Betsey in the office is wonderful!! She answered all my million questions with patience and even checked back in with me during our transition to make sure everything was going smoothly. I moved in on Saturday and it is beautiful! Granite countertops, dark wooden cabinets... A PANTRY! What more could a couple ask for?

So high monthly payment. Access to pool is so bad. Always close in the week. Gym facilities is damaged, some machine not work properly. The access to residents have the gates broken. Parking issues with neighbor. Sometimes there are trash outside the apartment.

My husband and I have especially enjoyed having the current property management. They are very approachable and really listen to your concerns and they seem to do their best to meet your concerns. This makes me feel comfortable in making personal requests at times which they try to meet when possible. I really appreciate that. They are prompt in responding to our maintenance needs.

Though the new management put a work to upgrade the apartments, the community still has the low income, run-down atmosphere. The type of residents are still at low income level. People do not pick up after their pets, trash is everywhere, gate has been broken the whole time I was here so far and asphalt is broken everywhere.

I love the community but there need to be more security on grounds. I am concerned about my safety to and fro through the complex due to previous issues of assault, cars being broke into, security gates being disrespected, loitering on the breezeways. I am concerned about lack of security.

There is a bug issue. I have to pay for a 3rd party to spray and take care of pests. Loud AC in unit the office claims cannot be fixed. They tried to say all AC fans are that loud but I've never had this problem.

I can't even begin to comment on how much improvement has happened. It's a new community. Marcel and Betsy are absolutely phenomenal. The vibe in the office definitely blends on the community and the new changes that they have made and continuing to make.

My unit was freshly remodeled prior to move in. The new management personnel have handled all interactions thus far professionally. The remodeled units are absolutely beautiful. I was told they are building a newer larger pool starting in December, so that's exciting. This community seems to be what I would call "up and coming" and feels safe. There are a good number of children currently who play in the gated community, but I get the impression that the target market for the future is younger professionals since they will be replacing the playground with the larger pool. The current pools are padlocked which was not explained prior to move in or lease signing so that was definitely a big let down, especially since my lease states that I have pool access daily until 10:00PM. I wish the office stayed open until 7 at least one day per week. Because this is a commuter city, and I work far away I cannot handle any business with the staff except for on Saturdays--It's a little frustrating, but not unmanageable. I am on the ground floor, and while my apartment is great, like any apartment, I can hear my upstairs neighbors steps creaking constantly. They're not noisy people, but it's just abnormally thin floor/ceiling insulation compared to my previous experience. The community itself is very quiet at night, I have walked around in the evening and only rarely heard the occasional children playing, but there is no traffic noise, etc. The grounds are understandably not the most pleasing because of the construction occurring. The speed bumps are excessive in my opinion and are not uniform height. I think this community would benefit from the shorter but longer speed bumps. The 5 mph speed limit is unattainable due to the steep hills, so I feel that I have to ride the brake the whole time or prepare to replace my shocks and struts. There's tons of exterior lighting, visibility is no issue. The fitness center is a bit sad. 3 treadmills, 2 that worked for me, and two strength training machines. The laundry facility is fairly user friendly and has not been overcrowded in my experience. The neighborhood has convenient access to GA 400 and tons of shopping and dining within a mile. Maintenance is quick, but I recommend putting in your own requests because the office staff seems overworked and understaffed. They are pleasant, but can't balance all the inquiries and needs of current residents at the same time. But of course that's why the online portal exists.

I ,moved into community 2 week ago. Overall its OK experience not very impressive. Children?s play area is not clean at all and its not safe for kids due to rough surface. Play area Equipment?s are old and broken. Apartment backyard area is not at all maintained, its so dusty and full of bushes, No cleaning. I already requested to do some landscaping or cleaning backside of apartment.

I did not have a very positive experience with Michael. He has a very cold personality. Other than that I've had a great experience with all of the maintenance staff and office staff. MARTELL IS MY FAVOR... And the safety concerns of the gate.

Pretty decent community for the time I've lived here so far. HOPEFULLY, new management doesn't change my mind bout living here either. Maintenance can be slow since new management has taken over though. Nice that they are changing look!!!

I have been with the community for two months and have nothing but positives to say. The two minor maintenance issues I've had (A/C and front door lock) were handled quickly and effectively. My building is quiet, there have been no noise issues and I'm enjoying living here so far!

It is a nice place, but the upstairs neighbors are noisy and have had the police called on them a couple of times. I'm not happy about the lease only being for 10 months. Most of the time maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion, but the last one was supposed to be an "emergency" and took over 24 hours.

I have been living here for 2 weeks and I am satisfied. The apartment is newly renovated and very pretty. I like the wooden-looking floor and new black appliances. It's located in a very nice neighborhood and everything is very convenient. The staff is nice and helpful. I had pleasant experience with Martel, Dula and several other staff members. The only two things I could possibly complain are: 1. kids playing outside make noise but that's only in daytime; 2. I wish the rent is cheaper!!

I have lived in this community for 2 years and I am happy here is a very convenient location and theven apartments are nice. Is a safe neighborhood and I love to live here. Maintained is very good too and very responsive. I will stay here for now.

