Terrible place to live

Would not live here, their community is unsanitary and terrible management of this place if the management actually gave a crap most apartments have flees even when you don’t have pets the maintenance people are unprofessional overall waste no surveillance so you basically live here at your own risk

The new management of this property has not been stellar. Unfortunately, maintenance issues are not handled professionally with little to no communication of entry into the apartment or what work has been done. There is also a constant smell of marijuana around the property and it's intrusively coming inside of the current apartment, due to the neighbors below. With no help from the management to get it under control, it is a constant health concern. At the current time, I would not recommend living in these apartments.

Friendly staff but too many filth issues issues in the apartment and especially for the price. Rat dropping are never acceptable living conditions, along with filthy patio build up, filthy dryer vents, Smokey burners on stove & ,unlockable bathroom door is unacceptable. Not happy and expect this to be fixed immediately and 4 days have already passed.

For the most part I like it. North enough handicapped spaces and people do not respect those spaces. It's nice to have trash pick up at your door. Not happy with neighbors setting off fireworks next to my vehicle.

I love the community, the staff is very great at getting to issues that need to be addressed in the home and it's don't in a great timely manner. Overall I've had a great experience so far so issues at all.

Front desk person was friendly but I don't think they respond well to changing fixtures and other stuff in the apartment that needs tuning. The entrance to each apartment needs sweeping and cleaning because it gives an impression to persons coming in.

The apartment complex is located conveniently on the south side of Savannah. It's very easy to access the Harry Truman Parkway, 204/95, Hwy 17, 516 and Abercorn for that I resigned my lease for another year. But for the outdatedness and the outside apartment it's certainly not worth the price. Lots of upgrades are needed, the pool is always out of commission, the gym is mediocre. Valet trash is offered but it's very poorly done resulting in trash all around the property. The office staff is not very friendly. Overall it's a convenient place to live and my neighbors are okay.

It's been pretty good. We had some maintenance issues at first, but they did a great job fixing them. We enjoy the pool when it's open, which is clean and relaxing. We also like that they've added more chairs to the pool area recently.

This apartment is very expensive, but it hasn't been renovated since I've been here. There is a valet trash system, where residents are forced to pay $20/month for a service that isn't accessible to all due to time constraints. Trash must be brought in by 6:00PM each evening or be faced with fines, but not all residents are home from work at this time.

The staff is courteous and I get quick response whenever I have an issue. It is a quiet neighborhood. It is in close proximity to the malls and other businesses. My son loves the amenities that are available. He loves the gym and the pool.

Great maintenance staff is key to a positive experience living at Greentree. Our area of the apartment setup is quiet. We love our privacy and are able to walk our dogs on sidewalks and grassy areas while feeling safe. The pool and tennis area have nice new additions such a shaded areas for barbecuing and umbrellas and pillows for some of the lounge chairs. Seems to be getting nicer and nicer as we stay.

I have never had any issues in this community.The attention has been fast and the solution to my requirements has been attended to as soon as possible. There have been very few cases in which I have had to comment on discomfort, but they are always resolved.

I think the location is great. As I've stated before though, I've lived in Savannah for a very long time and in various other apartment complexes and I would have figured these would have been renovated by now. It's sad to see that they haven't been, especially with the cost of what their asking for in rent and pet fees. They really need to be renovated. Also, heavy rains come thru and it's impossible to get to your front door. Drainage seems to be an issue as well. Other than that, the space is suitable for me and my daughter but I don't see me living here long term, maybe a year or two at the most. Staff is friendly and prompt. Issues so far that I've had since moving in 7 days ago have been addressed in a timely manner.

Greentree is a very nice place for family to stay. The apartment is big can fit upto 4-5 people. Also, what i like in this place is parking space is big also. Looks like a safe place too. Just that our aircondition problem is non-stop. But Maintenance staff are very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The maintenance workers are quick and efficient. The front desk staff is friendly and put in orders extremely fast and any work that needs done is done in a very timely manner. The only issue I've heard from the majority of people, and this could really hurt people whom are new, is that if you don't pay your rent by the first, a $150 late fee is added on immediately on the 2nd. I think this is extremely uncalled for.

I was overall very satisfied with the application process and the move-in. I received my executed lease in time to set up all utility services so that was great. The disappointment is that there is an additional mandatory fee to have internet and cable service when I don't watch TV.

I have never in my life lived in a place that is as infested with ROACHES as this location. I was suppose to move in on 07/1/22 and reserved the apartment back in late April, and was informed the unit was starting the turn process and preparing for me on the 18 of June. On July 1st I was told I could not get my keys until 2pm but to pay my deposit and money and everything would be complete. There was no way for them to complete the disaster of a unit they were attempting to put me in. They moved my date back to the 7/5/22 and when I showed up at noon to get my key the apartment was exactly how it was July 1st. And I was told I would be allowed the key at 4 pm and I can work around the maintenance crew moving on my furniture and things. I would not accept the apartment because the maintenance could not paint, replace, and fix the items that were in dismay if the unit was occupied so in the end I had to extend my old lease to accommodate this complex to get my apartment ready for move in. The staff was courteous but not understanding at first but fought to amend the issues and get an adjustment for accommodation. And I still have a SERIOUS ROACH INFESTATION EVEN AFTER THE PEST CONTROL VIST.

Am a senior citizen, have no car, am right on the bus line, within walking distance of the Neighborhood Walmart, right next to the post office and on a VERY FIXED INCOME. I like the complex, the pool, and the staff. I do not have a pet but I observe and report nearby neighbors who I see consistently let their dogs do their number wherever and don't pick it up. Also, observe people taking out 3+ large trash bags at a time; where do they put them until then? On the patio?
