The apartment complex is great, service request are fast, and amenities are great. The location is great for highway, food, groceries, mall, etc. The rent has gone up every year by around 100$, which is kind of standard.

Park at Abernathy has been a great place to live. The community is quiet and they keep the grounds clean. The community is in a great location. We have access to several grocery stores, restaurants, and easy access to highways.

I love this complex living here is so quite, it’s a huge community but When I put in a work order or call the office about a problem it’s fixed immediately with no problem definitely going to be Renewing my lease

Amazing Tour

Great PoolParty

I typically do not attend resident events but this year my family and i decided to attend this year pool party! I was pretty impressed. The office grilled out and had a snow cone machine for the kids! There was a dj there who played trivia and music. Needless to say my family and I had a great time and will be checking out more events in the future!

The most attentive apartment complex I have ever lived in!!!

I have lived in The Park @ Abernathy for less than a week and am blown away at the tender care of their staff. David, in the front office, was so kind and helpful upon signing lease, doing the walk through and following up on an requests that were needed. Then after only a few days, both Torrance and Sheppard, two gentlemen that came to fix a few things in the apartment. Torrance and Sheppard were friendly and professional, They genuinely cared about their work and took pride in what they were doing and who they were doing it for....me!! It is so nice to move into an apartment and they go out of their way to make me feel like I am home. Even if I still have boxes packed to the ceiling! Thank you to all the employees at Park at Abernathy. You have made my transition as smooth as possible. I appreciate what you are doing for this community.

Solid place and front desk staff

Specially after the new management RAM partners have taken over the management they did take a month to settle down but post that the maintenance of the apartments have gone several notches up. Specially they have awesome folks like Torrance who do amazing work.

Its a nice place to live in with a lot of greenary and pleasant environment. You have a lot of amenities like the pool,club house, tennis court,a lot of space to walk and soak in the sun.The management is very approachable and prompt.They do a great job every time we need help with maintenance. My experience at Park at Abernathy was great. It was always clean and quiet. Everyone seemed to get along. I had no complaints. The office staff in the leasing office are always friendly. I only had to call maintenance once because my pantry door was stuck. The maintenance issue was reported and completed on the same day. Great place to live.

Great place to live with good management team! The place is always clean and maintenance fixes things quickly. The only issue I have is that the clubhouse is only open during office hours, the gate isn’t always working (but is fixed pretty quickly) and our particular building (6947) could use a good power wash. But overall, a great place to live!

I love the apartments and have been here since the end of 2020. They are nicely renovated and the maintenance staff is quick and efficient. Shepard had been very prompt when coming out to complete maintenance work orders and the office staff address issues promptly. My only gripe is that the pool, while, nice is only 3.5 feet at its deepest. Other than that, make sure to put them on your list when apartment shopping.
