My experience at Colonial Village at Greentree has been peaceful and seamless. The office has always been there to answer questions promptly and professionally. One of my favorite aspects about our community is the layout of the buildings. This complex is not a "cookie cutter" look. It is unique and interesting.

It was a very quick move in and turn around. I liked that it was close to my school (Armstrong). There is always great customer service and Nadia was very sweet and supportive of anything that I needed.

I love the apartment as a whole And the management office has always been very helpful whenever I hav needed assistance. My only complaint is the neighbors upstairs play their surround sound way to loudly so that it vibrates thru my aparen't into the night.

Overall, the staff at CV-Greentree have been very friendly and professional. They have been responsive every time we've had an issue, whether it was with a maintenance item or a neighbor. Also, they organize nice social events (Easter Egg hunt, BBQ by the pool, breakfast for the tenants, etc). I think it makes for a nice mixture of things. Of course, the complex itself is not brand new, so there is mildew in the tubs and grit around the sinks' faucets... the walls have been painted over several times, and the staircases are dusty and dirty... I understand it would cost millions to revamp the whole complex. However, a cleaning crew could clean/dust/broom/use a leaf blower outside of each unit, and in the staircases and around the halls/landings would make a huge difference in how we perceive our building/unit. Nothing special here. Just a place to live. I have no sense of community or attachment here. Staff is competent but not outstanding in any regard. Work or improvements are made only when absolutely necessary.

This apartment complex is quiet and nestled below mature oak and pine trees. The maintainance team is quick and efficient. I would not pick another complex because of the value we receive month to month. Utilities are cheap not to mention how useful the tennis court, pool and grilling area are.

This community is fantastic. Everyone in the office is more than amazing. They answer any and every question you have and are more than willing to help in anyway you need them. Could not ask for a better front office! Whenever you need something repaired they do it within 24 hours within any issue or concern. Although off of the main street it is so private and quiet. It's convenient to everything around. Could not be happier with my choice of apartment.

This community Is very well priced, and offers great amenities like a pool, tennis court, gym, and dog park. It's very well lit at night time so it feels safe. Each apartment has its own screened in porch, which is great.

Great Property in the heart of Savannah. Even though the apartments are older, the maintenance staff does a good job at the upkeep and they are quick to respond. The office staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Fantastic location too

Colonial village at greentree made it very simple, easy, and fast to apply to an apartment. The staff at colonial village at greentree were very friendly and helpful. Great small community. Peaceful and quite, however, the buildings are to old and not maintained. They need to remodel the apartments. Falling apart inside needs serious maintenance. It seems like the staff doesn't care much about the conditions

I just moved in. Jackie was very accommodating in the leasing office. I dont really have much else to say regarding the apartment complex. Neighbors seem friendly. And staff as well. Would recommend this complex to anyone who was looking for a new home!

I would say living here has been good. I would like a little more lighting in the parking area. The young lady in the front office is always very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend Colonial Village to someone. They also have a nice pool.

I have lived in this apartment complex for over two years, and it has worked out very well for me. The most important thing to me in choosing an apartment is safety, and I have felt very safe here. The ladies in the leasing office are extremely nice and they always respond to me right away. They really do go out of their way to help you. The property is older, like all complexes in Savannah, but it's really pretty with lots of trees and it's kept up well. It's very convenient too. Armstrong is right down the road, and it's near a lot of stores. There are a lot of apartment complexes I would never consider in Savannah because of safety issues, but this one has been great.

This is a great complex to live. Many families and children. Pet-friendly, clean, and safe environment. The staff here are polite, punctual, and frequently available at a moment's notice. The interior could be updated, but still a nice place compared to other complexes built at the same time.

Community is nice and calm. Convenient location to shopping, highway, post office and restaurants. Neighborhood is friendly and safe. Office staff is professional and services are very prompt. Well lit common areas. Acesss for day light in the kitchen and hallway that saves power bill.

Staff are very courteous and helpful! However, my apartment was filthy upon move-in. The carpet was wet and was not cleaned. Had a strong pet odor. The kitchen cabinets were dirty, as well and appliances sorely outdated (easily 10-15 years old). That's my only complaint. Otherwise, again the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Is good for the price because those are an old apartments. However the apartment complex is located close to everything like the mall, downtown or the highway to the beach what is really convenient. Also the rent incluided washer and dryer.

Friendly staff. Prompt and courteous maintenance staff. Quiet community. Close to churches, schools, shopping malls, restaurants, grocery stores, fast food. Right off The Truman. Close to I16 as well as I95.

It is an older complex with many repairs done inside the building that were not very well done with walls and painting. I love the space but the outside of the door is not very well kept up. The front looks very nice but the back apartments not so much

The cleanliness of the exterior needs improvement. The interior of the units should be sprayed by pest control on a regular basis, not only at tenant request. I believe the lack of regular pest control inside units and the abundance of trash and foliage surrounding the buildings, greatly contribute to unwanted pests.

I just moved in 10 days ago, but so far I'm pleased with my apartment and the area, there are too many lizards and one has gotten on my patio, and there where quite a few bugs in a spider web on my upstairs window ceil but beside that everything else has been fine.

Lazy staff, minimal maintenance or upkeep done, no accountability by management for anything. Highly recommend instruction of State & federal regulations of tenant rights & complete restaffing of facility staff including management.
