I've only been here for almost a month now. I feel safe and comfortable in my apartment home. The hallways and parking lots are well lit. The staff is very nice and the anemities are well kept. I would recommend this community to any of my family and friends.

Great community and great location. Maintenance team and office staff are always professional,friendly,and helpful. The only issue I have is that "some" residents aren't responsible pet owners which unfortunately reflects on management but they provide pet stations throughout the community.

loving everything about it so far. glad i decided to move in this area. very quite and relaxing. wonderful view of the lake. nice sized kitchen. the pooler area was a great place for me to choose so glad i choose colonial Grand @ Godely station.

The colonial grand staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well kept and the amenities are fantastic. They were well organized and had all of the information we needed to get everything hooked up and turned on. They made it so easy.

So far this has been a nice community to live in the office staff is great. Casandra has always done her best to help out when requested and is always professional. There are issues with the maintenance staff at this location. I don't know if the problem is the staff or the method of communication to get the info rmation to them.

This place is the worst place i have live in. The ------ is much better than this apartment I promise that. The staff is always rude and they are not willing to help much. The ren and fees keep going up. They always have the trash container full and the gate boken. The light by the lake are always out. There is no place to park your car and if you find a packing spot is like one mile away from your apt. pest control is disgusting. I am moving out next year thanks god.

It was short due to roach infestation. The staff were very rude when I complained about the health hazard I and my pet were subjected to. My wife refused to live with me and mother refused to visit. This company needs to rebuild by demolishment

Office staff and maintenance have been excellent and quickly respond when needed. Common areas are well maintained and not overcrowded. This has been a safe, quiet community where I can feel comfortable walking my dog at all hours of the night.

I only been here a week ,so far i am loving it i think i will continue loving it in the near future. Me and my son ii loo king forward to enjoying the fitness center and the pool in the summer time .Hope they fix the entrance gate real soon .But other than that we are happy!

I have loved living at Colonial Grand, so far! The staff is extremely helpful, understanding, and efficient. They will work with you and make sure you are comfortable. The neighborhood is friendly and has a good balance between quiet and fun.

The management staff needs to have their maintenance staff to keep all lights on the property lit and not burned out! I have asked on numerous occasions to change the burned bulbs for stairwells and they are still out and has been for years!!!! I have told the office that this is so very unsafe for everyone. I also have to ask them to clean the breezeways and stairwells constantly. This practice should be done at least twice a month. People take out trash and bags which almost always leek, therefore leaving pure filth on each floor going down to the trash. There has always been problems with the over flow of trash. I don't understand why they don't recycle on the property! I take all my recyclable's to work where we do recycle. I advise anyone to ask to see the actual apartment that you will be renting just to make sure that you approve because I was shocked and surprised when my place was final available. I lived in another state so I came with a rented truck full and was pressed for time so I had to take the apartment:(. I had to have them clean the carpet several times and it never got completely clean. I also had a roach problem upon moving in too!!! Maintenance use to leave a note that they were in the apartment to spray which they don't do anymore. I don't think they spray every month even though you're charged every month a $9.00 pest control fee! I do like the area of Pooler since Savannah is full of crime but the influx of traffic is madding. I will finally be moving when my lease is up! The new owners/management are terrible as well. You now have to pay a monthly rent fee for your pet when before you paid a one time fee. Cable use to be an amenity which is now a monthly fee and Comcast cable is your provider who is a rip off!!!!! Be prepared for your rent to increase each year!!!! They don't inform you of this before hand either. Oh yeah your apartment is not being upgraded along with your rental increase:((((. I could go on more but I will stop here. Good luck P.S. the gate is always broken so there goes that gated community deal. Dog breed restriction is very unfair I could not keep my dog:(

The apartments are incredibly nice. The staff is very professional and helpful. The process of approval was quick and easy. The property is well kept and groomed. There is a gym, pool, garages, lake for fishing or kayaking, security gate and incredible staff.

Pool is trash, tables broken, staff is rude and doesn't follow up with complaints as well as lies to you for months on end about a single problem. Also the gate stays open, so its not really a gated community like they claim. I wish i could move..

The staffs are friendly. The condition of this community is great. I like the lake very much. My husband and I like walking around the lake after dinner.There is barely noise at night. Only suggestion is: please put some lights around the lake, safer feeling.

