the staff is great. The area and community itself is great. Nice pool and beautiful lake! Some of the apartment views are great while others face a parking lot. I've seen some roaches here and there. The gate is broken to enter the complex. There are air conditioning units that human outside of the bedroom units which can definitely get annoying. The rooms are a pretty good size and nice big walkin closets. Some of the units have upgrades with all new appliances. Those are very nice. Overall, if you could get past the little things it's pretty nice.

Overall very good experience. Grounds are maintained and staff is very accommodating. Only complaints are the noisy trucks and loud neighbors below. Also, would like to have and additional trash compactor in another location.

Love our hom,e nice community, closer to walmart, sams club, home depot and shopping plaza. Great schools in the area. Closer to 95 for travel to Savannah, tanger outlets and other tybee island. Nice gym and pool and walking path near the lake.

Fabulous staff and great complex. Really enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient to shopping and entertainment. Quiet and very safe. Neighbors are very friendly and love the pooler area. Outlet mall is a great asset.

The apartment is spacious. Everthong works well. Shower is exceptional. Ammenitues are good. Pool is nice. Unit is very very quiet. Can not hear niebors at all. Maintenence is very good. Pople in the office are friendly knowledgable and helpful..

Used to be a good place to live with good staff -that is no longer the case. The community itself has gone downhill as well in terms of maintance and concern for residents which is sad because it used be a nice place to live

I love that Colonial Grand is a quiet community and everyone has been so friendly. The lake is beautiful and provides a great activity for a family afternoon. The community is close to shopping and restaurants. My wife and I are looking forward to our time in the community!

Great value for price. Apartment was clean upon move in and the office staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Minor repairs found were completed very quickly. Easy, quick, and convenient access to nearby shopping and restaurants. Great place!

I have always loved dealing with the excellent warm staff at colonial grand. I have never had any problems, and I have always felt like they always put their residents first. One suggestion that I would make would be to pressure wash and clean the hallways and breeze ways to clear dust, insects, and spider webs to make the apartment complex more appealing to future and present residents.

I have only been living here for about 3 months. However, so far I have no complaints. It's a peaceful neighborhood and the staff are great! The only issue I could speak on is the excessive spiders and lizards outside but hey that's what you sign up for when living by an amazing lake!

Over all a great apartment. I had a couple little issues when I moved in such as a tiny 1/2 inch tear in the screen for the porch that wasn't too big of a deal but they sent someone out bring and early the next day and repaired the whole thing. The ladys in the office are also very nice and I have had no issues at all with anything here.

They are always quick to respond to service calls when I need it. Overall it is a quiet community and very beautiful. I like the layout of the apartment and the double sinks in the bathroom, and it is a great location. The washer and dryer in the apartment is a major plus. Love the screened in porch and the carwash

I haven't even lived here a month yet so my review would probably be skewed. However, I can comment on how awesome our office staff is. They are absolutely great and a pleasure to interact with. They know each and every single one of us residents and don't mind stopping to chat when they see us. Our requests and questions are responded to and handled with honesty and diligence. The community is quiet, well kept, and JUST far enough down the street from the very busy Godley Station that is isn't effected by the popularity yet still easily accessible.

I have just moved in and so far everything seems Ok. My air condition was not working properly on walk through. but was fixed when I returned. A little noise from upstairs neighbors and a dog barking occasionally but no major issue at the present time.

My husband and I have only lived here for a short time. We had an unfortunate situation occur at our old complex and the manager was very understanding. Office staff has made us feel welcome and maintenance has been great. Neighbors are very friendly. The only thing we would change would be to add front gates for security.

The community is pretty quite. Staff is very friendly. Marissa is so fast and sweet! The gym hardley has anyone in it, which is great! The only negative is the parking. Late nights and weekends there can be a big issue trying to find spots. A lot of people end up making their own.

Colonial Grand was a great apartment complex. As a newlywed couple in the military it was a perfect starter living area with a great price. LOCATION: You are within walking distance from a wide variety of amazing restaurants and just a short car ride away from downtown Savannah, a perfect place to be able to experience Savannah but not have to live there and deal with the craziness. Pending on when you leave for work the drive to Savannah usually ranged from 15-40 minutes. Again depending on traffic and what time you leave. You are also close to a Walmart, Publix, Sams Club, Home Depot, an Outlet Mall and the Airport, even though you won't be hearing much planes. STAFF: The staff was a great help for not only our easy move in, but with all the issues and questions we had while living there and ensuring that our move out was smooth and fully taken care of leaving us with our hands clean once we left. It never took more than two days for maintenance, and our Property Manager held our hand through the end to make sure we weren't going to have to owe any hidden fees when it came to saying goodbye. We even had our pet chew the corner of the wall to where it was noticeable but they were able to get us out of there without having to pay for the damages. GOODS: The gym equipment is enough for a basic workout including upper and lower body and cardio, with almost brand new equipment and is accessible 24/7, and if you don't feel like using it there are 2 gyms within 5 miles.Very pet friendly, the apartment has it's own dog park and plenty of Dog Waste Trash Cans. Taking your dog on a walk is a very calming scene if you go walk on the lake where plenty of ducks, geese, turtles, and fish are around which is something not all apartments have. Parking was never an issue, always had more than one available spot. Each patio is screened off so bugs and the possibility of somebody coming onto your patio are taken care of. Has a great pool as well. Needs Improvement: Ensure that you fully understand your commitment to Comcast. It is not the apartments fault but Comcast has never been too user friendly. The gate on occasion was not working but it didn't take long for them to fix. There are no grills allowed for your apartment but the grill at the Apartment's pool is full sized and you can do just about anything on it. Overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend Colonial Grand to anybody who is looking for an exceptionally affordable place that will treat you almost like family and give you a safe environment to live in.

Moving into this apartment complex has made me feel more at home. The staff here are great, the landscaping is amazing, and the apartment itself is kept up well and we have had no problems so far. In the future, I would recommend this apartment to friends and family.