I enjoy the convenience of nearby shopping, banking, library, and church. I have good neighbors, friendly. I enjoy the green spaces and the birds and squerls and even a few bunnies too.i enjoyed the ducks but they have disappeared since the 2nd pond near the former rental office Has been covered over with lawn.

I am glad about the response of the team. Since I have been in this appartments there is a quick response to mantainance. I would like to ask please if you could check the bridge between the bulging 6977 that conect with the parking the wood looks old and there are spece between the wood. I would appreciate if you could take a look of the bridge and check if it still in good condition for our safety when we walk on there specially now that they are doing repairs to the unit. The wood to the bridge gives a style to the complex. Just fix it please don't relax with concrete. Just fix the wood that could be old for the bridge. If it would be possible please. Thank you .

I moved in just a week ago so far it's been a great community it's pretty quite at night there are a lot of kids in here during the day but that doesn't bother me, if I had a complaint it would have to be where the trash dumpsters are this complex completely to large for just 1 trash area but other then that it's been great feels safe and clean no bugs, I live on the top floor so I couldn't tell you how things the floor or the walls are but I like it here so far and it's priced pretty reasonable

I love the area not so much for the community, apartments are too old for the price they are asking people to pay, floors are squeaky people smoking weed in their apartments and don't get me started on the children and school buses.

This apt complex has gone through major changes since Dec 2015, new property mgmt staff. At first I thought they were nice and helpful. My lease was up in Jan and I decided to stay but wanted to move to a new upgraded apt, there was one available to me above me so I moved in the end of Feb 2016- since then the headache hasn't left. The apt was not cleaned, the leasing staff had the model unit stored there while it was being renovated, upon them moving back to the model, no cleaning was done. Maintenance told me my heat would stink since it hadn't been on, ok...but there is a dead animal in one of the vents. I told them--nothing has been done. Windows don't close properly, new parts a couple of times, but the same issues keep happening. I would like to close my windows without maneuvering some device on the side of it!?! There were apparently some windows that needed to be replaced, I found out with a knock on my door and some strange man telling me that he needed to check out my place??? I had spent a lot of time with my leasing agent and was never informed this would be taking place???!!! The guy looks at the windows and says since you are home I'll come back, no appointment set up, 2 weeks later I come home to a damaged apt, rugs messed, windows unlocked, blinds up and curtains open, and pictures thrown on my floor that were leaning on the wall (still moving in). I called the office who preceded to tell me that they didn't know that someone was coming in my apt? who gave them a key? how did they get in? I was told they would check and call me back. No call back. Now I have to be home whenever I have a maintenance request because NO ONE IS ALLOWED IN unless I am home since they just randomly give out your house key. The staff told me I needed to be patient and give them the opportunity to fix it. Excuse me, the damage is done. I went online to pay my rent and was locked out of the service and had to reset my password and every time I go to log back in I have to do it again. I was looking over my payments and to my surprise it says I had a late fee on 3/4??? My rent was paid on 2/26 (early, as always). I am awaiting a call back from the office to tell me why this is on my account. The old staff may not have renovated, but they were nice and reliable. BH management could care less about anyone but them selves, they do not take the residents into consideration at all. I was called from the office once and after my phone call, about 5 min later another leasing staff member must have hit redial and when I answered he said " who is this?" I told him who I was and he said oh, sorry I hit redial, but someone must have used my phone??? how unprofessional can you be. My lease has just started but I can't wait until January, the amount of rent I pay, I should not have to deal with issues like this and I def don't want it on my record I was late when I wasn't, they are pathetic and are very defensive when you question anything. Apparently I received a final water bill, which they deducted from a credit I had on my account, I never got the final bill, so who knows if it's true or not. One final note, when maintenance came to fix my bathrooms (leaking faucets) the filth that was left was incredible, I guess they figure they don't have to be sanitary... there is a new thing that people use when entering peoples homes now, they are called booties...get some for your staff!

Good place to live, we have been here for a year and have enjoyed it. Office staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance is prompt. Generally safe and quiet, have not had a problem. Close to everything we need and close to freeways and highways.

The renovated apartments are really nice. Office staff is very pleasant and eager to please. The location is ideal for its proximity to public transportation and retail establishments. I have yet to experience any major problems with my move in process.

This is a really good company; the best I've seen so far. So far, the new company has made improvements not seen under the previous management. The office staff has helped me whenever I have come in, and have been happy to do so.

I have loved here 17 1/2 years and seen lots of changes some good and bad. I will be moving out at the end of the year. This makes me a little said who am I kidding a lot said . The rent is getting to be very high for a one bed room. I do know what you are going to say about market value but it is had to leave your home. The outside of my apartment look horrible. the walk way leading into my apartment , my door and trash is always on the walk way leaves and so on.

The new owners are very responsive and are making noticeable changes to the old buildings, including new roofs on every building. They are working hard to fix the long standing issues that the old owners would not address. The floors and windows will, however, remain thin, allowing for a great deal of noise at night.
