Move in process has been simple and easy. Community is clean, sometimes a little loud outside my window but overall neighbors are quiet and easygoing. A little annoying that they can't say when the pool and fitness center, etc will be ready. When I picked this they said early summer but they haven't even laid a foundation yet. Overall I like it a lot, just hoping that they actually do what they're saying for the amenities.

Friendly leasing office staff, nice apartment design for 2BD and 2 baths model with 1300SQF with good size closets for storage. Clean on common ground and parking lots bot still with some pot holes. Pretty quiet.

Great place to live, have renovations going on but apartments are beautiful inside.. neighborhood is awesome sooooooooo many things within a few miles. Rent special was amazing, apartment is super spacious. Great value for your money

The management team seems to drag their feet on any of their planned improvements. They tore down their visitor center late February last year and promised to provide a new visitor center with new facilities (including a new laundry service which was planned when we moved in). As of now it has yet to be reconstructed. The center was only fully demolished by late December. Furthermore, they have since rescinded their decision to include laundry services with the lease and now require you to provide your own washer and dryer or rent it from a company that charges an additional $20-30 a month. The security gates barely work, and the are often congested by people trying to run through the gates with their vehicles. A queue will often extend out into Roswell road proper late at night. Parking is almost always a problem. The roadways are too narrow and residents speed through the area. I have almost gotten into several accidents merely attempting to turn into the wing of the complex in which my apartment is located. I was in an accident, which totaled my vehicle, because an individual attempted to speed through the gate and rear ended my car.

The community is okay to live in. The staff does their best to do events and other things to get residents involved. It's generally a quiet neighborhood, but if you live on the first floor, be prepared to deal with the sounds from upstairs transferring down to you. The noise sounds amplified because of the wood floors.

This has been one of the best properties I have lived in. Courteous staff and engaging. The maintenance staff is just amazing!! I would rent here again if I wasnt moving. The activities that are available for residents are awesome, I do hope that they continue the resident activities.

We have only just moved in (so take this review with a grain of salt), but everything has gone smoothly so far. Paint jobs could be better, but the apartment is clean, spacious, mostly updated, and in good condition. We had concerns about bugs after seeing other reviews but have yet to see any in the last week. We went ahead and bug bombed the place before moving all our stuff in, just to be sure. The pool and leasing office are under construction now, but hopefully that will be completed relatively soon. Office staff was attentive and friendly.

My maintenance needs are always addressed professionally and in a timely fashion, and the front office is incredibly friendly and helpful. There are also lots of shops in the area within walking distance, but there are also bus stops along the main road. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are respectful. I like that the front office hosts little parties for families on special occasions, like holidays or welcome events. It's a very family friendly place to be!

-Roach Infested interior, most likely behind walls and they will come in weekly, at least the ones you'll see. -You actually don't have a gate b/c its broken weekly and left open for months without fix. (no security at all in this complex) -Mediocre Management that does not give you more then hours notice of when people will be coming into your apartment for any reason at all. -Construction has been going on for well over 1 year and nothing seems to be coming together. -Hundreds of kids most are quite pleasant, but definitely too many teenagers with the amount of vandalism and popped tires there are. -They will gouge you for every penny they can and will make absurd charges if you don't keep a close eye on your account. -Black mold around the water tank and a/c unit. -Dog ---- littered greenery that no one takes care of because they all realize they live in a roach infested den with a shiny paint job. -I also believe they are being sued for ------ business practices at the moment. -My one good star will come from the maintenance team who do the work for the residents, they do a great job, unlike whatever construction company they hired to sit around all day blocking the roads in and out of the complex. tldr This place was a nightmare and my worst apartment complex experience to date. I hope I can turn a few people away that atleast will be worth the ---- storm I went through. They do a great job of posting pictures of a nice area, but its cracks show after a few weeks living there. I'm so happy to have found a new complex I truly enjoy and hope you can too! .. NOT THIS ONE... Don't forget its roach infested beyond repair.
