Great location and staff!

[Incentivized Review] Location is incredible! Has Publix, Neighborhood Walmart and Walmart Supercenter within 10 min. It has a lot of food options near by too like Chic-fil-A, Carey Hillards, Carrabbas, and Troy. For the most part is really calm and quiet. In terms of staff, Ms Janita is very quick and clear with the communication, very attentive and cordial. The maintenance crew are very efficient and nice, respond very quick to all requests

    [Incentivized Review] it is a place to live. the rent does not match the apartment environment. maintenance is sometimes slow to respond. i wish we didn't have to pay for trash to be collected from our door, they barely come. overall just ok.

If your trash is not picked up, please notify the valet trash company directly using the QR code located on your bin so their service team can address the issue promptly. Regarding pest control, the provider services the community weekly; however, they only enter individual homes upon request. Anytime you would like the inside of your home treated, simply submit a service order through the resident portal and we will ensure they visit your apartment.       My experience at Greentree Apartments

      [Incentivized Review] I really like how Greentree is surrounded with tons of trees. Janita from the office is very helpful and always responds in a timely manner. Maintenance staff is very friendly and complete work orders quickly. Down fall, is they charge for everything. Hallways and doorways need a pressure wash badly. When asked I was told it's residents responsibility. I can't understand that since it's a reflection of the property. Otherwise, I enjoy living here.

        A honest hidden gem. Prices very affordable with payment plan options. They care deeply for those that live in community. Will even give special gifts for residents with children on occasion. Maintenance is honestly the best and fast to respond. Will go above and beyond to help in any way needed. Small (perfect size) complex. Easy to find your way around with all ammenities. Close to everything need.

            The move in process was great! Fast just like I needed it to be and affordable for me. Love the fact that we have concierge trash pickup I don't have to walk to a dumpster I can just place my trash outside my door and it's picked up.

              Non-refundable deposit. Advertised price/move-in specials are false. The apartment was not clean when I moved in. Appliances not working properly. I am disheartened?trying to make the best out of the next year.

                It's a great community to live in, courteous lady in the leasing office and service is great. I highly recommend it since it's a quiet place 7/7. A family community. Whenever there's an issue with your apartment, you go to the office and they fix it quickly.

                  The maintenance staff is absolutely the best we've had in 13 years! Andres and Freddy are super knowledgeable, quick to respond and have such a great attitude. They repair issues properly and the first time around. Like I said, we are 13 year residents and they are by far the absolute BEST we've ever had. Please keep them around.                     Repairs were completed but not in great way. Stuff left behind, lights left on all day, door left unlocked. however, The maintenance team is very nice and helpful. There is no issue with the maintenance team, the property management however was not very considerate when I voiced my concerns 3-4 times.

                      If you like quiet and being able to sit out on the porch, this place has nice patios. The pool is convenient and it's right between many restaurants and even the post office. The office doesn't pick up the phone very often though.

                        This apartment complex forces you to pay $20 for trash service even if you do not want it and forces you to pay $120 a month for cable and internet even if you don't want the cable because you would rather pay $50 for internet so you end up getting a $1,300 apartment for $1,600 it's better to get a $1,400 apartment that looks nicer and then put all your commodities into that

                            The office staff after we moved in has not been helpful at all, the apartment quality and renovations seem as tho they were just bandaid. We have had multiple issues and not small ones that barely get fixed and do not last. We now are having severe issues and it seems as tho its only getting worse

                                mold-infested safety hazard run by clowns

                                This place will scam you out of money just to force you into the absolute worst living conditions of your life. The office is managed by Rasheeda, who does not and will not care about your well-being. She prefers to argue with residents about stuff she knows nothing about rather than keeping her residents safe. The maintenance men there are the only ones who do anything. They're the only ones interacting with residents and the only ones making an effort to keep this place from falling apart. You will move into a half-finished apartment because they can't afford to have an apartment unassigned long enough to fix it properly. Literally unpainted walls, dirty floors, and bathrooms and the kitchen still dirtied by the last resident. you will be blamed for damages that have probably existed for years, you will be gaslit about valid concerns because they haven't taken care of that property in years. There are constant leaks, bug infestations, foundational issues, and countless other 'luxuries'

                                Unfortunately when moving in there are a lot of issues yet they're getting fixed. I just hope I get my deposit back when I move because it's been hell so far as far as straightforward moving in with comfortability.

                                      I had to wait 2 and half hours to move in on my move day, to an apartment with a broken AC,washer and dryer. I had two seperate leaks in my ceiling, one of which is still there. The apartment itself was extremely dirty. Cabinets sit uneven, they're dirty, one drawer is broken. The paint is chipping off walls. There's awful stains all over the floors. There's honestly stains everywhere. The porch was not cleaned. I have now found someone's fake nails all over. Not to mention the blinds were broken, the heavy duty lock on sliding doors is broken, the screens have not been re attached to building. The floor in front of my washer and dryer is extremely uneven. I am not happy with my apartment at all unfortunately but I will be making the best of it.

                                        Greentree Apartments are cozy and homey. We have a very good experience living here. We have been able to make our apartment our home. We feel very comfortable with living here. I do recommend to notice all the charges due each month. Rent plus community charges, which are not included in rent.

                                          Do not rent here! Leaving after 13 months and still have not had repairs made to apartment that were requested when we moved in. Too many smokers who do not smoke in proper places. Have had to use air purifiers to keep smoke out. We are both allergic to cigarette smoke. Water turned off a lot. Very disappointed.
