Overall condition of units is poor, including grounds. Dryer is not fully serviceable and ceiling is leaking water. I pay 760$ of my money for the worst apartment I've ever loved in. Maintenance takes forever to show up and when it does things don't get fixed. Worst experience ever.

Nice apartment, nice employees and nice exercise area and nice pool area. Pet friendly is good. ni e neighbors, friendly as well. Location is convenient to all I need to go and see. I don't know what else to say so I will keep tyoping until this thing says so

I like this community because it is very quiet and peaceful. I love the 24 hour access to the gym and patio. Most of all the customer service was excellent from the apartment staff. They are very friendly and got all of my questions answered and all of my needs met.

Very poor communication. My apartment needs lots of work. Its difficult to get work done. I pay pest monthly, but never see anyone spray. They never respond to requests or communication. I had to go in after 2 phone calls with the 1st request.

The community is nice and quiet, the apartments need work and the maintenance staff seems to not care. My apartment has been leaking for over a year. I put in multiple request for it and the tasks took forever for them to fix things and still have not completed them. I am terminating my lease and moving ASAP

The apartment looks brand new. Carpets and paint are flawless. The screened in porch and fireplace were a huge selling point for me. The community is conveniently located nearby pretty much any store you'll need and is a little less than 20 minutes from downtown. The property is well maintained and still feels secluded despite being right next to the parkway.

We paid quite a bit of money for our pets to live here plus a monthly fee. The "dog" area/park is not great. Not sure I want my dog in there. You do see dog droppings in common areas but not as much as you would think with as many dogs here. We do, however, pick up after our dogs. We have not used amenities yet but they all looked nice on our visit. People are using them. Office staff are great as the maintenance staff.

I have a family of 4 that live upstairs and the noise is horrible. I have spoken with the office and called the police many times but it continues all day and late into the night. The apartments are old and have alot of mold in the bathrooms that appear to have been painted over.

I love colonial village apartments, the people here are kind, including the staff and there is so many shopping plazas close by for your convenience, colonial village is also a great pet friendly community for all the pet lovers who love pets.

So far...so good! During the past five months I've had most of my maintenance problems solved within a reasonable amount of time. Although I've had to put a few work orders in since I moved here... management & maintenance have been very responsive! Overall... SATISFIED!

Having moved in last year and it being my first apartment, I have enjoyed living here. It is a lovely community and I have developed a friendship with my neighbors. There is however a couple of things that I'm concern about. First being dogs unleashed. Now I will admit that if I'm just letting my dog outside the door then he is not leashed but if we are walking then he is always on a leash. There has been a few times that unleashed dogs have ran up to us never hurting but scary. Second the mailbox light has been out for weeks now.

The neighborhood is wonderful and located perfectly for access to Savannah but can be noisy due to being next to a hospital. The maintenance is horrible. It takes up to 2 weeks to have any maintenance request completed and they can be seen walking the grounds or simply sitting in the office. So, the grounds stay very well maintained. Office staff is very polite and professional but often time do not know what is going on. The apartment itself is very old and not energy efficient. The complex has no desire/"cannot do anything" to rectify this "except to replace" but chooses not to. There is a very large issue with rodents and even though you are charged pest control every month, you must specifically request for them to spray or set traps. Do not move here.

I have been here a little under a month and I am extremely satisfied with where I am. They respond quickly to calls and the community is a very quiet place. I have not had any issues and would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet, affordable, place to live.

The front office staff are very professional, very helpfull, friendly. The office manager was very helpfull.unfortunatly .....the maintenance could be better quality.either they just don't care, or don't know the answer to fixing anything.Need quality,knowledgeable hard working maintenance staff .the first night I was here I had to call after hours because my heat was not working. That maintenance guy was very professional. Then the second guy came to check the air flow, and the ceiling fan is not working. He said he would be right back...he never returned. He seem not to care or just don't know how to fix anything.

I moved in May. The rental unit's ceilings paint was flaking off and missing in multiple locations of the unit. Mildew was and still is present in the bathrooms, and the dryer vents have still yet to be cleaned. Multiple request have been made to no avail, and the office seldoms answer the phone when you call.

The initial contacts with the office staff were wonderful. Upon moving in there were a few maintenance issues that were resolved. Recently there has been a major unresolved maintenance issue that is pressing my patience immensely. I would like to explain, in detail, the issue because I feel the lack of communication has allowed some important things to fall between the cracks, however I do not know that this survey is actually read and would like to ensure that someone reads every word I have to say. Therefore, I will be submitting an email.

So far it has been good. Everything that needed to be fixed has been fixed. Surrounding neighbors are loud at 1-3am on week days. When it's on weekends I could care less. Everything else is good. I love living here and do recommend it to friends.

Not bad. The staff is great. The overall appearance of the community could use some work. Some of my neighbors dont clean up after themselves. thats all I have to say. I would tell other friends and colleagues about the community but I work in Hinesville so not too many people would drive that far.

I moved in to the complex in November of 2014. I have the "loft" type layout and it suits me perfectly. The staff is friendly and responsed quickly to service request. The only issue that I have is many tennants don't pick up after their pets.

This complex is very old and needs serious upgrades from the patio doors to appliances. For the amount of rent that is charged, you would think the customer service and maintenance request they receive on a daily basis would be better. No its not. I have nothing positive to say about this complex. Plenty of negative for sure. Ready for my lease to be done.

The community as a whole isn't too bad, but the leasing office has never really taken action on any of the complaints that I have made such as the strong smell of weed in my apartment everyday and insects that come in through my front door (of which the corners have started rotting from water damage). The apartments are very outdated and are in need of a renovation. However, great location!

The moment I walked into the office I loved it. I originally wanted to move into their sister property but I'm glad I chose greentree. The staff in the office are extremely nice and friendly. I called the first day to get something fixed in my apartment and they took care of it the first day.

The staff is friendly, convenient location, the new highway addition to Truman parkway is so great, its literally outside of the complex. The restaurants are great also, our favorite Italian restaurants are right down the street. Convenient bus line.e

staff was great during the move in process, apartments are old and need updated but overall not too bad. ceiling is coming apart and the carpet looks terrible but for the monthly rent I cant rally complain. I am satisfied with greentree so far. Again the staff has been excellent
