Office staff is very friendly. The complex is very clean. Maintenance responds to calls very quickly. They are very professional. I really enjoyed the easter egg hunt they had for the residents. My kids had fun and really enjoyed themselves.

Our community is great! You have no reason to not feel safe and the staff is always very warm and welcoming when they see you. If you have a problem with your apartment, the maintenance guys will look at the problem within a reasonable time frame and the situation never goes unresolved.

The last year has been a pleasant one until recently when I had a run in with then head maintenance man. He was very rude to me about the gate. I was just trying to get into my apartment bc I had just come from the doctor and had strep throat. It was just very rude and rash and uncalled for.

This apartment complex used to be nice but now it has gone down hill. There is always trash on the ground, people don't pick up after their animals, lease violations are not enforced, and continue to see the same issues over and over again with no consequences from management.

My only complaint is the cleanliness of grounds and breezeways. Staff does not walk the grounds and pet feces are everywhere. They also ask as a resident you tell them who is not throwing away trash, picking up after pets, etc.

It is nice community that has decent amenities. The staff is pleasant but we are having a problem with maintenance. Once that problem is solved it will be great. Parking is a little sketchy on the weekends but most days is fine.

Great staff. Great location. Only Minutes away from shopping, resturants, and adventures. Great price. Great views. Nice amenities including swimming pool. Lake with fishing and or unmotorized boating. 24 hour gym and excersise equipment.

I only just moved in but so far the experience has been good! The buildings are pleasantly designed, the neighbors are friendly, and the staff are helpful and responsive. Maintenance responded almost instantly to our first request and replaced our washing machine in only 2 days. The move-in and rental process was fairly simple and straightforward and it helps that all paperwork and payments are done online.

Godley Lake has the best group of people to deal with for rental and maintenance questions or repairs. We are more senior than a number of the other residents, and my husband and I feel very secure and safe here.

This is a nice community. Staff is very nice and helpful. With any area we reside in a lot of times the people we share our community with can change our view in some aspect. Over all I would recommend living here.

The staff are really great and always helpful. They are always on the job with customer service which means a lot to my husband and I. We have been here almost 3 years and we have not any problems that the office did not handle immediately. We love this complex and the staff.

Property manager threatened to escort me out of her office for saying her emails are "Asinine". You are on your own when it comes to Electric service cut-over, issues with cable or internet and the light bulbs above the hallway entrance " Track Lights". Also smoke detector batteries were out of date, and I for the safety of my APT replaced them. I doubt I'll be able to get anywhere asking for reimbursement...

The people here are friendly and nice. The office staff is also nice. I just wish other people picked up after there dogs. The area is really close to everything you want, even the airport is extremely close.

The staff is exetremely friendly. After having several maintenance issues since moving in the staff has been quick to fixing my issues. They make sure my issues are well attended to and even follow up to ensure no further issues occur.

Wonderful team to work with. Nice and considerate staff. Maintenance team responds quickly and is experienced and thorough. Quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and schools. Have lived here 3 years and highly recommend it!

No complaints so far. Maintenance is quick and the guys have been friendly. The only thing I can critique is the fact that we have had Maintenance come in when we weren't home, and never called or left a note that they were there which is kind of invading. Overall great place to live.

It's average, overpriced by a bit. The office closes too early IMO not enough time to get home from work and get anything from the office or speak to someone. The fitness room is a good perk. The on-staff maintenance people are nice.

Our experience at Colonial Grand at Godley Lake has been a great experience. The apartment was very clean when we moved in has been easy to maintain. Any service issues we have had, have been addressed within 24 hours by very courteous professional staff members. We would highly recommend this apartment community to all our friends and friends!!!

I've lived her for 1 week and is fine. I like the space and the staff is nice. The maintenance personal is efficient snd polite. I took the apartment as soon as I saw it due to was well located and the rent was ok.

I Love these apartments, I live the location, and the staff is exceedingly friendly. The apartment is located right where all of the stores are which makes living here convient. However, my only problem is that MORE PARKING SPACES ARE NEEDED. But everything else is great.

I feel safe and welcomed into the community, the employers at Godley station are friendly and caring. Whenever there is something that needs to be fixed in my apartment, maintenance comes in a timely manner and cleans up.

The management team is simply one of the best I have ever dealt with. They are courteous, professional and most of all they care about the tenants. With this community you have the typical issues of "apartment life" such as lack of parking in front of your unit at times, however the area is tidy and clean. The apartment is rather quiet and only really loud vehicles can be heard with the doors and windows shut. I do not hear the neighbor's TVs or stereos and only hear them when they are yelling and even then it is not a nuisance level of noise.

Wonderful environment anything or any issues I had has always been addressed and handle properly. I love the new location and the fact I don't have to drive far to get something to eat or shop. The staff is wonderful and always professional with a positive vibe. I recommend this location to all my friends and family. Thank you Colonial grand for welcoming me and helping me with something better.
