The staff here are amazing. They are very professional, friendly, and accommodating. The facilities are up to date and the premises is secure. The complex is also in a great location with easy access to the highways, shopping, etc.

Pretty good neighborhood however there are no sidewalks so it's hard walking your dog or just walking in the neighborhood. Pool is great and so is the new workout facility. Actual apartments are pretty big and the cost is comparable.

I have been in this apartment complex for only two months & I have seen several ROACHES!! I specifically asked the leasing consultant about this & she lied to us. I would not recommend anyone to this apartment complex because the roaches are plentiful! Maintenance does a horrible job of pest control that is if they do any pest control at all. If you are considering this apartment complex please look elsewhere!!

The staff for the most part has always been helpful. I wish at times they were more professional and focused on finding a solution for the resident. Maintenance has always been a delight to work with! They are very responsive and professional. We continue to have excellent neighbors, and the apartment meets all our needs at this time.

There were technical glitches with the system upon move in day. I did not fault the community on that. The customer service is not universal. I will kudos Marquis because he got maintenance out to start fixing issues reported and put me on next week's list for pest control. I just moved in and from day 1 reported pest issues like spiders and tiny roaches. This week I saw a much larger roach and silver fish in addition. I waited till this week to buy groceries, but now I don't want to cook till the problem is taken care of. One shouldn't have to say more than once what is needed to be fixed. Your agents should make you feel as if they are truly there to help you.

This complex have large apartments for lower price compared with other apartment complexes around. The Gym and the Community Center are a dream. The pool is modern. The community is nice and friendly. Great place so far. I'd used to live in Park at Sweetwater in Lawrenceville and Parc at Abernathy is way better for almost the same price.

I recently moved in to Park and my experience so far has been great! The leasing professional that I had was so nice and answered all my questions. I put in a couple of maintenance requests the first day I moved and they came to fix everything that same day! It's a beautiful community and I would recommend it to anyone.

Convenient place to go anywhere in Atlanta. Nice community and amenities. New Pool and Leasing office really good. Good to have walking trail inside community. Close to highways and train station for travellers.

I have been here since July and I must say the community is very well kept, everyone is nice and very quiet. I really enjoy pulling into my community and having a sense of peace. When I have maintenance request they are done correctly and very timely. I really have no complaints at all. I am glad I chose this place.

If you want to stay away from the rodent problem that many reviewers comment about this property... stay on the top floor. Overall property and my apartment is in good shape. The updates on the one bedroom is what caught my attention. The only problem I had so far is with my carpet but maintenance is working on a solution

Gates to community are open during the leasing office hours, so don't count on this gated community to be truly gated. Neighbors are very inconsiderate. A package got delivered to my door while I wasn't home, I came home to find it covered in pet urine. Someone let their pet go to the bathroom, not just on my package, but on my front door and on my mat. Absolutely disgusting calibre of people are allowed to live here. I've also had 3 instances of packages being stolen from my front door. There are package lockers set up near the leasing office, but if a carrier chooses not to use them, residents don't control that. That doesn't even scratch the surface. Since the pool opened, folks have been inviting what seems like whole other neighborhoods to come over. I understand it's summer time, but there are a LOT of strange and seemingly unfriendly people around all the time. Walls are thin, but that can be said of most other apartment places. My neighbors (above and across the hall can be loud at times). The ones above are constantly banging things up and down the stairs. I don't know that they can help it, it just seems like the walls and floors are extra thin- seriously, I can hear the folks on the side of my when they're in the restroom... There are other places at comparable cost, that don't have these issues, both in and out of this area. Also, believe everyone when they tell you that the water situation is a rip off.

The property has packages lockers so there would no need to leave packages at your door. You may want to contact the delivery people or sender and instruct them to use our free of service package lockers. Our community gates are closed in the evenings but due to our office being in the middle of the community we must have them open during business hours only and for school bus service. In regards to the noisy neighbors or issues at the pool we encourage you to meet with our community manager so she can further address these issues with you. Thank you, BH Management

Its been ok. I wish there were so many bugs. The valet trash needs to be regulated better so that trash is not outside the home for extended periods of time. We should have key fob access to the gym. G

The trash valet is valuable amenity and were steadily trying to get all of our residents on the same accord when it comes to the valet hours and trash guild lines. Your gate card or gate remote will work for the fitness center entrance located on the backside of the amenity center. The hours of the fitness center are 5:00 am to 12:00 pm Monday -Sunday. If you feel your access card or remote is not working, please stop in the leasing office, so that we can take a look at it.

It is a very beautiful community. Mostly families that have young children live in the complex with some young professionals. It is very quiet. I wish our move in process went smoother but overall I love the area, the spaciousness of the rooms, the updates, and how quiet it is. The gym is also nicely updated and I can't wait to use the pool! Management could be a little bit more on top of things but they aren't that bad. I have dealt with much worse.

I have been happy here no complaints. I been here for over three years. Easy to get to the stores, community is great, school system is also very good. We are surrounded by beautiful parks and children have good recreation options. I can honestly say my over stay in these apartment have been great and feel and feel safe.
