The apartment complex itself is nice and quiet. There were a few plumbing issues at first and the dryer was not working properly but the maintenance staff corrected everything within 1 day after I put a work order in. Also, they could definitely use more parking spaces. Overall I highly recommend this apartment complex.

This is a good place with good staff but I feel like I pay way too much rent for what is offered there isn't anything special about them and half more bliss stacked on your rent. If they could decrease the price or try to make the apartments look better that would be nice

On move in day after getting situated in, I noticed two areas in the apartment of the carpets soaked of water and soon realized that there was an A/C leak. We were never informed of it at all and even when we first got to the apartment there was a maintenance guy sucking up water but we assumed he was just shampooing the carpets but that clearly was not the case and he nor any one else informed us. That night I called the 24/7 maintenance line for assistance and the maintenance guy asked me me if it could wait until the morning. Sure enough it got patched up the next in the evening time. I am very unpleased with that.

I love the layout and overall design of my new apartment!!! Being my first I was very excited and eager to move in. However with this one I feel like for the amount of money I'm paying.. it's just not worth it. Very old & tons of water damage. Small but nice renovations have been made, however I feel like my place is just outdated.

Staff is great and usually on top of any problems we have. I do wish that there was more inspection done at move in so that we don't have as many problems or need as many items/repairs right off the back.

Awesome staff and they are very quick at fixing things. The apartment is kids old, but well maintained. I have no issues or concerns about my community or staff here at this complex. I like being close to the malls and also restaurants.

This is an older rental complex, but has a lot of appeal because of it's setting , trees and great outside spaces. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Because the units are older they do seem more spacious than some others. But will need a lot of updating to be really nice.

My experience here is Good, I don't have any complain about the services. the administration has just painted the buildings on the outside, and they look really nice, the one thing is that they should change some machines in the gym.

It's okay a little expensive but okay. The office is nice but I would like to see an upgraded gym. Maybe the tennis courts could have equipment for other sports like basketball etc. maintenance time needs work.

The experience I have had here has been overall pleasant. I do wish that there were recycling bins added to the garbage bins, but that is a personal preference and I doubt that it will be put under consideration.

I like it here... wish there was a way to get the nasty people to pick up their dog poop... maybe cameras.... sometimes the music is loud from the cars...but as a whole I like it....the dog park is to funny...needs lots of work, I would not take my dog over there...

I had a serious issue with my neighbor who lives beneath me but after speaking with management it was resolved. Overall, I would like to see better renovations for what we are charged however, I am satisfied

I have a parking problem. Every day it is a race to get home depending what time of day it is from work to secure a parking space near or at my apartment entrance. Also tenants are parking in two spaces and the Handicap space as well. There is no way I would recommend Colonial Village to my family and friends. Parking Sucks!!! Management knew that spaces were limited when I move in, so unfair. Where is the security or courtesy officer, Iv'e never see one to monitor the paring situation.

For the most part it is pretty peaceful. The biggest problem I have is dog poop everywhere around my apartment. Almost no one cleans up behind their dogs and I have smell it every time I go in or out of my apartment.

For some reason the rent has gone up a thousand dollars a year since I moved in, but getting maintenance to do anything is like pulling teeth, the pool is rarely open, and the new office rep is rude. Someone's dryer sat in front of my apartment for two weeks on Christmas. They said they were short staffed, but when I called corporate it was done immediately. Then they left that popcorn ceiling stuff all over my kitchen floor when they replaced the fluorescent bulb the following week.

Everything has been great so far! Lindsey and Deborah have been nice and understanding, and so incredibly helpful. We had a friend who used to live here previously and the area has always been pretty quiet and safe, and I just LOVE the apartment itself - so does our daughter. Great place to be and create a home for a family who's next move is a house!

The office staff is so nice and helpful. The maintenance is speedy, the grounds keeping could use a little more work, but then again it is winter weather so waiting to see how the complex looks during warmer weather. Even though I can hear my neighbors, which may be due to not having all of my furniture yet, everyone is so nice and the complex is right in the middle of everything! Everything is easy to get to.