My renters insurance paid for damages incurred over a year ago....nothing has been fixed to date. I've considered reporting insurance fraud. But you guys are lightning fast to charge fees onto residents for being a day late on anything. Yet I wait a year for repairs....smh

When my husband and i moved to the Pooler area we saw Godley Lake and thought it was beautiful. Moving in was easy. It is also very close to everything. HOWEVER, since we have actually been living here it has been one problem after another. One of the maintenance men is very rude and looks angry all of the time, we have had to call maintenance almost 6 times within our 4 months of living here, You can hear your neighbors into all hours of the night, management has said that they were going to "take care" of the stray cat problem and by "take care" of the problem they have just been threatening people who may feed the cats by raising their rent and allowing the cats to just starve rather than call someone about it (very inhumane). We have also been threatened with our rent and not having our rent accepted due to the office's lack of organization and their attention to details. On top of that, we have had a couple of extra charges added to our rent that weren't supposed to be added and we have had to go down to the office and have them change their mistakes. When we first moved in we had to call down to the office about 10 times or more to have someone come up and show us how to use the alarm system. Each call we left we would have to leave a voice message due to the lack of picking up the phones in the office and if i recall correctly on their voice message it says, "... where customer service is our top priority." This is not true. Our the deadbolt also does not work and my husband had to unscrew the whole thing just in order for us to get out of our house. It's been one thing after another since we moved in. I know other residents have also had this problem. They will also tell you that cable is "included" with your rent, but in reality, they charge an extra $45 a month for it on top of your rent. It is included only in the sense that you have no option about whether to have it or not. The company also had some new paint work done where they needed to go on to each resident's porch and open up the screening. The screening was still left open a month after the painting was done and the painters had left. With the painting also the halls were full of garbage, tape and dust from the workers, which i believe the grounds here should have cleaned up. Just a few more months!

Very friendly office staff and maintenance staff. Very helpful and will go out of their way to make your experience great while in this community. They do complete background checks on everyone that moves in so that helps with having troublesome neighbors.

Ok so far, expected more for the price, but it's ok I guess. The apartments are a nice size, however the appliances are a little outdated. The proximity to shopping and entertainment is extremely close. I don't like the fact that the front gate takes forever to close after a car enters the complex, I think it totally defeats the purpose of having a gate.

They have moved a garbage unit dumpster into the properly which makes it disgusting looking and not pleasant. The garbage unit isn't working. Also the gate was messed up for a month. We pay for a secure home for safety and anyone could come in and out.

I have enjoyed living here at this apartment complex. I have always had good, quick service when I have had a problem that needed maintenance. They always come quickly and take care of the problems. There is never a mess left and the problem is always fixed correctly. I have no complaints living here. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know.

I am not very happy for paying the bill I shouldn't pay. They charge me the utility when I got my power on already. The excuse they give me is I was late turn the power on so they charge fee. Hello I was in different city moving my stuff here.I am in the apartment whole time. $70 dollars that is too much. Plugs the lost my ups mail. No I would not want stay here longer.

My experience at Colonial Grand at Godley Station was great! The staff was always polite, helpful & attentive; they knew me by name. The grounds & ammenities were very well kept. In my particular building I never dealt with a lot of noise or disruptions & the neighbors were polite while still staying to themselves.

It has been great except the the first month when my rent was late due to a little hiccup with my bank account. There seem to be a lack of understanding on the part of the office when I explained to them that I would take care of it in 5 days, and I did. I am a bit dissatisfied with the length of time it takes to process payments. I understand the whole bit of not accepting payments by checks or money orders at the office. But I would prefer to do that. I no longer have the problem with my bank account, but it would give a lot of satisfaction if I could deliver my rent payment birectly to the office, or if when processed online the payment goes through immediately.

I was extremely satisfied with the level of service that i received from Diana P. when inquiring about the complex intially all the way to the date that I moved in. She was very forthcoming with information and was able to answer any questions I had with relative ease. She made the move-in experience as painless as possible. I have not had the pleasure of interacting with any of the other office personnel but if they carry themselves with the level of professionalism that Diana does, then I am positive that I will not have any problems! This has only been my first week living here but it appears as if this will be a very nice place to reside for at least the next year!!
