Lived here since 2020. Quiet community! Shepard the new maintenance tech is friendly & works quickly & effectively. New management is very friendly as well. My patio is faced the back so my only heads up is beware of Georgia bugs during the summer lol

I moved here in 2021 and Ive had such a positive experience from neighbors to staff. I haven’t had an issue when coming to the staff with concerns or needs. Like today, Mr. Marcus, who is on staff in the office was warm, welcoming and prompt when I came in with my need.

I left Cali and came to ATL for a change and Marcus at the leasing office made everything EASY . He was super communicative by email and phone with everything I need and was just overall wonderful . I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing agent out here . Everyone else has been unhelpful ( other properties ) but soon as I called he was on it and got back to me . So appreciative .

The community is very nice, clean and centrally located.... I toured community on the weekend and was very impressed with the staff and their friendly demeanors. The team was so polite and forthcoming with information asked regarding pricing and availability. I will definitely consider this community at the top of my apartment searches.

I had a wonderful experience! I love the apartments and the staff was always friendly and easy to deal with. I had minimal problems but when there was a issue maintenance quickly fixed the issue for me! I moved because I had to relocate for work but I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

As a new tenant of just three months I've had extremely too many unacceptable issues in what are supposed to be Luxury Apartments. I moved to Park at Abernathy Square on August 7, 2021. My daughter and niece came over to help me unpack and get settled in. The very next night cock roaches were everywhere!! behind the sink, the refrigerator, in the living room and coming out of the hot water closet. I am scared of roaches! I went and bought, Bengal roach spray, Hot Shot boric acid roach spray, Combat roach gel and Combat roach traps and put them down all around my home. Which I shouldn't have had to do for some luxury apartments in Sandy Springs. After that, my air condition was leaking water in the hall I had to call about that, maintenance came out and tried to fix the issue but it continued. Maintenance had to come out on three separate occasions until the issue was finally resolved. After that incident, water was leaking from my living room vent that caused the paint to run down the living room wall. Then I had mold in both my bathrooms and the smell was making me nauseous. I called and maintenance came and repaired the mold areas. Then I smelled gas in my apartment, when maintenance came they said I had a gas leak in the storage unit outside my door and they had to fix that. Last Friday about 4am I got up to go in my kitchen to get some water and a RAT was running back and forth in the kitchen to laundry room. I am PETRIFIED, PETRIFIED of rats!! I ran out of the kitchen screaming so loud that my son Jamie jumped up to see what I was screaming for he went in the kitchen and saw the rat. I grabbed my keys and ran out my house at 4am in the morning and went to my niece house in Riverdale where I have been every since. I have had nightmares about seeing the rat in my kitchen, I am paranoid every time something moves at my niece house I jump. I can not sleep! I have the right to have a peace of mind and feel secure in my own home. I have a right to be able to sleep and walk around comfortably where I live and not feel terrified and scared. I called the leasing office Sat when they first opened and spoke with an agent about the rat. She sent maintenance over to check the apartment. I received an email stating," Filled hole under kitchen sink and behind stove put traps outside". Why are there holes in my home that rats can have access to enter my apartment. Where there is 1 rat there are many. Just like the rat chewed a hole in the kitchen he can chew one in my bathroom or bedroom. If rats are in my apartment that means they are on the grounds and I can NEVER EVER live where there are rats and roaches. Rodents are unacceptable in anyone's home. At this point my nerves are so bad I can barely type this review. I AM PETRIFIED! That rat experience has given me anxiety and stress. I had to call off work today because I have no clothes with me. I ran out my house at 4:00 AM with nothing! If a rat can get in my apartment that means rats are on the property and where there is 1 rat there are many. I would have never imagined in a million years that these apartments would have cock roaches and least of all RATS! I feel the trash valet is a huge contributor to the roaches and rats. Trash and garbage is left out for rodents, cats, dogs, raccoons and anything else that wants to get in the bags and bins to eat food. I am HORRIFEDI

We are currently residents here and our experience has been a rollercoaster of emotions. We love the apartment but the noise level is ridiculous. The people below us play music all day and night and consistently have parties. I have reported it to the apartment numerous times and all they do is send an email at most. We have basically felt forced out of our own apartment and we are ready to leave in June.

My experience here at the Park at Abernathy Square was in amazing one!!! Both Anna and Ava made this living experience for me remarkable I highly recommend this community! During my time on the property I experienced very minimal issues which the maintenance department responded to with professionalism and accuracy however Anna and Ava both had a way of smoothing things over I love them and I love this community. If I was not relocating to a different city I would still stay here.

I love my Apartment Community! Its always well kept, friendly neighbors and peaceful! I love coming home to my apartment. The staff alway help the best that they can. Ava is who leased me my apartment and I naturally just go to her, and she is one of nicest , sweetest people you would ever want to meet. Ava is so helpful and very informative and if she can't help you she get some who can. I love staying at a Community where you have staff who cares , so thank you for helping make my living experience great!

Very well kept and quiet community. Mostly families live here and there's a shared level of respect and responsibility among the residents and the management. This is honestly very rare and it makes me happy to know I live in a community like this.

My experience was fair overall not exceptional, upon move in my faucet was not working properly in my bathroom sink and tub. Also there were problems with the flooring( burns in the kitchen floor, dead bugs on the floor. Although Staff was pleasant and attentive.
