My experience with the community has been poor. The neighbors are absolutely disgusting and do not adhere to community guidelines. They leave garbage in public spaces for days at a time. If you contact the front office about it, nothing is done. There are bugs everywhere. There are unsupervised, loud children who run in the parking lot in front of moving cars. Additionally, there are aggressive dogs and dogs who are constantly walked off-leash. There are also lots of residents who do not adhere to the rules regarding dog sizing, number of dogs in an apartment, etc.. Any "rules" of the community are not enforced.

Quick and Efficient Maintenance

Very quick response to my ceiling fan shake concern. Respected my time preference as well! Diligent in troubleshooting the fan, complete removal and reassembled. Waited to make sure concerns were clear and made sure that I had no other concerns before leaving! Always pleasant and accommodating!

Painting bathroom

Painter came on time as promissed. Finished and handed over in around 2 hours. We removed all the items in the bathroom. Painter cleaned after he finished his work. Painter notified us not to use the shower until the next day in order for the paint to dry.

New kitchen sprayer faucet

Torrance Walters replaced my tired old broken kitchen faucet with a brand new state of the art sprayer version. I have always wanted one of these! Torrance worked tirelessly to remove and replace this faucet along with a pipe leak earlier in this same sink. Torrance never leaves until everything is done to perfection. Torrance is an asset at the Park at Abernathy and I always enjoy our interactions. Thank you!

I have no problems with the community but also nothing to brag about . I do feel extremely safe in the community which I appreciate and they are really accommodating when you need maintenance or anything done in your home. I like that the office has events throughout the year even though I never make it to them, I always think it's a nice gesture.

Nice amenities and public spaces. The complex is well maintained and clean. The location is convenient and there are plenty of restaurants nearby as well as the perimeter mall being a short drive. Only thing which may or may not be a negative, depending on how quiet you prefer, would be that there are a lot of families in the community.

A new electric charging port for EV vehicles would be good because of more number of vehicles in community. Two ev ports are not sufficient. A walking path would be the next priority one which would help pedestrians. Other than that everything is good in the community

I love my community. The front office staff is helpful the maintenance is great. The gates are broken majority of the time but are fixed quick. I think a camera should be installed to see who messes them up if it's not a gate issue. My neighbors aren't the best when it comes to noise. They seem to stomp all the time on purpose and bump around at late times at night but it's only my neighbors above me the rest of my neighbors are quiet and nice.

I would pass on this complex. Management is nice, but the amount of rent of each unit is too high. We have an upgraded unit but the vinyl floor is peeling up, we have had issues with the hvac leaking water into the livingroom, and pest issues, and those are just the bigger issues. Honestly if we were in a position to move-we would. This complex is in a good school district and close to work-so we are stuck for the time being. I have heard there are better complexes right down the road closer to Morgan Falls. While you are touring complexes-find the people that live there and ask their thoughts. I wish we would have in hindsight.

Positive aspects: Good location, good gym and office, good people. Negative aspects: 1. AC/heating is too loud and noisy. They were not able to fix this. I gave up, but still suffering from it. Definitely, I will not renew my lease because of this. 2. It looks like it is too hard to overcome roaches problem. 3. Two of the stove burners do not work, although there has been several maintenance orders completed. I gave up.

Maintenance came and got the job done. Called around 10am and got here at about 11:30. They ended up leaving but came back and fixed it up. Fixed our shower problem the next day and did an awesome job!

What I can say, I can say living at the complex so long that has been up and down over the years, but they are great people at the leasing office. I love I love the Aaron. They are beautiful people nice people there when I say God brought me to the right place at the right time, I think good I thank him for the roof of my head. I've been there so long wow I just enjoy myself there this so many things I can do I walk and ride my bike I go to work. I am always speaking to people because my heavenly father saying you must love One , you never know what that is for being the person I am thank you so Much Park At Square, Apartment my prayers go out to you all. I've received professional and friendly communication from the community management team through my time in this apartment, even before move-in. They do a tremendous job of keeping us informed and unlike some of my past living experiences, they've never once seemed combative or passive aggressive towards residents.

We enjoy residing here, although there are some unresolved issues. Walking around the neighborhood has been challenging and hazardous due to the lack of sidewalks. Drivers often mistake the street as one-way since there are no lines on the roads, posing further danger. Additionally, the apartment windows are excessively dirty, hindering the passage of light and would benefit from an exterior cleaning.
