Just the occassional loud neighbors but's tolerable. The ones above us were asked to leave after we complained enough. They had one pet too many. The apt. had to be gutted. I have NEVER seen any security here. I called him once, had to leave a message. Then he never responded--terrible. I also believe handicap parking should be RESERVED for the residents requiring it. I have NEVER

I really like living here at Colonial Village, everyone is so nice and helpful and if you have any issue, you call and it is taken care of promptly. It is a great experience living here. The apartment is nice and has features such as a fire place and porch that is not standard in most apartments. I have great neighbors and really enjoy living in Colonial Village.

    My experience was wonderful just a minor hiccups but over all the community is wonderful. They welcome my dog in with open arms. The property manager Ms. Warren is EXCELLENT and she is a wonderful person.

      My here at this complex was okay. It could have been better as far as the apartment itself. I feel as if it could use some updates and also better pest control overall. Maybe an extra 2 days added to the latest to pay rent. Most complexes give you until the 5th to have your rent paid prior to receiving a late fee but this complex only gives you until the 3rd.

        I'm not sure why you guys keep sending this survey. Nothing was done. You keep closing out my maintenance request meanwhile I still have leaks every time I shower. Nothing has been repair. This problem has been ongoing for several months.

          Overall a nice, quiet community with friendly management. Unfortunately, especially near my building and along the fence line there is garbage and litter everywhere, there's virtually no effort spent on landscaping or cleaning up litter and garbage. There has also been a large pool of stagnant standing water in front of my building since we got here that looks to be from a leaking pipe with a hose leading to the street to drain it but was never actually completed

            I've only been here a week, but so far it seems like a nice and quiet community. The leasing office Staff is very nice and great to work with. Never had an issue with parking and I love how they integrated shady trees with that signature Savannah moss.

              just moved in a month ago good so far I cant personally say to much about the community yet I've lived in the apartment for a month. Just moved from Kansas city Missouri maybe if this question is asked later will better be able to answer.

                Pets welcome, friendly neighbors and staff. The pool, fitness center, and tennis courts are nice. Convenient location to shops and restaurants as well. Parking can be a bit of a hassle sometimes because of the age of the property. The only changes I would make would be to offer internet packages instead of requiring cable (added to your rent), to offer recycling, and putting bike racks under the stairwells.

                  Lindsay and Deborah were incredibly kind and helpful. We were able to do the entire application process online and in a matter of minutes knew if we were approved. Most of the additional paperwork was able to be done online as well which is great for working folks who have a hard time taking time off in the middle of the day.

                    I have enjoyed my time in the Colonial Village at Greentree community. My neighbors are not overly loud, the community is clean, and employees are extremely polite. This is my first apartment and I am extremely pleased.

                      Pretty quiet neighborhood and pet friendly. Maintenance crew are quick and friendly. The prices are a bit high, though, and the late policy is unforgiving regardless of personal situations (eg paycheck recieved after rent is due).

                        Well I been staying here since December 2018 and the location is ok but the my apartment in the inside is old . Like don't get me wrong everything wrong properly now but the just old the bathroom need updated . We have black mold in tub which we could really do nothing about . He apetment just need to be update if every year the lease goes on . Which I don't think is fair unless something is being fixed to the apartment .

                          So far it has been nice, but there are still some things that need to be fixed. The layout of the apartment is nice and the building I live in is relatively quiet. Everything is well lit and I do not have to be afraid to take out the trash or check the mail.

                            Office people were friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable about the property they were showing. The trees in the community are great for shade and not allowing the Georgia sun to beat down into the parking lot and into the apartments.

                              The front office staff are incredibly helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by how kindly I was treated by the staff and couldn't be happier so far. The community is fairly quiet and very dog friendly. The place is small, but perfect size for me and my puppy.

                                The entire move in process was extremely seamless! The front desk was very well coordinated with the corporate side of the community, therefore allowing for a very quick application to move in process which was important as we had only 3 days to move! Awesome community great leaders and great location!

                                  So far I have not incurred any problems with the staff. They are very professional. The staff try to please to the best of their ability. There has been several links and maintenance came in and took care of it very quickly. The first unit had animal issues they came in, tried to resolved which ended in transferring me to another apartment thank you very much!

                                    The community is great and so is the management team. Lindsay was amazing and very kind. She assisted very well with the application process and the moving process. The apartment was nice and clean. The only issue is the lighting.

                                      New paint looks good, but doesn't warrant the steep increase in rent if I choose to renew my lease. Landscaping is way too frequent, in my personal opinion. There is very little grass, just pine needles. The landscapers spend hours upon hours blowing the needles around, raking them in to piles, then spreading them back out again. It seems redundant. I work late nights and am usually trying to sleep when the landscaping starts, so the noise keeps me from sleeping at least once a week

                                        We really like living here. From the date we moved in, the staff was very helpful and made the process go as smoothly as I could ever hope for. The grounds are well maintained and clean. And the few times I have had maintenance problems they have been dealt with quickly.

                                          I like my apartment and complex but dislike its specific location within the community. I do like that its isolated just not that it's a maze into itself. This makes for confusion when directing people to it, even Uber and Lyft go to the post office thinking they are in the right place.

                                                So far living in the community has been good. Whenever I put a maintenance request in, they're good about the turn around process. The front office staff is very sweet and willing to work with resident's on their needs and they're also good about answering calls/emails or returning if missed. My only major issue is, we pay for pest control monthly but they only come out when requested.
