Upon entering my single loft apartment, I was already beyond pleased. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was all that I needed, and the spacious downstairs (for a bachelor) was heavenly. Maintenance was always very punctual whenever I requested something be fixed or calling about a pest situation. It took a few days once, but it's a sizable community so I understood. The agents behind the desk in the office were always very nice, and pleasant to talk with. They helped me many times, even when I had to move unexpectedly. My move out and final bills were delivered promptly, and with courtesy.

My experience at this location has been a pleasant one. The staff is very courteous, friendly and always helpful. Maintenance are also very helpful and responsive. I have enjoyed living here and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

They weren't very honest about the condition the apt would be in on move in date I was told all damages would be repaired prior to me moving in since my move in I have had to hound them to fix the damages that were there b4 I even got there.i have a ceiling fan that doesn't even work.

The office staff and maintenance crew are friendly, professional, and always seem to help me out in a timely manner. Everyone has been very understanding and respectful to any of my requests and concerns. The staff have definitely enhanced my already fabulous experience of living at these apartments.

This is now my second unsatisfactory survey. Ceiling still not fixed, still leaking. And now electeical outlets not working. Electrician came and less outlets work now than before they were fixed....what a joke. A horrible place to rent. I would NOT recommend to anyone!.

I moved here at the beginning of the year since rhe first day I moved I have thinkg to fix in my apt and the maintenance people take too long to come and fix them. Maybe a month a single situation. The staff neverrr everrrrr answer the phone calls or return messages.

The maintenance was asked to put a wall plate over the wall plug in my bedroom. They told me that it could not be fixed. I went to Wal-mart and got the plate and did it myself. They also put a air condition vent back up, they did but it needed painting and that was not done but they did leave paint chips and dust on my floor.

I am very disappointed with this community. They have done outside work to improve the outside, but the insides of the appt. Look horrible. Paint is chipping from the ceilings, carpets are dry rotted, and the cabinets/counters are cracked and splintering.

I am very satisfied with my apartment (Townhouse) at Colonial Village at Greentree. The only issue(s) I have is regarding the grounds and lighting outside of Units 73, 74 and 75, because we're way in the back the groundskeepers to a poor job.

I have really enjoyed the layed back atomosphere of the community.The desisgn of the apartments exterior have really left an impression on me,now I'm looking for my future home to have some what of a similar style.The interior is just as pleasing to me. Everything is calm and collective.

I love that it's right near everything but tucked back so you don't realize that it's near everything. It's very quiet and the neighbors are very polite and it is very dog friendly. Also, the pool is a perfect temperature. Great move in deals!

Office staff never returns calls, and never gets anything done. Once your in, customer requests are seemingly stopped. Maintenance takes forever if they even ever get to you. Dog park trash cans never get emptied, dog poop everywhere. People stop picking it up after the trash cans are full. Trash compactor breaks a lot and dumpsters are brought in. This usually lasts a while and causes a rat problem. They will deny this of course but they had to place rat traps everywhere. The new manager doesn't seem to have any experience in this line of work. Can't wait to move. Ceiling is chipping and falling into floor. And my neighbors all agree so I don't know where these positive comments come from.

I have really enjoyed my stay at the property. The staff is always professional and very helpful. If I have a situation with the apartment, the maintenance takes care of it very quickly. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, clean place to live.

Great park like living environment. The complex has a very home like feel. Im amazed with all the maintenance and care the staff gives to keep the place looking great. Very quite and I always look forward to coming home after work or errands. I will recommend will this complex.

I moved into colonial village almost a year ago now and when I first moved in there were a few things like the blinds that needed to be fixed, ice machine wasn't working, no water pressure in the shower, broken shelf in the closet, and a running toilet. I sent in a work order to have these things fixed. It took a couple weeks before anyone came out to fix everything. I'm about to move out next month and the blinds, toilet, and closet shelf are still not fixed. I had two $200 water bills because of this and was only compensated $30 off my rent 4 months later. In January, I came home to my ceiling falling down all over my livingroom. I placed a work order to have that fixed that day and multiple times since then and it is still not fixed. I've gone to the front office at least 8 times and spoken with the property manager and they still took their time on it. I got a lawyer to hopefully get some compensation for living with a falling ceiling for the past six months, but colonial village has a sneaky way around situations like this written in their lease contract to get themselves out of it without having to compensate you NOTHING. I have had a horrible experience with this apartment complex, and I've talked with other residence complaining of similar problems with their apartments as well. I would definitely not recommend anyone renting from here unless you don't mind living in an apartment with falling ceilings, $200 water bills, and a front office staff that does not answer their phones or care about customer service and likes to piss in your face and call it rain.

