Though I liked to color of the apartments (and was okay with the pool) before the upgrade, and one or two of the leasing practices were never to my liking, I have enjoyed living here on the whole and have no intentions of leaving at the moment.

Just moved in. It's been great so far but haven't had enough time to properly assess. Property management has been responsive and professional. The apartment looks great. It is spacious and a great price for what we are getting

It is a nice community. It is close to a variety of things i.e. grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, automotive needs, schools, and schools. I lived here 6 years ago. I moved away but I returned. The office staff is very friendly and accomdating.

I moved in a week ago. The apartment is lovely and so far everyone I've met seems to be very nice. The only issue I have so far is there's nowhere to put recycling. Plus it would be nice to get updates on win the pool and workout room are planning to be completed

The management staff was extremely knowledgeable about the area, and extra helpful in making my move-in very smooth. The apartment was what my family and I was looking for. It was nice and clean when I moved in, with all fixtures working. Overall, I love it. The neighborhood is nice also.

Good apartments located near 400 and central to a lot of things in the area. Reasonably priced for size and location. Gated and I feel safe walking around. It's a great community; just they are working on the pool and community area and it's an eyesore when driving by.

The apartments are nice but rates are too much based on the age of the complex. For example when I renewed my lease the increase was over $100 per month. When I initially moved and inquired about this, I was assured not to anticipate rates increases over $100. With that given I'll be likely looking to move when my current lease is up.

My day 1 experience in the apartment was horrible as there were too many dog hairs and we are allergic to dog's hair. Though the carpet has been replaced very next day, I am not happy because I had go out of the apartment and had stay out side in my own expense.

I am writing my first review only to save individuals like myself from living here. This was without a doubt the worst apartment I have ever lived in in my entire life. I was drawn in by the new appliances and attractive rent prices however, the cost is EASILY made up in utilities. Water - you pay for everyone's water who lives in the same building as you, even if you do not use any, my average water bill is around $100. Gas- paying for gas AND electric here, average $100. Electricity- $75. Sadly, I do not even know where to begin with this complex. Prior to moving in I read all of the reviews complaining of bug issues and thought that since I am a very clean person, I would not have these issues. Unfortunately, that was not the case, my apartment has been INFESTED with roaches since the second week I moved in. I received my leasing agreement all of 24 hours before moving into the apartment (this was very inconvenient since I was moving from out of state and the office will not give you keys until all documents have been signed) and then was charged for not setting up my utility account on time. This charge came from the directly from the apartment, not Georgia Power. The only reason the account was not set up on the same day the lease was finally sent over was due to the simple fact that it was a Sunday, still not exactly sure what I paid for here. After finally moving past the chaos of moving in, the dishwasher was broken. Leaked all over the floors creating a mold issue and ruing items that were on the floor (just moved in therefore, there were unpacked items on the floor.) Of course, no assistance was offered from the ever so helpful staff who effortlessly points fingers and removes themselves from any given situation. Before, signing my lease the complex was working on a renovation to the pool and leasing office, here we are, one year later, still no pool, still no leasing office. Lastly, I signed a 12 month lease to end on May 31. Under the impression that the lease would end May 31st. Even if you sign a lease to end on a specific date you have to give a SIXTY day notice. Now I will be paying for an extra 2 months past my signed date at a increased fee for rent. It may just be easier to give your notice the day you move in because you will not want to renew. If I could give any advice to the individual reading this post - spend the extra $100 a month and live down the street, there are not any bug issues, the management is responsive and helpful, etc.

Very happy generally with this community. Safe, quiet, attractive very, very well maintained. Maintenance is top drawer. However the big drawback is the newly imposed, COSTLY monthly VALET TRASH SERVICE, It is a health and environmental problem....we did not have it for two years, in my previous apt. here. We now pay $5.00 for trash, AND. $20.00 for valet trash..monthly! You can expect to see trash bags left out on the lawn (lazy people who do not want i'd) and trash bags out times not allowed. Management tries to "keep up " with the complaints......but impossible. Only big drawback!

Office staff does not care about residents. I have an extremely loud neighbor that i've contacted the office about at least 20 times and nothing has been done about it. They also decided to replace all of the windows in the apartments, while people are living in them. They have been loudly disrupting us for two weeks and on top of that they just left all of the debris from construction in the apartment. They do not care about tenants at all. The only positive I have is the maintenance staff is great. They are very quick to respond to maintenance requests.

Great community & location. Leasing office needs more communication between each other. Windows are being installed I came home with my kitchen & bedroom covered in saw dust. The construction starts a 9am continues until 5pm. I was given no notice of the saw dust & unbareable noise of the construction from the leasing office. Haven't slept pass 9am in 3 days 2 of which were my day off.

The community is nice, but will be nicer once the amenities are built. There's a dog park and the counters/tile splash is beautiful. Ana and Marquis in the leasing office are so kind. I'm ready for the pool to open soon!

I feel as though I am finally at home!! The apartment is spacious, bright and cheery.. The steps are a bit of a challenge. We are both seniors and find it difficult to carry groceries, etc. down. Also, pine straw, cones, etc are not blown or swept often enough creating a slip and fall hazard. Many thanks one and all.
