I keep staying because of the safety and location compared to other available appartments But I want to move because of that dark, dank, dust showing, terrible welcome at "home coming" of the breezeway. I wonder WHO or what type of decorator would have such a crazy ideal

Its an older apartment,carpet needs replacing, kitchen could use new cabinets, doors need replacing, and the outer area could have better landscaping maintenance. Staff is always friendly. PARKING IS TERRIBLE!!! Pool needs cleaning.

The Community staff were pleasant and easy to work with. The apartment is nice and affordable. Also the community has a pool, fitness room, tennis court and picnic area. The apartment community is located near shops and restaurants. Great

I absolutely love everything about this complex. The office, the maintenance men, the neighbors.. I can't wait to move into a 1 bedroom and continue my residence here. I just wish the gym was a little more updated with better equipment but no other complaints.

Community is very well taken care of. Excellent leasing staff and maintenance staff! All staff is courteous and respectful! The community is located on the main road so you will hear sirens often. Neighbors are mostly quiest and working people.

The manager is not helpful or very nice, the other employees turn around a lot so I'm not familure with them. I do like the privacy I have I love the pool and the gym. I live in the very back apartment so they don't feel that they have to keep up with the grounds back here so don't walk through the leaves you may step in something you don't want on your shoes

The apartments are good for the price and the office staff is awesome. My only complaints are that the apartments are a little run down and it usually takes a while to get maintenance requests filled.

I have only lived here for about a week. So far, so good! A few minor difficulties with appliances and things, but nothing major. I'm fairly satisfied with the location and ease of access for things like groceries and supplies. Pleasant place, would recc.

Very disappointing. Apartment looked clean when I toured it, but I should have looked a lot closer especially in kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen cupboards obviously not wiped down at all-all sorts of white paint chips or film, something inside of them. Dryer not hooked up when I went to use it. Have been advised that in the loft apartments is common that the heat and air blow out excessively upstairs but little downstairs-had I known this I would have definitely thought twice-just very pricey being that it seems very outdated. Cohabitating with three lizards the first few days didn't thrill me.

I liked the staff at the comunity. They are very nice and proffesional and fix your problems on time as they tell you they would . The sidewalks should be kept cleaned a little better than they r and the porch area could be kept clean around the edges beutter. The inside of the appartment could have been fixed a little better.

More sidewalk lamps are needed for security purposes. Not enough sidewalk lights and more pole lights are needed. The water meters are hidden by bushes and the Utility Dept estimates your bill. I have spoken to the office concerning this situation. Also the water meters have several overflowING areas which is a haven for mosquitos. T The water meters are located right under my bedroom window and the mosquitoes attack.

Worst apartment complex I have EVER lived in! The apartments are outdated, mold infested and dirty. When I moved in, my place was not cleaned appropriately. The grounds are disgusting! Constant overflow of trash which causes rodents. Customer service and maintence is horrible as well. The only plus is washer/dryer included and convenient location. Very unsatisfied and would not recommend ANYONE to live here!

It has been a positive experience. The neighborhood is peaceful and serene. It is convenient to restaurants and entertainment and now that the parkway is open traffic flows smoothly. I would recommend living in the community to everyone.

Its quite and most neighbors are friendly, All the staff i have talked to or seen have been very friendly and professional. Trash needs to be worked on ,its overflowing quit often. I like my apartment and love having the balcony and it being screened in .

Thus far the experience has been pleasant. It is a quiet peaceful community. I have just moved to Savannah from Philadelphia so am just learning the area. This complex seems to be centrally located, close to shopping, mass transit and restaurants.

The area is safe but that is the only redeming quality. The appartments are old and warn the maintainers here are a joke they are far overpriced and leaves just litter the ground out side which is fine if they weren't FULL of roaches I just regret moving in here I thought because of the price it would be good but I have been in cheaper places that were much better. I have every issue I have ever had here documented in photos and saved emails

Overall it is not bad. So far I've had a few issues and the office got on it right away, hopefully that is consistent throughout my stay here. Being off of a major street and living at the front of the neighborhood I hear the noise from the road. The location is great!

Rent for the 2br / 1.5 ba apartment was 780, a little high for the area, but the model apartment they showed me was really nice. By the time they added in all the extras, which are mandatory, what I actually pay is 840 per month. They said they didn't have an actual unit available that they could show me, but assured me that apart from different countertops and flooring materials, it would be virtually the same as the model unit. Keep that $840 / month price in mind when you look at these photos. Chewed up edges of the bathroom cabinet. Nasty hole roughly patched, not sanded or painted. Filthy shower. Peeling paint and ugly mismatched paint job on ceiling. What the photos cannot capture is the smell of my porch, on which I found about eight cat turds the day I moved in, and which continues to smell like a cat box despite my many efforts to clean it. If this were a $650 per month apartment, these things might be acceptable. But for $840 a month, this is absurd.

I have been in the Colonial Apartment off of Abercorn Extension or Abercorn St. for one month now. While this is not my first ever apartment complex in the Savannah area nor least expensive; I can say while being the closest complex to a major traffic thorough fare traffic into and outof the complex has always been at a minimum time for the current time of day and week. Additionally, the staff at this complex could not receive my highest rating - yet they certainly would be rated a solid second place out of the four complexes I have lived at in the Savannah metro region.

Walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbor closing front door, going up/down the stairs, talking on the phone. My apartment is in bad condition. Popcorn ceiling flaking, appliances very old. Dishwasher so old it doesn't get dishes clean. Icemaker stopped working right after I moved in. Stove/oven is very old, but works fine, but I never cook. The one good thing is it comes with a washer/dryer that work great so far.

So far it has been great. Everyone is friendly. The staff has really assisted me in the entire move in process. I had a problem with my garbage disposal having a crack in it. The maintenance staff was prompt on arrival. They also fixed the problem immediately. Overall, I am happy that I am living in Colonial Village at Greentree.

There's some serious bait-and-switch going on over at CV Greentree. If you want to rent here, INSIST on seeing an actual unit, not the dolled-up model apartment they'll want to show you, there's a huge difference between the two. I don't just mean the furnishings and the painted accent walls, I mean the actual condition of the permanent fixtures. There's plaster peeling from the ceilings, sloppy unprofessional paint jobs (like patches of cream on a white ceiling, and paint slopped all over the edges of kitchen cabinets), cabinet doors that are warped and hung cockeyed, carpeting separating at the seams and the walls, and air conditioning that only kinda works. A lot of the dog owners don't pick up after their pets, so there's the smell of dog feces festering in the hot sun.