It had a rough start but I love the new apartment im in and the staff are really friendly. The only thing i would really like is for the ceilings to be painted instead of textured because it chipped all over the ceilings pretty badly and it makes me have to vaccume frequently.

The office team are very helpful and friendly. The registration and move in process was quick and easy. The apartment was not exactly what was expected in comparison to display apartment and layouts but are still nice. Maintenance requests put in were handled very slowly, I checked every other day and got the same response "today or tomorrow" over the course of two weeks.

I have 2 maintenance work orders pending and they are NOT completed! The disposal is still not fixed over a week now and they were supposed to come to my apt to paint or do touch ups after the roofing people finished my ceiling repairs which was done 9 days ago and my stove hasn't been replaced since last Friday and it is now Monday

It's a great apartment community, at a very reasonable price. My last apartment which was less than a mile away from here was $10 less a month, almost half the size, and was nowhere near the caliber to which CV at Greentree is held. I LOVE this place!!

If you're looking for loud neighbors, dogs barking and dog poop everywhere, then this may be the place for you. There's suppose to be a dog park but people walk their dogs everywhere and never pick up after their pets. The pipes are extra loud. Haven't been here long and I really hate being here. If you're looking for a place, keep looking. Don't stop here.

I lived here from January 2013 to August 2013. Initially, I was skeptical because the old property manager ----- kept giving me fallacious information. I would have to go back and speak with someone else (there's always a different face in the leasing office, so you never know what info you're going to get or if it's going to be correct) to find out what the truth actually was. But once I got into my apartment, I was pretty satisfied. My unit was clean with new carpets. There were no maintenance concerns while I lived there. I paid my rent on time each month, which probably made things much easier. I didn't use their amenities, but the complex grounds were always clean. Washer and dryer in unit is a big plus. The new manager ----- is waayyyyyy better than the old manager, and made my leasing experience much more pleasant. The layout of the 1bed/1bath was pretty spacious, but the upstairs portion can get kinda stuffy in the summer time. My gas bill was never more than $40 dollars, and my water bill was never more than 30. Electric was never more than like ... $45. I would lease here again if I moved back to Savannah.

I just moved into my apartment and I love it. The people here are very quite and respectful of others. There is plenty of parking. Plenty of areas to walk your dogs. The woman and men that work here are very helpful when you need it.

I have recently moved in to my apartment and I love it here. The staff have addressed all my issues immediately and with professionalism. The complex is quiet, lots of trees and a fabulous screened in porch to enjoy. They worked with me on my pet deposits and have made me feel welcome and wanted here. The pool is excellent and so is the exercise center. I highly recommend it here!

Before I start my review I want you warn you about renting apartments in Savannah period. Their rent is on a scale and it changes daily. Today it could be 600 today and 850 tomorrow and I'm not use to that where I'm from we have a set price of rent .I've been staying at Greentree for 7months I will not be renewing my lease when it's time because I know there's a great chance that the rent will be more than 913 which is waaayy too much period. Their really slick when it comes to showing you their model and telling you the differences between it and the apartment you'll be getting. My advice to anyone no matter where you decide to move is to demand to see an empty apartment not a dressed up model. I was told that my apartment was going to be beautiful have this and that it was NOTHING like they said it would be. By the way I pay 913 for a 2BR/2BA. The price and their maintenance && customer service are my only problems with them. They take FOREVER to come and fix things and when it comes to certain things they have a million and one excuses to why they can't fix it or why it isn't their fault. But I'm sure their not the only ones like that.. Ohh one more thing their extra fees you have to pay for pest even if they don't come nothing but once while your there your still paying it, along with the other 2 extra fees that doesn't come with your rent. All I can say is search and pre-lease early and that's for everywhere in Savannah . The closer it is to the summer the higher the rent is . If it wasn't for the outrageous rent I pay I would remain at Greenteee because it's a quite neighborhoods and I have no problem with my neighbors.
